The triple room was amazing, however the first night we were put in a more basic triple room which did not have air conditioning which was difficult to sleep in as it was extremely hot weather. The manager was great and helpful and offered to move us to the better triple room for the following 2 nights of our stay. This room was 100x better , more spacious and had air conditioning, and much more comfortable for our stay. He explained there are different categories for the triple room which was not made clear when I made the booking as all the photos were merged under one triple room booking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect very close to the main shops and restaurants in Goreme. The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. They replaced water bottles complimentary every day. I loved my stay in Cappadocia and it will always be a memorable holiday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
