Hotel Plaza Mirador

Necesita mejorar su elevador, muy lento y viejito, da miedo

El personal nos atendio muy bien, el problema fue la habitacion y uno que otro aspecto con varios temas,1. No recomendamos usar el elevador, se atora o no funciona correctamente, da miedo subir y no volver a salir porque ya se trabo 2. las puertas de las habitaciones ya necesitan una actualizacion, las chapas se perciben inseguras para resguardar lo que dejes en el interior 3. el aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba correctamente, no enfriaba, solo aventaba aire y fue necesario que movieramos las camas hacia donde aventaba aire para por lomenos sentir la pequeña brisa que daba y poder solventar el calor 4. la chapa de la puerta del baño ya estaba colgando practicamente y no cerraba del todo bien, 5. el tamaño del baño no es adecuado para personas altas, quedas muy limitado y pegado a la puerta. 6. se salia el agua del inodoro, pense que se darian cuenta al ver la toalla que dejabamos para absorver el agua pero no 7. la señal de la tv no es adecuada, hay canales que medio se ven o se escuchan muy mal 8. cuidado con el estacionamiento, se llena mucho y si no encuentras espacio hay que estacionarse afuera en la calle, la alberca bien, pero el piso que tiene alrededor es resbaloso y peligroso tomando en cuenta que estas mojado, las instalaciones ya se ven algo anticuadas, necesita una actualizacion, lo que mas nos gusto fueron los gatitos que ahi viven.

La piscine était en réparation!! Et avec la chaleur de Merida, pas de piscine!!! Ce sont des réparations majeures qui étaient déjà débutées au moment de ma réservation. C’est donc inacceptable car tous les hôteliers savent que la très grande majorité des gens veulent une piscine quand ils sont à Merida

Deberían ponerle atención a la piscina está verde y sucia el agua, el elevador no sirve y los que nos hospedamos en el 4to piso nos toca sufrir, de ahí en fuera todo bien

Me pareció muy bien que contara con frigobar. Lo que no me pareció que durante la estancia no funcionaba la piscina

Hotel cómodo , seguro y cerca a la estación de autobuses. Estuve con mi familia y fue una excelente opción, la alberca sobre todo muy limpia.

No pude disfrutar de la alberca ya que estaba en reparación

Fijne kamer, prima bedden. Schoon en netjes. Ontvangst in orde. Zwembad best groot en ook schoon. Restaurant was alleen voor ontbijt open. Dat was kwalitatief goed ( behalve de lauwe thee) voor 150 pesos per persoon.aar personeel was daar echt extreem sjagerijnig. Ik spreek goed Spaans, dus daar lag het niet aan. Tip: hang op de keukendeur een bordje: je bent nu op het toneel, smile! Aan de overkant bij cafe Mama of iets dergelijks fruitmilkshake gedronken voor nette prijs. Colectivos naar Celestun vertrekken van stationnetje aan Plaza San Juan, op loopafstand. Is een uur sneller dan met de bus! alleen voor ontbijt

Que había cucarachas en la regadera, en los pasillos y por la noche en las paredes de afuera del hotel.

Todo bien excepto las camas, las sábanas estaban amarillentas y en las almohadas había pelos. Todo lo demás muy bien.

La habitacion limpia, ademas del servicio a cuarto diario, las amenidades fueron muy amenas

Le personnel n'était pas très chaleureux et avait même l'air agacé. La chambre n'est pas très bien éclairée, il y a principalement les lampes de chevets pour éclairer toute la pièce dont une qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans notre chambre par la même occasion.

Para ir de paso está excelente cuenta con lo básico , pero la limpieza muy deficiente , entrar el baño era verdaderamente un tema , no se si se comunican entre los baños de varias habitaciones pero a veces nuestro baño olía terriblemente a cigarrillo o olía muy mal , como que es una sola salida de aire y todo se comunica , a regadera llena de hongos muy mal la limpieza , encontré cabellos el día que llegamos en nuestra sábanas ( no se si no la cambiaron) hablemos del restaurante , súper amargados los meseros sobre todo un señor de edad , la Sra no tanto pero si mala carosa a ratos , los de la recepción todos todos los que encontramos en el Turno súper amables atentos y muy serviciales , la alberca excelente limpia , en general el hotel es limpio por fuera aunque encontramos cerca a la alberca excremeto de gatos , y 3 días el mismo excremento en el mismo lugar y aunque comente nunca lo recogieron , y es incómodo sentarse en las sillas y que te llegue el olor , el Sr que ayuda a subir las maletas muy muy amable respetuoso u servicial , les recomiendo no pedir habitaciónes en el 1 piso por que huelen a humedad , y el Asensor está viejito mejor suban a pie y se evitan sustos por que si da miedo.

