Llevamos automóvil y el estacionamiento estaba a un lado del hotel, te dan un boleto para que lleves el auto y al entregarlo la persona que recibe el boleto y el automóvil es muy grosero, nos apuró y me arrebató el boleto diciendo que el estacionamiento era independiente al hotel, que el hotel le pagaba pero que sí quería no lo recibía, acudí a recepción a reportar lo sucedido y solamente me comentó el recepcionista que iba a pasar el reporte porque no había gerente, como era muy agresivo y prepotente dudé en dejar mi automóvil ahí pero no había opciones ya que era de noche, deberían de quitar la opción de que cuenta con estacionamiento así las personas que llegamos con automóvil buscamos otro lugar que sí lo proporcione y nos ahorramos el mal rato, lo cual no es justo.

Our room had mold on one of the corners from floor to ceiling. The elevator only fit 2 people at a time with a bag each, otherwise use the stairs. We had to pay for our parking, hourly rate! Lots of homeless people around. I did like their restaurant's food though. We only needed one night and the location was perfect for tourism, expectations of building were not met.

Al reservar decía que contaba con estacionamiento y al llegar me dijeron que ya no había cupo, no me daban opciones y el servicio de la persona de recepción muy malo y los alrededores del hotel llenos de personas vagabundas y drogadas. Es céntrico, el hotel ya tiene sus años, amerita remodelación, fumigación ( había cucarachas) más limpieza, la habitación se encontraba con cabellos en el piso y en las camas, se filtraba el agua de la regadera hacia el excusado. Mucho ruido, deberían de avisar a huéspedes que evitarán escándalos. En el exterior hay un parque con indigentes que se encuentran fumando marihuana. Si viene con niños no recomiendo. Personal de recepción amable.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite especially the fellow who helped us with our luggage. Also, we appreciate that every morning we were asked if we needed anything for our room. The showers are leaking out to the main bathroom floor making it a slipping hazard and a big mess.

La mujer que nos atendió al llegar fue muy seca, no grosera, pero no te hace sentir bienvenido. La habitación se veía limpia, pero luego notas cabellos por todos lados, da asco. Deberían de usar aspiradora y trapeador.

El lugar está bien ubicado. El personal de recepción es muy amable pero hay un muchacho joven se lentes de mantenimiento que no es nada atento y hasta parece que te hace unfavor al momento de entregar el equipaje y hasta te hace caras. Por otro lado las habitaciones están sucias; esta es la segunda vez que voy me toca una habitación sucia, la cama estaba manchada de maquillaje y había cabellos en la almohada y una envoltura de condon debajo de la cama. Muy mal aspecto. Solo el baño si está limpio y las toallas limpias. Me da pena dejar este comentario porque anteriormente estas cosas no pasaban en este hotel.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.

Location was not where indicated. It was further away from Zocalo. Informed receptionist about this in case others went through the same trouble finding the hotel and he was very rude. Also, he didn't want to take my DL because he said it's not a vadid ID in Mexico. He was asking for my passport.

Lamentablemente en esta ocasión no estoy satisfecha con el servicio que me proporcionó un sr. Recepcionista, el cual, al momento de mi llegada no me abría la puerta del hotel porque mi check in era a las 15 hrs. En ocasiones anteriores nunc ame habían dicho semejante tontería, llegó me registró, guardan mi equipaje y yo regreso más tarde a que me proporcionen mi cuarto, como siempre lo he hecho, fue muy grosero, pedante, como si el hotel fuera de El. Lamentablemente personas así, hacen que uno se lleve pésima impresión del hotel. Investigue le nombre y al parecer se llama Jesús el señor, pésimo servicio de su parte sr. Es mentiroso y déspota.

El señor encargado de la noche de nombre Carlos tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente, Te pide identificaciones de menores , siendo que en las políticas que ampara en la confirmación de Hotels.com no lo mencionaron , así mismo en su anuncio nunca mencionan que solo admiten vehículos pequeños y no camionetas , solo mencionan restricción de altura pero sin especificar.

I always enjoy this hotel. It’s a simple place full of Mexican people rather than tourists. There is a 24 hour bakery next door that sells drinking water. Most of the year there is moderate weather. Windows open. It is a couple blocks walk from Bellas Artes in a less opulent neighborhood. The area has been upgraded a good deal. The plaza next door has always had some homeless population coming and going. It’s clean and well maintained. We have never felt endangered in any way. This hotel is a Mexican experience with unbeatable access to public transportation.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice for the price, it’s close to many attractions, there are a lot of homeless around though, I understand the hotel has nothing to do with it, just be cautious when you walk around, specially at night.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.

Hay que tener cuidado durante la noche sobre todo si quieres salir a comprar algo, en el día sin problemas. Cuidado a la hora de pagar tus comidas en el hotel, el señor que te atiende muy amable y bastante atento, pero a la hora de pagar el mucho me cobro el doble de lo que consumí, y todavía le pregunté que me estaba cobrando demás, y solo dijo es su servicio. Solo pague y no quise discutir.
