Super parkeringsplads. Men træls ikke at få koden til parkering på forhånd, når man efter opfordring har tjekket ind hjemmefra. Blev i første sendt væk fra hotellet til et andet hotel, da de ikke kunne finde vores booking. Værelset kunne være mere rent, og der var ikke redt op til vores datter, sker først efter vores ankomst kl 15.

Ganz nett, aber Preis-/Leistung hat meiner Meinung nach nicht gepasst. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, für knappe 200€ die Nacht (Bis dahin war auch alles gut und Preis schien der Bilder Nach gerechtfertigt und im vergleich günstig). Leider war das Zimmer sehr herunter und in die Jahre gekommen. Gebucht haben wir das Zimmer wegen der Terrasse. Die war auch wunderbar mit Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet :) Angereist sind wir mit dem Auto und leider war wohl kein Platz mehr in der Tiefgarage weshalb wir dann draußen geparkt haben. Da muss man also auf jeden Fall vorab reservieren.

Das Hotel liegt ca 20min Fussminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind alle im Erdgeschoss und über einen privaten Innenhof zu erreichen. Die Zimmer ist okay, aber nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Haben eine angenehme Größe, einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pods. Eine Bettdecke fürs Doppelbett!! Das Frühstück war vielfältig und für den etwas dabei. Parken auf jeden Fall vorher anfragen. Bei uns war alles voll, sodass wir in ein Parkhaus fahren mussten. 99€ für 24h

Funcionários sempre solícitos e prestativos. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, assim como a equipe de manutenção. Estávamos hospedados eu, meu marido e meu filho de 4 anos. Das 8 diárias, apenas 1 dia colocaram toalhas para nós 3. Em uma das reposições, uma toalha estava rasgada. Também ficamos um dia sem reposição de papel higiênico. Esse não é o tipo de situação que se espera em um hotel como esse. Também tivemos problema com barulho dos outros quartos, que vazavam para o nosso até altas horas da madrugada (um dos dias havia muitas pessoas em um dos quartos, prática que imagino não ser permitida no hotel). Até tentei entrar em contato com a recepção via whatsapp e telefone, mas não tive sucesso. Essa foi nossa terceira estadia e acredito que não voltaremos novamente.

Le ménage avait été fait grossièrement, il y avait des cheveux partout le dessus de lit était taché. En contrôlant le matelas l’horreur des cheveux à foison, des taches de sang d’urine et des miettes de nourriture et cannabis probablement… cela sentait très fort la cigarette, la terrasse n’est entretenue pas du tout. Ils ont fini par changer le matelas, nous sommes restés une seule nuit heureusement. Je ne vous le recommande pas.

Genuinely really liked this hotel, the staff was amazing, greeted us every single time we walked into the hotel and made a conversation with us, gave us recommendations as well. The only downside to this hotel is that there are no washcloths, and the floors were super super dirty to the point where my brand new white socks are no longer white doesn’t matter how many times I wash them.

This was a highly rated hotel, but it was a lackluster experience. The walls were super thin and you could hear the neighbors on both sides, the room itself was dirty with cobwebs and dirt. Was expecting more based on the price and photos. Thankfully the location was in a great area with restaurants, transportation, and ease of walking places. Overall not an awful place, but I would ease on the side of caution if you are looking at this place for a stay.

Zimmer geräumig, nett eingerichtet. Aber muffig und roch nach ungenutztem Abfluss. Der Geruch ging auch nicht weg. Die Fenster ließen sich leider nicht öffnen. Das Bad war klein und in desolatem Zustand...es wurde lange nicht gründlich gereinigt und alles war sehr verkalkt und abgenutzt.

Sehr dreckig! Im Vorhang waren weiße Flecken, wie man auf den Bildern sieht, Tapete löst sich, Schimmel, nicht mal an der Fernbedienung bleibt die Abdeckung dran, sondern ist auch permanent abgefallen… Der Boden hat so geklebt, dass man ohne Hausschuhe nicht laufen konnte, und vom Bad fange ich erst gar nicht an…..