Me encantó hospedarme ahí. Muy conveniente el precio y la ubicación. Mi habitación estaba muy limpia y todo bien mantenido. El personal atento y servicial Una buena opción para hospedarse en Mérida!

Hotel Plaza Mirador is my go-to hotel for my frequent travel to Mérida. The staff is wonderful and very accomodating. I have only 2 complaints: the mattresses are VERY hard and uncomfortable, the shower heads are very clogged with mineral deposits. If hotel management is reading this review, PLEASE upgrade the mattresses to memory foam and PLEASE make part it of the regular maintenance to remove the shower heads and soak them in vinegar overnight to remove the hard water deposits.

The place was very noisy. Children were running around and screaming at the pool — definitely not a relaxing hotel. It’s not really a hotel but more like a motel, very old and outdated. The room and the bed were uncomfortable and in need of serious renovation."

We frequently stay at Hotel Plaza Mirador because it is close to the ADO bus station and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple. The staff is also friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is clean. The reasons I give 4, instead of 5, stars: 1) the mattresses are too firm; I wake up with a backache every morning. 2) the showerheads are so clogged with mineral deposits the water comes out as a fine, uneven spray, making it difficult to get a thorough shower. I can live with these two complaints because of this budget hotel's other fine amenities and service.

The restaurant was not open the afternoon I arrived or for dinner. There were no washcloths in the room. Very poor lightening in the vanity area. Hot water took over five minutes to arrive. Shower was so small I could barely turn around. The shower head only trickled out water. One of my worst hotel experiences in Merida. I will never return.

The room that I stayed in was a little tired and worn but it was big with plenty of storage space for luggage & clothing. The pool was clean & refreshing with plenty of loungers & chairs. The hotel had a stack of nice, new mattresses in the entrance so they were making improvements to some of the rooms.

Check in faster than ever! Less than 3 minutes for sure. Quiet AC with quality beds.

The hotel is really nice and good value for money, really close to the ADO bus station in the center of Mérida. But I was there one Saturday night and there were so much noise from people having "a party" at the pool/ lobby area that it was impossible to sleep. Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.

Estuvo bien , cerca del lugar CAS donde tenía que ir! La almohada terrible, grande , dura e incómoda, pocas ameinidades, la tele no se veía bien. Pero en general ok para pasar la noche

Falla mucho el internet y las intalaciones estan mas deterioradas de lo que se mira en las fotos...esta a 1.2 Km del centro no tan cerca como se indica, para los que nos gusta caminar está bien...

The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!

El personal de la tarde noche ,pésimo servicio y no resolvían nada ,además contaban con un carácter horrible

Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.

The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. Great place, but didn’t realize it wouldn’t have a fridge.

Regadera en mal funcionamiento, sin presión de agua, te tenías que bañar pegado a la pared. Controles de la tele y clima sin tapa y batallando para que funcionen. En la televisión se ven muy pocos canales y cpmo que no tenían antena porque se veaían muy mal. En el restaurante mala atención y comida mala, pedí chilaquiles con pollo y tenían 3 hebras de pollo era puro totopo con salsa. Mejor vayas a almorzar enfrente, más barato y mejores porciones y sabor.

10 de 10 excelente trato, hotel súper limpio, alberca limpia, restaurante muy rico , cuenta con estacionamiento dentro del hotel, lo recomiendo mucho

Our room was rather dated and while it was somewhat clean, it really needs a deep cleaning as well as updating. There were not enough outlets - just one in a convenient location by the bed. The pool area was nice and the staff were polite but spoke limited English. The location is fairly central to various spots. I booked my room with breakfast but Expedia did not include this on any of my receipts so we missed out.

Todo estuvo muy bien lo único que no me pareció fue que en la habitación que me tocó no había suficiente luz de tal manera que tuve que mover la mesa que estaba en el pasillo de las los camas para poder hacer mi tarea y el restaurante también debería estar todo el día más que cuando fui me tocó la entrada del huracán y como visitante no sabes qué hacer, pero todo muy bien

Escelente costo/beneficio, hotel agradable, el unico detalle es lo limitado que es el desayuno incluido.
