Det va tur att vi ringde hotellet för det var svårt att hitta, finns ingen skylt. Man ska följa hotel Robinson och då ligger hotellet i samma byggnad. Vi togs emot bra, och hotell är en solklar två stjärnigt. Omgivningen är lite sliten, med hemlösa sovandes på marken och en hel del skumma människor, men det är väl oftast så vid varje tågcentral oavsett vart man bor i världen. Vill man satsa pengarna på schooping och god mat så är detta en bra alternativ.

Camera pulita ma molto molto piccola così come il bagno sprovvisto di bidet. Al nostro arrivo ascensore guasto, quindi 4 piani con le valigie. Camera dotata di balcone con vista raccapricciante. Colazione presso vicino bar dove era possibile ordinare un solo cappuccino, succo di arancia e cornetto, ogni altra cosa era a pagamento come il tè che ha ordinato mia moglie essendo intollerante al lattosio. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa al responsabile ho ricevuto come risposta un sussurrato "mi dispiace" ed alla mia rimostranza non ha dato seguito. Di certo la prossima volta cercherò una diversa sistemazione.

Location of the property is good with easy access to the train station, dining restaurants and bus station. But the property itself is old with the WiFi not working in the rooms, no laundry services on the property unlike what is mentioned in the description. Place can do a little renovation as some things are in need of repair. Light switches with electrical tapes, cracks on mirrors, doorknobs fails to open and squeaks. General condition of the building is old and seems to be the same with the city’s atmosphere. Do not expect facility to be the same with western hotels, you are getting what you paid for, might be lesser but the location is perfect as it is walking distance to the termini to go to different destination in Rome. First issue we encountered was looking for the Reception area as it is not infront of the building. You have to go straight skipping the first elevator then go left by the end of the hallway. There is another elevator that you can use and reception should be on the 4th Floor. Tip: Press the buzzer if no one is around as the reception desk is often lock during our stay. Stuff was nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay was average, choose it for its convenient location and the price but think twice if you want modern or better facility.

Easy access to surroundings. The room is just nice, the only i dont like is the Hotel stay is at 4th Floor and the lift is not working. We need to carry our 2 luggage and i have elderly with me. They said the lift broke down due to rain. So we check out the lift is still not working.

Very difficult to find the entrance to property. Had to phone owner Claudio to meet us outside and was the directed to a lift to get up to 4th floor Very dated n old place We requested for early checkin 9am which Claudio agreed n advised us it will be done but when we got there abt 10am he was really rude and said we are too early to check in. We had only cold water for shower on 1st night and cold sink but on 2nd night only warm water in shower n cold sink The 2 mornings we had ONLY cold water in shower n sink. Requested missing light bulb on bedside but did not get any on our 2 nights stay Cant get to reception as door is always locked n got a feeling thst Claudio is avoiding us after having spoken to his staff In the bathroom theres ONLY 2 bathtowels n 1 bath mat n it would be nice to have cups and shampoo too. When you are on the right side of building you cant get to the left side...where reception is....unless it is manned and to see our friend on that side we have to get them to open the door to get thru. If not for its close proximity to train station i would advise to avoid the overpriced property!

missed my check-in time. could not reach anyone at the hotel, it was locked and out of the 5 phone numbers they listed, 4 were not in operation and one just rang and rang. never heard from anyone and had to purchase rooms at a higher price elsewhere. super disappointing.

This place was the worst i have ever been at. Very dirty lots of mold, towels very old . I had to make them clean under the bed and change mattres and pillow. I have no idea what happens here but this places is horrible for $150 a night. This is a place that should be charge like $10 a night. Location is great because is in front of terminal but is not safe. This hotel was hard to find since each floor is a different hotel. Terrible place I would not recomend to anyone.

El lugar es asqueroso no lo reserven las habitaciones Que ponen en las fotos no existen te dan una habitacion horrible sucia rota las toallas sucias, yo no me pude quedar ahi ya Que estaba asqueroso el baño y al querer cancelar me cobraron 2 noches mas impuestos y hoteles.com no hizo nada para apoyarme ya Que ellos son los de la app Que garantiza este lugar

Vlakbij het trein station. Dat was prettig. Rustige buurt. Gebouw is druk: rond 07:00 uur veel lawaai van kinderen, schoonmaken, verbouwen. Kamer sfeervol, maar klein. Badkamer heel klein en heeel vies. Schimmel in de voegen en in de douche deuren etc. Rioolgeur heel vies. Ontbijt is een kop koffie met een croissant naar keuze in het tentje op de hoek.

Struttura indecente, in un quartiere che sembra malfamato. Acqua calda quasi inesistente, brutto odore in bagno, foto dell'hotel non sono assolutamente corrispondenti alla realtà . PS. Abbiamo trovato un materasso lurdo abbandonato nella tromba dell'ascensore. Davvero orribile

The shower was so small that an adult could not stand in it and move. The shower leaked and had standing water on the flower. Additionally the bathroom sink faucet leaked as well. If the shower was bigger and didn’t leak this would have been an average room.

The hotel didn't have the best appearance when entering but that didn't bother us since it was so cheap so we had already decided that all we wanted was somewhere to sleep. The manager/receptionist was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and our beds made/ room cleaned every day which was way more than we expected at this price. The only downside was that the shower was awful. It was broken and even burned my son as there was no real regulation of hot or cold water and the water seemed to just spurt out a random heat in a random direction. So much so that i ended up having to have sink washes rather than use the shower. BUT if the shower were fixed then for the ridiculously cheap price, i would totally recommend this hotel. Thank you ( please fix the shower as this could be dangerous).

