Baño de la habitación con moho, no servía el extractor de aire, tuve una infección en el ojo desde el primer día, tuve que buscar doctor y medicamento y en domingo. A la piscina le faltan muchas piezas del recubrimiento, muy descuidada y peligrosa, no es opción para ingresar.

This property is in a great location across the road from the harbour however it is such a shame that the property has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. It is in great need of upgrading and modernization e,g, We had hoped to use the pool but with much of the floor tiles missing it was unappealing. If you are looking for the hotel just look for the restaurant 'AMINA' on the main floor - as the hotel sign is frustratingly tiny, tough to read and placed on a side wall. j

This hotel looks lovely from the outside but the room and bathroom are well worn. We stayed there instead of our usual, Fiesta Inn, for bay location, pool (clised for repair!) and price. After I booked, Fiesta dropped to their price to match! Some nice bay restaurants next door and just across the street helped.

Es un hotel que tiene una excelente ubicación, frente al mar con acceso inmediato al malecón, pero es un hotel viejito, me da la impresión de que le falta mantenimiento, le falta un frigobar a la habitación, una TV de difícil manejo, aire acondicionado con mal olor, aunque me tocó una vista impresionante me encantaron los ventanales que tenían la habitación que me asignaron., no tiene elevador, la cama cómoda y grande, habitación y baño amplio aunque tenía mal olor proveniente de la cañería.

This hotel has amazing views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was once very very nice but has gotten old. It's still nice but a little worn. Everything was clean and neat. The restaurant on site is fantastic, everything I ate there was over the top delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner.

We encountered many challenges; let me list a few. The air conditioning unit was leaking, there were cobwebs on the ceiling of the balcony, the light immediately above the bed head had a lot of dust, the bath towel had mold, the wifi only worked in certain areas of the room, and they claimed the pool was under maintenance, but it did not appear that way to us. The toilet of the room could not flush This is a clear indication that the hotel is not maintained, and we were deceived by the images posted.

Mala experiencia.....en primer lugar la habitación olía mucho a humedad, en segundo lugar el baño tenía olor a orines, como si no se hubiese aseado y tercero...había una plaga de hormigas , nuestra queja no fue atendida como hubiéramos deseado, solo se remitieron a pedir disculpas, estuvimos 2 días y créanme no lo volveremos a hacer

Although the Hotel Noor is a bit older, we found the staff was wonderful, helpful and truly kind. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very cheerful. Obviously, the rooms have a beautiful view of the water with Belize clearly visible from our balcony.

The photos online are deceiving, the hotel looks nothing like what it offers online. It is rundown and doesn’t look like taken care of. The room had tables that were scratched up, the shower needed some work, the view was great (panoramic) but the glass in them needed some caulking. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. We did not stay even 1 nite we wound up somewhere else. Do not rent here unless you look at pictures that they advertise and what it really looks like.

Después de estar todo el día afuera y cuando regrese al hotel en horas de la tarde, encontré la puerta de mi habitation abierta. "Aparentemente" la persona de house keeping no se aseguro de cerrar bien la puerta. Al final tres cosas insignificantes desparecieron de mi habitación.

This hotel has amazing views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was once very very nice but has gotten old. It's still nice but a little worn. Everything was clean and neat. The restaurant on site is fantastic, everything I ate there was over the top delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner.

Quick and easy check-in. front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and walking distance to what we needed. We were able to walk to the pier the next day with all our luggage.
