The EV chargers were blocked by ICE cars and the management says they “get that comment a lot.” Fixing that would be great because one of the reasons we picked this location was for the EV charging - which we did t get. There was also no hot water for showers. Not a good experience.

Traveling as a family of 5 is never an easy task, but this hotel made it a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean, the kitchenette area was WAY nicer and bigger than we thought. Our kids loved the pool. This is our new go-to hotel when visiting Columbus Zoo and COSI!

Took 15 mins to get Lukewarm water to shower. The shower slide doors would not stay shut i had to wedge a washcloth in the door to keep it from sliding open on it's own. Breakfast was ok. Feel like it was way better at another home2suites I stayed in the past. Walls were thin. I could hear the guy next to me snoring.

Size and space in the room was great. Not enough parking and had to park at Costco. Door to our room did not shut or lock so I had to call the front desk. Room was very warm and kept reading error on the thermostat.

Property was nice. The shower floor hadn't been cleaned nor the floor in the kitchenette area. There was hair on the shower floor upon arrival as well as white gunk on the kitchen area floor. Otherwise, everything was great. Good breakfast options, pool was refreshing but not cold. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. There are many options for shopping and food nearby but nothing is really within walking distance. Nice parking lot with easy access and electric chargers available.

Convenient location with plenty of shopping and dining options. The area is also family friendly with plenty of options for entertainment. The indoor pool was clean and warm and they provided towels for use. The complimentary breakfast had a HUGE variety and coffee served all day. The on site laundry was also a complimentary service and the machines were clean and they had multiple to use. I opted for a suite with a small kitchen area and it was stocked with all i needed. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

I needed to come to Columbus to work on a project for a few days with my boss so I booked the king suite so we'd have a table to work at together. The room was fantastic and provided us a great space to worj at for a couple days. Really liked this hotel. Everyone I interacted with was great. Breakfast was good. We tried to swim one afternoon and the pool was so so SOOOO very cold that we were barely able to stay in for 10 minutes and never got fully in the water. Everything else was excellent!

I thought since Polaris is a nicer area it would be great for my daughter’s sweet 16 hotel party but I was wrong. The pool was so small and there were lots of people coming in that weren’t guest, but a guest let them in. The were shooting guest with water blasters and lots of families including ours left due to this unsafe environment and disturbance. Then the fire pit was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it doesn’t work and apparently hasn’t for a while. Our room was ready when we checked in and we were told they were sold out then asked if we actually needed a 2 queen bed room. This experience was horrible!!!

We were gone every day by 1230pm and didnt return for 12 hours. Our room was never cleaned or towels replaced. We got our own towels on our forth day. Place was very clean, with the exception of our room after first night. Breakfast was pretty standard. Area around was fantastic. Cabelas very close and just about every restaurant imaginable. Id stay in this area again, but definitely not at this particular place.

Overall, great quality for great price. The bathroom didn’t seem like it was cleaned well, but it could have been due to busy weekend turn around. It wasn’t dirty, just could see where a few spots were missed in the shower and in the floor. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Property looked good, however there were hairs on all 3 of my pillows and the comforter had an old/funky smell so I asked to switch rooms. Second room had hair in shower, but only 1 hair on a pillow so I didn’t complain. Overall (besides that) it was clean and the breakfast was good.

I really enjoy the aesthetics of Home2 Suites. One of my favorite chains to stay at. Everything was perfect except the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Style, service, convenience of check-in, and cleanliness were all above average though.

I'm a frequent stayer at the Home2Suites on Polaris and have typically had some great stays there. This one, however, had a few hiccups that I feel could've been fixed by the staff. The biggest thing was that, throughout my four days there, my TV didn't work. All of the channels said they were offline. When I called the front desk on Thursday night (my first night there), I was told it had to do with the storm in the area. However, the TV was out well before the storm started or was even near the region. I was told to call an 800 number to get assistance. This number was busy every time I called. The front desk person then said 'there was nothing he could do' and that something just needed to be 'reset'. But when I asked if he could come to my room to see if he could 'reset it' he said he couldn't do that. Everything else with my stay was great. I've always had great stays there, but was very disappointed that they didn't make much of an effort to try and fix my problem. I'm hoping for future guests, they might do a little more on their end to make sure that the program is fixed.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel. I booked because it looked nice and i was bringing my daughter to the zoo and Zoombezi bay for some end of the summer fun. After walking the zoo all day we just wanted to take a hot shower and relax…. To our surprise our room didn’t have hot water. I call to the front desk and the worker was so rude telling me to run it for 15 minutes and hung up. I ran it for over 30 minutes and it didn’t even get warm. Called back and she suggested we move rooms or talk to a GM the next morning and then disconnected the call. RUDE. The next morning i go down and speak to front desk and she says management doesn’t work on weekends and to call Monday. As i was checking out, low and behold… MANAGEMENT. Smh he gave me a measly $54 off the room was was over $200 for one night. I will NEVER stay at one of these hotels again. Very rude. Very unprofessional. & i wasn’t the only room without hot water smh

Everything was great until checkout. I asked for a receipt and she asked if I wanted a paper receipt and I said yes. She typed something in the computer and then stated I would need to get it from Expedia, turned and walked away. I was somewhat miffed and not sure about my return in the future.

Great location right off highway and near a lot of dining and shopping options. Has breakfast including with a good selection. Has an indoor pool that was a nice warmer temp for kids. Weird comment but shower was slippery, both of my kids took what step in shower and slipped and fell...there was a sign in the bathroom that there was anti slip mats upon request so we asked at the front desk and was told they didnt have them but then ran into a housekeeper on the way back to door and managed to get one. Decent place, would stay again

The room was absolutely huge and super homey and comfortable. I was very surprised by how spacious and accommodating this room was. Pool was great and warmer than most hotel indoor pools. Nice to have a continental breakfast but the sandwiches were hard and stale; however the waffle bar was a delight. Didn’t love the front desk customer service; my only real gripe.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at Home2Suites. Our family really likes the suites. Your hotel was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. My youngest daughter was so happy the pool was available. 😊 Our team did not make it to play Sunday but no refund was given for the last night booked. It would have been nice to get a refund of some sort. Overall our stay was great!

Nice place. Clean and friendly staff. Only things I would change... 1. Use paper items, such as toilet paper that isn't very, very thin and rough 2. Shim the toilet so they don't wobble 3. Don't have so much cheese and pork on the breakfast items.
