Very nice, dining options, very clean, very small pool and hot tub for a hotel with 1000 rooms literally 1000 so if you’re planning to come here, make sure that they are not sold out or you will have no chance of getting into the pool, we’re having a place to sit in the pool area let alone the hot tub. In addition, the parking is $25 for an overnight stay

I signed up as a Hilton member and after putting my luggage away and went to shower after a long travel time my room didnt have hot water and I eventually was told we should just change rooms. When I was contacted by the staff about my experience they I had no record of the hot water issue. Definitely disorganized. In addition my new room had stains on the carpet and smelled of mildew.

The property was very accessible to many restaurants and Nationwide Arena. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. Our sheets had stains and found hair in the bed and on the pillow. My son’s rooms had orange stains on the floor. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the details of the room. Parking is across the street in the other Hilton hotel. A bit of a walk. Breakfast was located in the other Hilton tower as well. Overall I would give this location a 7/10. Not the worst but could be better.

Awful, will never stay her again and will tell everyone I know! Urine all over seat in bathroom when we got to our room, the bathroom smelled awful, the valet changed everything in my car- are seat, mirrors! - I've never seen wanting like it. Then had to walk to other place to get in car! With handicapped mother. Then the self parking garages elevator was broke, no clear signs at all on how go get back up our room. Told Jeff at front desk, totally rude, totally could care less

The employees were so very kind and personable - unfortunately the AC did not work well in our room. twice we had someone come look at it. They assured us each time it was fixed however it only became hotter in the room each night. This is a recurring problem with Hilton. I will avoid them from now on.

The person checking us in was not very helpful. Her coworker, who was checking in another family, was very helpful to those people. The coworker offered umbrellas to the other family, a map to get around the city and was just overall very cheerful. Our lady could not be more bothered with us. In fact, we felt more rushed than anything. We were never offered a map, never offered an umbrella. She just basically rushed us through the line because there was a line forming behind us even though the manager was bringing up two more people to help check in. When I confirmed with her the floor she rolled her eyes and said yes.

The Hilton staff went above and beyond for me. I had arrived on Saturday, we were starving so we stopped to eat at a nearby restaurant. Later that morning about 3:00 am, I got violently ill. I’m sure it was food poisoning. So about 1:00 pm on Sunday, I was at a conference and did not have any energy to keep going. I reached out to the hotel to ask if I could leave a day earlier but unfortunately due to the way, I booked it through Expedia. I could not do that. So I decided to stay until the end of our trip. (Not happy about it) however, the Hilton staff reached out to me and said, what can we do to make your stay more pleasurable. I said I would really like some soup from a local place if I can go pick it up. They said no worries. They got me soup from Panera. Also got my daughter a sandwich and soup from Panera as well at no charge and they delivered it to my room. THATS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME!!!!! if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Hilton Columbus.

What a wonderful property. Staff was incredibly accommodating and nice. The room was renovated and beautiful. The restaurants have really delicious food, especially for hotel restaurants. My only complaint is that there are no USB ports in the rooms whatsoever. Other than that, I would stay there 100 times out of 100.

Once I got to my room, the front desk called to tell me that I needed to switch rooms due to maintenance issues. The door in my new room malfunctioned and I was locked out for 90 minutes late at night, having to nap in the lobby as maintenance fixed a faulty door lock. Front desk tried to be helpful, but these issues are unacceptable.

This is a beautiful place, veiws are amazing, the FRY restaurant was amazing and the roof top bar was top notch. Couldnt have asked for any better service beside the front desk guy giving me awkward looks, probably because I checked in dressed in my work clothes (construction). But I will definitely be booking another stay whenever I'm visiting Columbus.

Really good service, really lovely, spacious, well appointed rooms, nice pool & hot tub. Aside from the quick coffee/grab-and-go area, the restaurants/bars inside the hotel all seemed a bit too pricy/elaborate for me. I don't mind an expensive meal or drink if it's good, but I was solo at a convention and didn't want to have a *dining experience,* I just wanted a meal. But there are some good food and drink options a short walk from the hotel.

I did not like the air conditioning only going down to 66 degrees. We ate Saturday at the Galleree bar, and the food was undercooked and horrible. Service was slow and very unwelcoming. I cannot believe that even the nachos were not cooked.

This property is in a great location. There's no shortage of eateries or places to shop nearby. Public transportation runs along the route so there's an option not to drive around. The rooftop bar is beautiful and the food was delicious. When they say small bites, believe it!

I will not stay at this hotel again. First, we ordered room service for dinner. We paid $77.00 for a paper bag with carry-out containers in it. If they had told me that was how it would come, I would have done something different. Then, the A/C unit was making very loud random banging noises - loud enough to wake us up. And, the wall are very thin - the room next door was very loud as well. Lastly, when we went to get our car, they couldn't find it. Terrible!!

Terrible experience. The garage was hard to navigate, the housekeepers did not speak English to help with anything. The people working in the restaurant were horrible, this one man serving me was very dismissive, when I tried calling him for anything I needed.
