The room was clean but in bad need of repair. Electrical switch covers missing. Duct tape on the walls covering something??? The outside door had most of the paint chipped away. The water temperature control valve on the shower was impossible to figure out because it opened as many turns as you would want it to turn in the one direction. Once we found the ‘sweet spot’ to get warm water, it just kept getting hotter and hotter to where we had to start over from off to a temperature that was comfortable. Then we didn’t turn the water off until we had both completed our showers. The waste basket rim was broken in several places. But we both thought the mattress was very comfortable even though we were only provided two flat pillows. The parking area was very well lit during the nighttime hours.

This property was filthy. We were given Rm 242. The stairs were littered with garbage bags. We returned the keys and went to a different hotel. No care in parking lot. We were the only customer. Unsafe, filthy. A dump. We request a full refund. We were charged $75.00.

Terrribly dirty room with stains all over the carpet. Bathroom in bad shape with grout missing from the floor and door obviously patched for holes. Window coverings torn, bedding with burn holes and stains. We had a three day reservation but moved out after one. We were afraid to even check the swimming pool area. We saw drug paraphernalia outside of the hotel. Just say no to this facility.

Bed stand light with no bulb. Plunger by the toilet? What message does that send?Door security lock broken. Stain on a pillow case. Kids running around in the parking area. (And they don’t speak English). I know because I tried talking to them. Overall not a good stay.

The first room we were given had a horrible smell-like someone had been smoking and the cleaning product used was meant to mask the smell. When I asked for another room, it was the same. Having no choice, we turned on the fan to try to dissipate the smell. Then we noticed the sheets on one of the beds was stained. This place was really a dump and not as represented with an “8” rating on your website. It is a “6” at best.

The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value!

It’s an okay motel. Definitely wouldn’t want my whole family staying. The room looked part way renovated. New floors and tile on bathroom walls. The room was missing its smoke detector which I believe is illegal. The hair blower didn’t work, mold on shower curtain, and cigarette holes on the comforter. There was also water under the lamp. Not sure how it got there.

The room was completely filthy. The pillowcases had yellow sweat stains. The shower tub had mildew on the floor. The room had an odor. We were unable to cancel the reservation, but left anyway. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.

This place was great for our needs for a one night stay. However, it is outdated and we stayed Super Bowl weekend, so there were some interesting characters staying at the hotel. The staff were great and the room was very clean and tidy. This hotel is in a good location for feeling safe. The price is you get what you pay for.

Had hot water from sink faucet but it never got warm in the shower. Would have been okay if they were filling a swimming pool, but not the shower. Staff was courteous. The worst problem for my daughter & I was the smell of to strong of air freshener or whatever they used for cleaning. My c-pap still had the smell in it when I used it at home the following night. It’s very close to Ortho Nebraska Hospital & the price was good for why we needed to stay there.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfy. The fridge was clean on the inside but a lot of on the door and frame. There was a hole above the bed which was covered in duck take. The outlet next to the bed was also held together by duct tape

Shower did not work so we were forced to take baths. It is difficult to wash long hair without a shower so this was a huge inconvenience. Multiple items within the room in need of repair. Room was overpriced at $110 due to multiple events in the area. Room was adequately clean and the area felt safe, but the door handle to our room was loose and felt as it could break off with enough force. Staff were very nice. Would stay again for lower price and room with shower.

The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.

The manager was very concerned for our comfort of having a main floor room. I was traveling with my 92 year old mother and she can not do stairs very well. The room was dated but very clean.

This was a reasonable place to stay, especially if you want a kitchenette, but it is important to know that it appears to be more of a place where people live for perhaps extended periods of time rather than what I would think of as a regular hotel. So, at least on a Saturday night it was kind of noisy outside with people hanging outside of their "apartments", playing music, etc., as they should be able to if they live there. But it was hard to get to sleep for a while.
