Check-in time: from 14:00 to 18:00 Arrival before or after the check-in time, are subject to the request from the customer (must be communicated before 5:00 p.m.) and to the confirmation from the property. The check in after the time of the reception until 9:00pm have an extra cost of the Euro 10.00. After this this up to midnight the cost for the check in is Euro 20.00. It must be paid in cash.) Arrivals at the airport from 9:00 pm to midnight can be accepted only and exclusively with the use of our taxi service Check in between 24:00 to 1:00 has a cost of 40.00€ over 1:00 at night it is not possible to check in. In order to provide a better service, please let us know your time of arrival at our Guest House . Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival. Taxes included Breakfast not included. For security reasons we will make just a pre-authorization on the amount of the first night just to check the validity of the credit card. The pre-authorization is a procedure made automatically for all bookings received through the web site portal in order to verify the validity of the credit cards and it is not a charge but only a temporary block and if you need more information you can ask at your bank. Anyway , as specified in our policy you will pay the full amount directly at our property by credit card or cash money at your arrival and you can modify or cancel your reservation free until 7 days before the check-in date.
