One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!

Loved the indoor pool - was immaculate and well stocked with towels. The front desk person - Diane - was extremely cordial and helpful. Meghan also spoke with us and welcomed us to the Enterprise Fairfield. It was a nice stay with a comfortable room.

The hotel is easy to find with a restaurant, gas station and Dollar General all connected together in the vicinity. More food options were also very close as well. One visible floating dust strand hanging from the ceiling, but other than that it was great. The desk person at check in was nice and helpful and put us on the first floor with the pool as requested. There was an issue with our key reader for the first room which he immediately corrected and changed us to another room. The pool was freezing is my biggest negative. If you're going to spend that much money to have an indoor pool then I feel like it should be temperature controlled. The breakfast was very nice with a decent variety of hot and cold options.

This is my 4th stay at the Fairfield Enterprise and as usual it was clean and vary nice condition. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. The continental breakfast has something for everyone

The check in process took longer than expected and the employee spoke so quietly we could barely hear her. We did not hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, but the a/c unit was a wall mount which was very loud. There was lots of storage in the room and bathroom. The shower was very mildewy and had soap scum on the walls and doors. The shower had no shelves or place to put items, the door leaked and cause the bathroom floor to be soaked after use. The toilet paper is horrible and there are no facial tissues provided.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was a plus! Hotel seemed newer but we had a couple issues with our room. We stayed 3 nights visiting close friends for my husband’s birthday. When arriving back at the room the 2nd night for showers and to settle in for the night we had no hot water, I called the lobby and they said they had an issue but we should run both faucets in the bathroom so it gets hotter. I hung up and we tried that it started getting warm enough to shower. We noticed in the morning a sign that they were working on the water heater again that day but since we were going to be out all day thought we’d be fine by the evening. It ended up being colder that night. I’ve never had an issue at hotels not having hot water. Our bed was pretty lumpy and we had a couple roaches that we reported to them so it can be treated. I felt online I chose a newer hotel in the area so we’d be able to relax. Home away from home but we didn’t experience that unfortunately.

Everything was good except for the showers. It took at least 5 - 10 minutes for the hot water to heat up in the shower. That is too long for an established of Thai caliber. I literally had to turn the shower on- turn the hot side all the way over and let it run for like 10 minutes till the water heated up.

They should have given me a better room since the one I was in had some ants in it. The bathroom door was hard to close. Dresser drawer was closed by a piece of cardboard to keep it closed. I had to ask for trash bags -no bags in room trash cans. The room was room 422. I hope they do better or give me better room next time ! They also put a $40 hold on my card and did not release it after I checked out.

I found the hotel base line acceptable. The cleaning staff replaced my towels but did not make the bed. The lobby has a bad odor like the smell of natural gas. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a mini fridge, tv and coffee maker but I did not use them. The hair dryer is very weak. Next time I’ll bring my own if I need to come back here. The shower door runs on a track that is not enclosed and is not secure. The entire glass door came off the track when I tried to slide the door closed but I got it back into place. Interaction with staff was pleasant.

We had a pull out couch…but the hotel ran out of blankets, sheets, and pillows. There were no extras in our room. For a holiday week, how is that possible? We also could hear everyone walking around. And lastly, our bathroom door didn’t close and there was damage to the room. Not sure we will stay in a Fairfield again. I’ll go back to Hampton inn.

They only clean room’s every other day, but dont say that upfront. And yet didn’t have extra towels when requested. Too costly for tvst poor service. Staff seem indignant to my comments. Better look somewhere else

The shower did not work in our room. Tried calling front desk at 6:30am and there was no answer. How can you rent a room where the shower doesn't work. I had to bath and wash my hair in the sink!! Was not impressed to make this discovery so early in the morning when I had to go to work.

Breakfast was not available during the hours posted on Monday morning. Showed up to eat at 9:10 with only turkey sausage and bagels available. Went back at 9:45 with everything cleaned up. Hours posted 7:00-10:00.