If all you need is a place to lay your head, this may be for you. Very small room. Great location, 2 minute walk to train station. Close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Watch your step on the street if out early, not everyone has a euro for the WC.

Very dated and situated in an extremely dirty and sketchy area. Real attitude with the lady that checked us in - taking more money than required for tax and no effort to get the extra cash back to me - I had to chase this with the owner.

We only needed a room for one night close to station after arriving late. This was ideal. It had a lift and the service was really good. They held our bags securely at no charge. It was close to supernarket and cheap places to eat. Really close to train station.

Very difficult to find the entrance to property. Had to phone owner Claudio to meet us outside and was the directed to a lift to get up to 4th floor Very dated n old place We requested for early checkin 9am which Claudio agreed n advised us it will be done but when we got there abt 10am he was really rude and said we are too early to check in. We had only cold water for shower on 1st night and cold sink but on 2nd night only warm water in shower n cold sink The 2 mornings we had ONLY cold water in shower n sink. Requested missing light bulb on bedside but did not get any on our 2 nights stay Cant get to reception as door is always locked n got a feeling thst Claudio is avoiding us after having spoken to his staff In the bathroom theres ONLY 2 bathtowels n 1 bath mat n it would be nice to have cups and shampoo too. When you are on the right side of building you cant get to the left side...where reception is....unless it is manned and to see our friend on that side we have to get them to open the door to get thru. If not for its close proximity to train station i would advise to avoid the overpriced property!

Racistas.. limpian el cuarto si tu quieres o no quieres.. no hacen ningún esfuerzo en hablar español o inglés.. roban tienen camara pero dicen que no funcionan.. caja fuerte no sirven ... Tienes algún problema se enojan por qué los despiertas ... Te dan desayuno (pan y café o pan y jugo) ... Dos días pidiendo desayuno y siempre de mala gana... Es un hotel con otro hotel... El pasillo siempre es mal olor por qué los botes están llenos de basura ... El desayuno tienes que ir a una tienda que está enfrente de la central termini.. jabón de barra chiquito tipo motel es lo único de limpieza.. no dejar nada de valor personal por qué roban.. el precio más impuesto por turista .. no debería existir ese hotel..

missed my check-in time. could not reach anyone at the hotel, it was locked and out of the 5 phone numbers they listed, 4 were not in operation and one just rang and rang. never heard from anyone and had to purchase rooms at a higher price elsewhere. super disappointing.

Det va tur att vi ringde hotellet för det var svårt att hitta, finns ingen skylt. Man ska följa hotel Robinson och då ligger hotellet i samma byggnad. Vi togs emot bra, och hotell är en solklar två stjärnigt. Omgivningen är lite sliten, med hemlösa sovandes på marken och en hel del skumma människor, men det är väl oftast så vid varje tågcentral oavsett vart man bor i världen. Vill man satsa pengarna på schooping och god mat så är detta en bra alternativ.

We only needed a room for one night close to station after arriving late. This was ideal. It had a lift and the service was really good. They held our bags securely at no charge. It was close to supernarket and cheap places to eat. Really close to train station.

Camera pulita ma molto molto piccola così come il bagno sprovvisto di bidet. Al nostro arrivo ascensore guasto, quindi 4 piani con le valigie. Camera dotata di balcone con vista raccapricciante. Colazione presso vicino bar dove era possibile ordinare un solo cappuccino, succo di arancia e cornetto, ogni altra cosa era a pagamento come il tè che ha ordinato mia moglie essendo intollerante al lattosio. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa al responsabile ho ricevuto come risposta un sussurrato "mi dispiace" ed alla mia rimostranza non ha dato seguito. Di certo la prossima volta cercherò una diversa sistemazione.

Le prese non funzionano se non in bagno, mancano delle doghe nel letto, asciugamani lisi, ruggine in bagno. Personale del bar maleducato e cafone. Ho chiesto che alternativa potevo avere al cappuccino per i bambini e hanno risposto sgarbatamente che l hotel pagava poco per la colazione e quindi non potevano darci altro. Il succo di frutta è solo succo d'arancia pessimo.
Le prese non funzionano se non in bagno, mancano delle doghe nel letto, asciugamani lisi, ruggine in bagno. Personale del bar maleducato e cafone. Vlakbij het trein station. Dat was prettig. Rustige buurt. Gebouw is druk: rond 07:00 uur veel lawaai van kinderen, schoonmaken, verbouwen. Kamer sfeervol, maar klein. Badkamer heel klein en heeel vies. Schimmel in de voegen en in de douche deuren etc. Rioolgeur heel vies. Ontbijt is een kop koffie met een croissant naar keuze in het tentje op de hoek.

Peccato che quello che viene descritto non è reale.... Pochissima se non niente pulizia.... alloggiavamo in 4 e ci hanno fornito solo 2 asciugamani.... Acqua solo fredda per la doccia l'acqua calda durava solo un minuto e poi veniva gelida.... La colazione non era per niente continentale... dovevi accontentarti di cappuccino e brioches servito ad un bar li vicino anche quello con pessima pulizia... Costo troppo elevato per il servizio offerto....
Peccato che quello che viene descritto non è reale.... Pochissima se non niente pulizia.... alloggiavamo in 4 e ci hanno fornito solo 2 asciugamani.... Acqua solo fredda per la doccia l'acqua calda durava solo un minuto e poi veniva gelida.... La colazione non era per niente continentale... dovevi accontentarti di cappuccino e brioches servito ad un bar li vicino anche quello con pessima pulizia... Costo troppo elevato per il servizio offerto....

This was a challenge to find after a long flight. The desk clerk came to get us which was nice. Near the train station which is good but this place is really a dump.Everything beat up and in disrepair. Above a Chinese restaurant so you get the stink of the kitchen.
