Was very nice and clean. We were very appreciative they let us check in early as we came for a concert and it’d be inconvenient to have to do that after. Cons: But I think they should plan for that in advance when big events are in town. Also the price was too high/expensive for 2nights. Esp with no free continental breakfast, pool, hot tub. And we have stayed at other places that were just as nice, and not this price for 2 nights.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well-supplied. We had the small suite which included a stovetop and full-sized fridge. We didn’t use this, but they had a lending area where you can get a crockpot, toaster oven, bbq tools and other things. The only drawback is that the beds were too hard.

The room is large with kitchenette facility, beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is good for this level of hotel. However, this hotel does not provide any breakfast or the option of ordering breakfast. Also, there is no swimming pool in this hotel.

This definitely must be the nicest hotel in Sious Falls SD. We stayed with three adults in a 1 BR Suite and liked it so much westayed here again on our way back from our roadtrip to Omaha. Nice large suite with two TV's, a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a full kitchen and a full bathroom. ALl the furninshings look to be new and very high quality. Stafff is super nice and helpful. There is a well outfitted Workout room/ Gym and a laundry room and the lobby is well stocked with snacks and other items at very reasonable prices ($1 for a toothbrush, 1.50 for snakcs like chips or candy, and even mircrowave meals for only $3.50) - What more can you ask for for $135 per night? Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again anytime I am passing through Sioux Falls overnight.

We picked this Hotel because it provided a hotel type room on Hotels.com. We paid a higher rate than other hotels in the area for this. The hotel room itself was good clean and and everything we need. However the first floor was completely under construction, tools and construction supplies stacked up everywhere. The floor in the lobby was being re-tiled making it hard to get in and out. you often had to work around pallets of hotel equipment to get to the elevator. The power went out as we were checking out and we had to carry all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Housekeeping was great but other staff was not very helpful. we would not of stayed if we knew the level of construction was going on.

Staff was super friendly and accommodations were very clean. Pet friendly, our Aussie joined us for the first time and there were quite a few dogs in the hotel. Only downside was Expedia noted a pool and the location did not have a pool. It did have a very nice gym room and personal laundry.

Under construction so messy. Noticed coffee pot had not been cleaned or counters. There was a piece of long dark hair under the covers of the bed. Our recliner was broken. We only stayed one night.

Great set up and modern looking room. At first look it seemed clean, but we noticed dirty mirrors, strands of hair on multiple walls, and dust that had been there for a while. A more thorough cleaning would be appreciated. We would most likely stay again for future travels.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best kept hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did have to wait for the front desk attendant as he was doing laundry but he was super nice and apologized for the wait.

Stayed in the King Suite - very nice and remodeled a couple years ago so it feels new. Love how big the suite is. My wife and I were able to relax. Highly recommend!

Location was good, close to Walmart, fast food, dine-in restaurants and the highway. Bathroom hooks and towel bars were loose and fell off so unusable. The guide on the TV remotes did not work and so unable to see what shows were coming up, super frustrating. Would stay here again as the room was comfortable and staff was very pleasant.

Everything has been great! Its a lovely king suite. Highly recommend staying here. The first thing i noticed was how clean and great smelling it is. Huge living area with a seperate bed room for a very reasonable price

I can’t thank the front desk staff enough for the great service. My trip ended up starting a day earlier than I expected due to weather and everyone was so friendly and helpful my entire week long stay. Accommodations were great! I plan to stay again anytime I am in Sioux Falls!

I did not stay at this hotel. I called and canceled my trip in September but was ultimately charged for the services regardless. I called about a refund and the manager Rusty was rude and hung up on me because I told him I wanted to speak to his boss

The directions to the property were not accurate due to construction so it was very hard to find it at night. A couple of the front desk clerks were testy. We have a flight cancellation the day before our stay when we arrived next day our room was canceled, but the Manager Christine accommodate us, she is amazing and the best customer service anybody can have. The room, area, lobby, parking lot is clean. The rooms are comfortably and has a kitchen. Best place to stay in Sioux falls.

I had such a great stay at Candlewoods suites. The room was newly renovated and super clean. The staff were friendly and were always around if I needed them. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it was great and I will be back!

Excellent property. Clean, roomy, on a quiet street, safe to walk the dogs at night, centrally located, updated, very well put together. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.
