I reserved one hotel but they moved me to another room with no explanation and was only accesible by stairs. The parking was more then advertised and I was threatened with being towed immediately upon arrival. I didn't even exit the vehicle and was challenged once outside and once inside. I stood in line for 30 minutes because another customer was being threatened with an arrest over a cancellation fee, that was levied on him by a bombastic cashier. A homeless dude sat outside my room when the sunset. Besides all that it was ok.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER! Price gaging! Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived at Hollywood beach hotels around 3am from a flight. First they charge you a ridiculous cleaning fee and security deposit was deposited into my account the day after check out and taken back from my account without my consent. Once we arrived to the room the lack of cleanliness was incredibly apparent even in the dark. In the morning is when we realized our bed sheets had yellow urine stains on them and there was dog hair all over our pillows. The ceiling next to the window looked like it had mold. We asked to be moved to a cleaner room and we were moved to a bigger spaced room but unfortunately the cleanliness didn’t change. In fact, there were roaches crawling out the walls in this room. There was no hot water. There was a used bar of soap when we got there and there were dead bugs in the other room. The sink wouldn’t drain so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The area felt very unsafe. The first morning there, we were victims of a hit and run on the parking lot of the property. When asking for help to view the footage of the accident to get the license plate, the security guard assisting me made me feel extremely uncomfortable by continuously insinuated inappropriate remarks assuming my sexual orientation. They show you a beautiful room on line and that’s not what you get. They don’t have 5 pools. They own many properties in area and the pool may not be at your property and the pools are crummy too The rooms are so small the windows are right next to the bed. If you think you’re getting a continental breakfast, think again. You get dry coffee creamer. Bananas Bread, peanut butter. Cereal, sliced window cheese and then they have the audacity to have a sign on the door that you’re allowed one entry lol. They actually have a very rude woman there playing security guard at the door. The shower was awful. Chipping paint in rooms They have some crazy window in the closet area that’s next to the bed and there is no door and no curtain so if you need it dark to sleep your out of luck. There’s a light right outside that shines all night. The only positive thing I can say is great location I can’t believe this place is even on Expedia. It’s awful

They made me pay $40 in cash to check in. The actual property I booked was no longer available and I wasn’t offered the opportunity to book somewhere else. Instead I had to stay next door in a run-down room. I felt unsafe at the time of check-in and wish that Expedia wouldn’t partner with a hotel that is this sketchy and which barely provides a proper place to sleep

AC was not working I waited 3 hours until someone was available to come in a get it check. Still not working after 2 hours I then decide to call again and they move me to a different room. The curtained from bathroom had a blood stain I felt disgusted in there. They move me into another room way better and AC was amazing. But I had to call them twice.

I was put in different hotel then I booked. I was put in The Palm and the room was not what I expected or booked, the pictures online were alot nicer than the room. Bathroom, refrigerator were not very clean and need to be replaced. Not very happy.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, I like that they have a kitchen and it’s in walking distance of the beach. However there was some roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. There’s no room service you have to go to the front desk. I stayed 4 nights and 5 days it was worth the price, affordable and not too bad if your here mainly for the beach.

Steps away from the beach. Excellent location. AC worked great. Not happy with room though. A LOT smaller than pics depict. No toilet paper holder. Closet was off one of the hinges. No hangers. Don't think I'll use this property again.

Appreciated the full kitchen but no dishes or utensils provided. Also no coffee packets for the coffee maker. Breakfast choices too limited for number of guests. Appreciated the early checkin without charge. Great location just a couple blocks from the beach.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, I like that they have a kitchen and it’s in walking distance of the beach. However there was some roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Good location near the beach, but the lobby seemed to ALWAYS be completely full from 4pm-midnight so good luck checking in. Very Motel-like with conditions: don't expect lavish beach getaway.

They made me pay $40 in cash to check in. The actual property I booked was no longer available and I wasn’t offered the opportunity to book somewhere else. Instead I had to stay next door in a run-down room. I felt unsafe at the time of check-in and wish that Expedia wouldn’t partner with a hotel that is this sketchy and which barely provides a proper place to sleep

The staff was not o. Site. When I called they hung up on me this went on for about 30 min. I was trying to verify the address bc I had a late arrival. I had to call the hotels.com customer service. They tried to call and was also unable to reach any of the staff. I finally found the location which was in a convience store. The hotel was not in a safe location. I did not feel comfortable I did not stay. I went to another hotel and paid cash but when I requested a refund bc of the experience they denied me a friend. I have also purchased insurance for the trip which I will follow up on for this poor experience.

AC was not working I waited 3 hours until someone was available to come in a get it check. Still not working after 2 hours I then decide to call again and they move me to a different room. The curtained from bathroom had a blood stain I felt disgusted in there. They move me into another room way better and AC was amazing. But I had to call them twice.

Good location near the beach, but the lobby seemed to ALWAYS be completely full from 4pm-midnight so good luck checking in. Very Motel-like with conditions: don't expect lavish beach getaway.

Not the nicest hotel and staff were not terribly friendly but they had availability when we got stuck there for 2 days due to an AA flight cancellation. Paid A LOT for the room but the beds seemed clean and beach is super close by (walkable in 2 min). Beach is gorgeous

Steps away from the beach. Excellent location. AC worked great. Not happy with room though. A LOT smaller than pics depict. No toilet paper holder. Closet was off one of the hinges. No hangers. Don't think I'll use this property again.

They show you a beautiful room on line and that’s not what you get. They don’t have 5 pools. They own many properties in area and the pool may not be at your property and the pools are crummy too The rooms are so small the windows are right next to the bed. If you think you’re getting a continental breakfast, think again. You get dry coffee creamer. Bananas Bread, peanut butter. Cereal, sliced window cheese and then they have the audacity to have a sign on the door that you’re allowed one entry lol. They actually have a very rude woman there playing security guard at the door. The shower was awful. Chipping paint in rooms They have some crazy window in the closet area that’s next to the bed and there is no door and no curtain so if you need it dark to sleep your out of luck. There’s a light right outside that shines all night. The only positive thing I can say is great location I can’t believe this place is even on Expedia. It’s awful
