Always like this place. Clean practical rooms (albeit my blackout shade was broken this time), great breakfast, water and coffee and ice available at all times, good gym, fantastic staff!

The breakfast is very good and if needed you can special special order their breakfast burrito without meat . There is a very quaint gym, an ice machine and 24 hour gourmet coffee and hot chocolate and tea. There are two entrances allowing for privacy and great views of the plaza Península The front desk and made services are exceptional

The location and room were good enough, clean and comfortable. What I really did not like was that they offer a free service of transport from and to the airport, and when you ask for it they tell you that it is busy and they don't give you any other option. The breakfast is also quite poor.

It was a very pleasant visit. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and willing to let me use my terrible Spanish! The parking lot is guarded and several members of the police stay at the hotel. There is a stadium nearby where one can go run after running on a walkway over the freeway. There are many local restaurants west of the hotel. Inall a great place!

Hotel was beautiful inside and out!! Loved their breakfast and having access to coffee, water, and hot chocolate 24/7. Rooms were really clean, loved that it didn’t have carpet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, felt welcoming.

Excelente hotel, la atención es muy buena de todo el personal, rápido check in, desayuno muy rico y desde temprano. La habitación muy limpia y sin ningún detalle de mantenimiento, a pesar de estar en un boulevard ningún ruido en la habitación. I was a little disappointed this time around. We booked here back in October 2024 and really enjoyed our stay, so my wife wanted book again for another event. This time around we were placed next to the maintenance room, and all night heard the washing machine going on, loud noise couldn’t sleep at all, finally fell asleep around 6am because I was so tired and they stopped doing the laundry. I don’t know what happened this time around. If we decided to come back we will request high floor room. We even have booked a month prior to our stay so you can only imagine our disappointment. Thank you again

The customer service. Every employee I encountered was as attentive and helpful. The person who checked me in, and a gentleman working in breakfast in the morning. I wish I remembered names as they are amazing. I will be back to visit again, and highly recommend.

The people in this hotel are very honest and very serviceable people i had lost my smart watch and didn’t even noticed until they told me they had founded and they gave it back to me, my only regret is that I didn’t gave the the lady who had found it a reward or something but I promised next I will, thank you so much

Great spot for an overnight, didn’t leave the hotel so I don’t have an opinion on the surrounding areas. Easy Uber to the border and to the airport. Clean rooms, smelled nice and breakfast was decent. Will stay again.
