My special request was honored. The hotel was pet friendly and the grassy area for the pets was very convenient

Very clean and affordable! Plus they have a nice pool!

Everything was fine but we didnt see an ice machine and needed another chair in the room .We had one great chair but the desk chair wasnt working for old people to set in.

The location to shopping centers and fast food restaurants was the most important factor for the determination of my stay. I was not however pleased with the drink machines or the spyware cams and the cloaked people loitering and looting from us of our limited resources. Honestly it becomes a nuisance for us to have to deal with this type of unadulterated behavior and unprofessional immature people. Not speaking on behalf of the staff because they don’t know what happens when they are not here.

This place was and is horrible. The room are not clean and they smell awful. The drapes are very dirty and they are infected with roaches. Never ever will I stay there again

People were nice. Our Room was dirty, refrigerator had pieces of food all over it, toilet had urine on it.

Well, If you are looking for a dirty, judgmental, and confusing hotel..... Look no further. When first walking into the lobby, the front desk clerk assumed my best friend and I were lesbians and quickly exclaimed to us that they had no singles available. Well, Good thing we are both married and made a reservation for 2 BEDS! When walking into our room, we were both blown away by the smell. Looked around the room and found an old potato chip on the ground as well as a band aid wrapper under the sink. We do smoke; so while trying to find the ashtray, to no avail, I grabbed a cup and filled it with water no find that the cup actually belonged to the DAYS INN.... WHY?!?!? Went to go throw something away (btw, had to go find the trash can) and located the trash can, looked in it... and WOW! That was one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. However, I did need to sleep so against my better judgement I got into bed, but what did I see???? Honestly, I am not sure. Pen marks? Old Blood? Only the Lord knows. The next morning, While brushing my teeth, I noticed that our wonderful complimentary lotion looked used..... but that was not the only thing about our lotion that I noticed. The lotion was from the Wingate Inn.... I thought this was comical, so I decided to take a picture of all the hotel logos along with my key card, and guess what?!?!?! Key card said Comfort Suites. This was one of the worse stays I have had and also the most confusing..... And.... Now you know!

I left without a refund. I went to a another location. Disgusting.

There were stains on the comforters and sheets, there were dead roaches stuck to the wall, mold on the ceiling, crackheads living in it. Loud music and slamming doors all night long.

The property is located in a small town on the highway so, it's easy to find; near eateries but not well maintained. The room smelled of vomit and the A/C smelled of mold; the floors and bathroom were clean, clean linens on the bed. The Wifi was sketchy kept going off. The staff were courteous and respectful.

It was good and quiet. The staff was teally nice.

The price way attractive. You get what you pay for. It was convenient for my event location. Easy access to entrance from Highway. Cracked sink and open drains. No way to stop water and poor painted trim. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Floor panels were loose. Room needed painting.

Not the worst place I’ve stayed, not the best either. First the good: the mattresses seemed new and were clean. The check in was mostly easy. Location was great for what we needed. The AC was fantastic and the fridge worked great! The not so good: the room smelled weird but also I’m not from a humid place so maybe it was just weird to me. There were two lights that didn’t come on at all. When we asked about it we were told they should have come on with the light switch and if we wanted to change rooms for more light we would have had to ask within 10 minutes of getting in our room. The blankets on the beds were clearly old and each had burn marks in them. The towels were small and itchy and for more than 2 we had to go to the desk. The informational: The rooms need to be remodeled, no question about it. The bathroom was not great, maybe mold on the wall, but (and this will only matter if you are old enough to have lived in the 80s because we had these then) the shower head was the single most amazing thing about this hotel. The water pressure was outstanding and the water got hot AF! When I say, I would sell my soul to have this shower head in my home…I mean it! Overall, for one night it was fine. The price was great, it served its purpose but if we were staying longer I’d probably have found a place with a little nicer amenities. I did speak to someone who said the motel had been newly purchased and that they are working on remodels and upgrades so do with that what you will

After booking I was informed there was a $100 deposit when the room cost less than $100 and I was only staying one night. The front desk was less than accommodating and was extremely unhelpful. I was able to get a refund though and went to another hotel for the night simply because if the vibe I got while in the office.

Very rude staff. Lady was obviously frustrated and treated my sons and I like we were absolutely trash! Will never go back! Do not recommend!

We became ill with Norovirus during our stay and had to extend for 2 more days Housekeeping staff was polite while accommodating to our needs for extra linens
