Walkable to Banff Avenue, restaurants, shops, buses, and nearby trails; several guests also felt the area was safe and reasonably quiet.

Breakfast is basic self-serve (typically cereal, toast, and pancakes); some found it filling or adequate, while others felt it lacked variety or quality, and the kitchen can feel busy or chaotic.
