They need to do improvements in all the building, Check the plumbing because it smells very bad, faucets, shower, TV, noise, etc.

Property was not at all like the pictures they have on line when I made the reservation. Room was super small, the beds were very noisy old and uncomfortable, walls in the room had stains.

If you are going to the CAS and for one night is perfectly fine. More, I will really think about it. The property need lots on maintenance and the room doors a little more privacy and safety.
