The hotel was under construction, when we first arrived our door was open and we couldn’t get the door to lock. They didn’t want to get us another room since “this one was clean for us”. They did get the lock to work. The hotel was so loud from 9:00 on. Super loud and no one could sleep. We even called to tell them and nothing was done.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice and clean, and really comfortable. The only thing was they didn’t seem to have enough wash cloths, and towels. When asked for more the staff said they were waiting on laundry to get done. This could have been because the hotel was booked due to the game. But other than that everything was really nice. There is restaurants, and shopping in walking distance as well.

Room wasn't ready at 3. Staff didn't greet us and wasn't pleasant at check in on Saturday February 24th. Other times we came inside they were on their phones. Customer service is lacking. The hotel itself is very nice and has great amenities. Good location. Suite was spacious.

Welcoming lobby and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checked in late with 4 young children. Had to call down to the front to ask for sheets/pillowcases/blankets for pull out couch and then had to walk back down to get them as they did not have staff to bring them up. Also, apparently all of the bathroom doors are being replaced but on back order (per staff). My husband used our bathroom and got locked inside. Could not unlock the door from The inside. Staff said this happens often and they had to come jimmy the lock open for him at 11:30PM.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The facility seemed new and was very clean and updated. It was in a safe neighborhood and I would feel comfortable staying there alone. The only problem I had was getting an Uber or Lyft to Ohio Stadium for a concert. There were Ubers showig available, but they kept declining the request. The staff told us they sometimes do that because they dont wan to come that far.

Hospitality was great. Everyone I met was very nice and friendly. It is a beautiful hotel but I am disapointed with the cleanliness. In my suite the couch was covered in stains, the floors looked dirty, the kitchen utensils and cups look like they were used and never placed in the washer. The coffee machine was dirty and the room has a moldy musty smell. I used to be a General Manager for a large hotel, and I understand running a hotel is not easy. For what I paid each night, I was disappointed in Hilton.

The room was very nice, very clean, looked great. Unfortunately the bed and the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. The blankets may have “fit” the bed, but they were way too small, especially for a couple. Adding to the situation the AC was just not cutting it for the room. I must’ve woken up 3-4 times during the night for all the aforementioned reasons. I’ve honestly slept better in hotels that cost half as much.

We arrived late, and the property was really busy, but Nancy was handling everything like a pro! I was amazed at how hard she was working not just to make sure everyone was adequately accommodated, but that we all had a pleasant stay and experience. When I saw her still going hard in the morning, I was even more impressed. We also had a great experience with breakfast staff, and we were pleased at how kind and accommodating they were. The staff really made this stay notable by going above and beyond!