Great location, lots of lovely quaint cafes around, close to multiple tram stops, shops such as Lidl within a 5 minute walk. Very convenient place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was quite basic (especially for a deluxe double) but was spacious and very clean so still very happy.. definitely recommend

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, einzig der Zustand der Zimmer, vor allem der Bäder, hat leider schon deutlich gelitten. Verstopfte Waschbecken, kaputte Duschen und abblätternde Farbe an der Decke. Dafür sind die Betten aber wirklich gut. Recht fest, keine Kuhlen, top. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage macht vieles wett, man kann wirklich so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreichen. Denke wir kommen wieder.

Small, tiny room with holes in the wall. Safe didn’t work even though reception tried resetting it. My room Was on the ground floor-literally a courtyard walk from reception area where workers were working right outside the window. There’s nothing Grand about the room I was in. It’s like an old maid’s or servant’s room. You can’t open the curtains cause anyone/everyone walking by can see directly into your room and the courtyard entrance to the Hotel’s right there next to the street. It’s also the first room when entering the ground floor hallway. I requested a higher floor with air conditioning (did get that). Receptionist were very nice and helpful but I would have liked to have known about that room choice in advance. You can’t tell from the pics or information. Toilet button was broken so just double flush worked.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Man kann sich vor Ort Fahrräder mieten und die Stadt erkunden, ist aber auch in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und im Erdgeschoss zur Straße hin. Daher war es etwas laut. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

The room was small even though I had booked a suite. The roof terrace has no privacy. The light in the bathroom was insufficient to put on make-up. The location was fine. Close to the museums and easy access to tram. The people at the hotel were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Basic hotel that was enough for a layover. Good shower except it doesn't drain well and flooded the bathroom. Staff aren't very nice or helpful. Overheard them telling a guest to 'google it when asking for help. And then they proceeded to laugh about the guest after he left.

Make sure you pre-pay for your room. I was double charged for my room. Once at check-in and once at check-out. Either the staff is not aware of payment procedures or the hotel has a fraud operation in their payment system that they are not aware of. They will not help you resolve the payment issue, so save yourself a headache and prepay.

Super convenient to stay here. Amsterdam central is walking distance, public transportation is next to the hotel, staff is willing to help you get around the city in the public transportation. Comfortable beds, hotel is fancy, at an affordable price.

Arnold and reception/front desk staff were wonderful. Dealt with all issues we had as best they could. Would not stay on ground floor in this hotel due to strong sewer smell from shower but anywhere higher would be fine.

They withdrew 2500 Eur from our account upon arrival even though we had paid in advance. So we went for 5 days without money due to their mistake. They were not helpful in getting the money back and no info or compensation due to their mistake. Tried calling the hotel, emailed them and the did not answer until 3 days later.

Adoramos nossa estadia no hotel, uma boa localização. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé em Amsterdam. Com certeza voltaremos. Só algumas observações que não prejudicaram nossa estadia, mas vale a pena comentar para o hotel melhorar ainda mais: o box do banheiro não fecha, o que faz com que o chão do banheiro fique todo molhado ao tomar banho; faltam locais para pendurar toalhas molhadas; poderia ter mais mesa para apoiar mochilas. No mais nota 10.

It’s listed as 4 star. But it’s like a 3 start airport hotel. Very dated and old inside. I had the best room, one of the top floor ones. But getting is is a hassle and it’s not great. Bathroom is very old. I can’t fault the breakfast!

Don’t book a first floor room, my parents did and both rooms they had a terrible sewer smell, I had a room on the 6th floor was great. Beautiful view of the city, and good size, breakfast was just ok, get coffee somewhere else

The hotel is in a good area, you can walk to everything from 10 to 40 min to all attractions, in a safety area. We had the penthouse but wasn't that clean the toilet and shower. The blinds full of dust. Big bed, veey comfy to sleep and bedding all clean. Amazing view from the top. Breakfast decent, very good, a bit of everything if you arrive before 9 am, after that you need to wait to bring more. Overall its ok.

Dejlig suite på toppen af bygningen (6 sal) med en kæmpe møbleret tagterrasse. Suiten var både med ventilation og separat luft/luft varmepumpe til at holde temperaturen nede. Personalet var venligt nok, men sparede på den ekstraordinære service. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke prangende. Der blev fyldt ok op, men de varme retter var højst lune. Sengen var god at sove i. Suiten var overfladisk ren ved ankomsten, men trængte til en grundig omgang for at få fjernet skidt og spindelvæv i krogene og få vasket gulvet godt.
