Plenty of parking. Rooms dated but very clean. Very nice breakfast buffet continental with option of cooked to order English. Ariaana was especially lovely. When we told her we were there for my Mums funeral she later brought us chocolates and a lovely message of condolence.

The staff was lovely, but the whole place was falling apart, the bathroom was mouldy, the smells from the kitchen and voices in the corridor/canteen felt like they were in the room. Needs some serious restoration
