Decent hotel - shared with AC Hotel. Access was a bit confusing as there is no clear big display to say it’s the hotel entrance (lobby of which is on 6th floor). Breakfast service is pretty basic - expected to have a bit more variety. Rooms are clean but the metrorail runs right next to the hotel and is very noisy in the early morning hours. Also one night the TV from next room was booming all night - very thin to no sound proofing between rooms.

The hotel has an excellent location, perfect if you’re planning to explore the vibrant Brickell area. The pool is lovely, with warm and welcoming water, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Melessa Jules, the Front Office Manager, who was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist in every possible way. Her positive attitude made a real difference. As a family of four with teenagers, we found this hotel to be a wonderful choice. Thank you for a great stay!

New hotel, beautiful, clean and we'll located in Brickell. Only 2 downsides were the valet only parking, 49 usd per night and an awkward "destination fee" of usd 30 per day. Nobody has a clear explanation in that, only a small sign on the counter. They claim it turns into a credit but it can only be used at the bars for food and beverage, does not cover taxes nor gratuity nor can be used in the small market. And don't add up from one day to the other. Summing up, when comparing this property to others have in mind it costs about 80 extra dollars per day. Other than this is a nice hotel.

Amazing property. Room was very modern and a great size. The view from the room was amazing. Request a high floor or corner room. The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. Rooftop bar located in the same building was very convenient. Short walking distance to Brickell city center and many restaurants! Very convenient location. I would stay here again. Bathroom cabinet was broken, upon arrival and first time using it fell on my foot causing a painful injury, notified front desk twice and nothing was done. They didn't come and fix it, no assistance was offered and upon check out was told they would reach out to me. 3 Days after and no communication. Housekeeping never got to us in the morning or event noon, they would show up at 4:45pm and was told they could not wait because they would end their shift at 5pm, meaning on several days our room was not cleaned and just received towels.

The property is located next to the metro, so its noisy, there was a construction going on, so we had to walk to the corner and explain every uber they couldn't pick us up from the entrance. It was VERY confusing because some floors were a different hotel, the staff would use the same elevators so they were constantly crowded. Our room was small, they didn't clean it unless you actually talked to someone and asked. I tried using a dish and the one below it was broken, with a hair and very dirty. Same with all the cups. Hotel was very run down as well.

The property cleaned my room, removed linens, and did not replace bath mat and face cloth. I had to make 4 different request to the staff including 2 trips to the main desk. Furthermore, the staff delivered the wrong items and I had to wait again for the proper essential items.

Do NOT stay here. It's like staying in a dirty motel that happens to be elevated. There's no security at all, people who aren't even staying there sneaking into guest areas via unmarked doors from other buildings, room wasn't cleaned in days, then maid stole from my room, no room service, rooms are like dorms at a college or hostel. I can't believe this is a Marriott property.

Came for work. great location, clean, staff was helpful. Front desk girl Tissem was very sweet and took care of things easily. great amenities. walking distance to publix and other major stores. the room was spacious, two closets, couch and a desk for work. Great setup. Stayed here a few times already and no regrets!

I left a note and confirmed with both front desk and management staff that a bouquet of flowers and champagne could be brought to the room for my wife’s birthday. I waited around all day expecting the delivery to surprise her and finally at 9pm went down to the desk when I was notified that they forgot and “would see what they can do”. This was an incredibly disappointing trip.

My stay was awesome! Constantino, the manager from the hotel helped us on getting things solved very convenient to us. Our toilet had a water leaking and although it was reported when we arrived he apologized and offer us and upgrade. The hotel overall is excellent, clean and service is also very good.

Lovely hotel, great staff, handy for shops and transport, 2 mins to Brikell City crntre, metromover just through the shops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coin op washer and dryers available.
