Hotel condition is good. Staffs are professional. However gym room is too small but okay. Location is good and near the sight seeing point.

Fantastic location, breakfast was great, rooftop was amazing. It is located next to a "Tokyo" style district with lots of Japanese restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the Ho Chi Minh People's Committee building and Opera House. The staff was ver polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner in the hallway is not working. Refrigeration function of refrigerator in room is weak. There were a lot of small insects in the bathroom. I made a reservation for a taxi at the front desk the night before I left, but in the morning it was not reserved.

レタントンにあり便利な場所ですが、宿泊した部屋は隣りのビルと接していて、カーテンは開けられず、また、冷蔵庫は冷えなかった！屋上のプール工事中で使用出来なかった。最後の日は部屋内に蚊が2匹いて捕まえるのに苦労した。

I had a very pleasant time staying at the Northern Charm Hotel. 1.The room design is great with everything needed 2.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. 3.There were a variety of food and beverage options for breakfast. One minor downside is that there's a building right next to the room I stayed in so I didn't have a city view from the window. But this didn't take away from the overall positive experience I had.

It’s a nice place good shower in bathroom, nice cool lobby area, a/c room in the room not great it doesn’t get the room cool

This hotel is well situated and has a lovely roof top pool/bar area. I didn’t like that the walls are thin and we could clearly hear our neighbour on her phone until late. Also the fridge turns off when the card is removed from the door slot so we could not keep drinks cold. We were charged for ice brought from the room. We will not stay here again.

Good location near Japan town. Nice complementary afternoon tea and a memorable new year party. Staff did their best to accommodate our wishes and needs, but there were some confusion around our late checkout (half night pay for late checkout to 18) and transfer to the train station

Room was nice and clean, nice location, good breakfast. Wrote them thoughp through here but no response. Subject: Immediate Resolution Required – Service Recovery Happy New Year. We are paying $180 per night for a properly air-conditioned room. After spending over three hours in a 30°C room with the AC set to 16°C (with a filter cleaning warning displayed), we were told this was “normal.” It clearly is not. We were then downgraded and provided with a portable electric fan. This is not an acceptable substitute for a functioning air-conditioning system at this rate. To resolve this matter professionally and move forward positively, we request: • Immediate placement in a properly functioning, fully air-conditioned room for the remainder of our stay, and • Two (2) complimentary nights as service recovery for the inconvenience, downgrade, and discomfort experienced. This would be a reasonable gesture considering the circumstances and the duration of our stay. If this cannot be resolved promptly, we will escalate formally through Hotels.com and request documentation of the incident. We hope to settle this amicably and continue our stay comfortably. Thank you.

We did really appreciate the pool on the 17th floor. It was lovely to be able to chill, usually completely by ourselves. The breakfast in the Panorama restaurant on the 16th floor was ok, but not wow. There was an omelette station, but we felt it catered more for Asian tastes. Staff were slow to replenish plates of fruit when it ran out, and the air conditioning failed to cool the restaurant sufficiently. The 17th floor comprises the Attic Bar, pool and seating. Approximately 2/3 of the space could be considered to be indoors, by virtue of the 18th floor above, and the rest is in the open air. What really annoyed us was that smoking was allowed anywhere on this level. Other small but annoying things were the miniscule containers of shower gel and shampoo provided. Given we were showering at least twice a day, for two fully grown adults there simply wasn't enough. The fridge in the room has a glass door with a light inside, which means that at night you have to cover it with a towel to stop it lighting up the room. The hotel does not have enough umbrellas for the number of guests on a wet Saigon evening. Other hotels we have stayed in provide one or even two in the room. Here the concierge has a limited supply. Overall we felt the hotel was aiming to cater for the Asian business market rather than Western tourists.

The service was great, the room was clean, like our bed and the breakfast is the best. We enjoy our stay, definitely recommend.
