We booked through Expedia and it showed this hotel had a bar, it did not. It also showed pictures of a pool and spa but when we got there, there was a sign on the front desk that said out of service. Apparently it as been out of service for quite some time. Besides that hotel was nice and so was the room.

The pool was closed for 90% of our 6 day stay and our last night when it did open the hot tub didnt work and the guy was clueless on dealing with it. Not a huge deal but specifically booked for those amenities Other then that always a great stay with hampton!

Pool and hot tub closed indefinitely. No explanation why. There is only 3 hotels in town. I could have stayed elsewhere cheaper if no amenities available. Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. Someones torn up boots laid at the entrance for 2 days. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. They did not give us a rate adjustment for pool/hot tub because we booked through Expedia (it wasn't a discount at that site either). Pool looked fine to me. I guess they don't want to pay for it, but charge me for it anyway. I was told its been closed for a long time.

There are 3 things I want to mention. 1. Our room (309) had the strangest layout that I have ever seen for a hotel room. 2. One of the 2 elevators was out of order on a busy weekend. This makes moving around much more of a problem. 3. The jets in the spa tub were out of order. Some reviews suggest they have been out of order for a while. With the jets not working, you really don’t have a spa tub.

At check-in about 6:00 PM I was told that part of the hotel had a power outage so there was no wifi or TV, but that the power company was working on a blown transformer by the hotel and hoped to have power back by 8:30 PM. I had to walk up 4 flights to my room, with the manager helpfully carrying my suitcase. I had no key to my room because the key card system wasn\'t working. I didn\'t realize the heat was also out, and at one point when the thermostat came on briefly it was at 66. I went to sleep with my clothes and lightweight jacket on due to the cold, and woke up to no lights at all, including in the bathroom, hallway and 4 flights of stairs I walked down with my suitcase at 7:00 AM. I understand that this was beyond the Hampton\'s control. But having no heat when the outside temperature got down to 42, no power, no lighting and a young mane who said "I guess I am" when I asked who was covering the front desk to check me out and then couldn\'t find my name on a written list of the relatively few guests combined to make this a terrible stay. I have not heard whether I will be charged the full price, but feel the ethical decision would be to refund my entire cost.

We normally stay at Hampton/Hilton properties as we appreciate the nicer rooms and good service, but this stay has been very disappointing. The bathroom floor and shower were not clean - there were hairs and mildew. The sink did not drain well. When we left for the day we asked the front desk if housekeeping could sweep/vacuum our bathroom floor as it was not very clean. We returned at 9:30pm and no housekeeping came. My wife washed her hair and discovered that the hair dryer was filthy - really disgusting. I would attach pictures of the floor/tub where if you zoom in you can see the hairs and mildew... as well as pics of the hair drier, but that does not seem possible.

We took our granddaughters for a quick surprise weekend. Unfortunately the TV. Cable went off and never was reset or came back on . The jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work and it didn’t look clean. I know it was a busy weekend due to hunting season,however the girls were a little disappointed.

Clean out the light fixtures as they are loaded with cobwebs. Clean the matresses and pillows as I UV lighted them and ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag on top of the bed. Nasty stauns everywhere!!

Room was very big and comfy. Just a couple things that coupd use improvement in my opinion. Tuesday morning there was no tupe of meat for breakfast. No sausage, no bacon, nothing. Also, when i went to shower, i saw there an opened bar of soap in there, that had some hairs in it. But I would definitely stay here again.

Ok for one night travelling through but I will not be a repeat customer of The Hampton Inn.. Heater in room is very noisy. Bedding is too thin and the extra thin cotton blanket in the closet does not provide warmth. The free breakfast was horrible with even the most common items missing. Don’t offer it at all if you are not willing to make the slightest effort.

Room 103 is noisy a lot of sound coming from storage room or kitchen area. It is also very bright in the room at night. Staff was helpful with extra towels and different pillows.

Handicap accessible room supposedly. Nothing accessible about the room. Toilet almost to the ground with no grab bars. Regular tub shower. I had a walker. No room if you have a wheelchair. No outlets. Small room. Carpet looked dirty. Very uncomfortable stay.

The staff at this Hampton Inn & Suites is the main reason for my high ratings. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Every employee we had contact with made the effort to make us feel welcome and to make our stay comfortable!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Brian, the guy at the front desk, brought us some extra towels for our last day when I requested them. They were delivered within 10 minutes, and he took our used towels with him. Very impressed. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Breakfast (especially the eggs) was so good. Definitely would stay again. Only thing I would have changed was the couch (we had a suite). Strange design. No arm rests. Uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had unexpected car trouble - our car needed to be towed and we asked for a late check out while we figured out how we were going to get home. They allowed us to stay in our room for an extra three hours which was much appreciated. Also the breakfast each morning was very good. Hotel common areas and our room were very clean. It was convenient having a Perkins right next door that we could walk to. We also could walk just one mile into downtown Mansfield which has a few restaurants on Main Street.

breakfast was the best I have seen at a hotel. Friendly staff. A bonus I was able to plug in my EV overnight only a 115v outlet but it gave me 40 miles of range that made my sightseeing trouble free the next day.

Our check in was great, our room very clean except for the dark spots around the tile in the bathroom tub. Breakfast was good but seems like the person doing the restocking of breakfast items nd coffee had a hard time keeping up. Overall good experience.
