I consider this a 2 star motel (one step above small family-owned "motor courts"). Did not like the front-desk/check-in "video kiosk". I prefer a face-to-face person who pays local taxes and supports the local economy rather than someone in another country. We stayed at this motel in the past when it was locally owned and the door at the far end of the complex required a key to enter. Now that door is open to the interior of the motel and even though it appears to have video surveillance, it is a security issue. The door also bangs shut if not held from doing so, so don't get a room on that end of the motel! The rooms are not carpeted, so the floors are cold to walk on in bare feet. There are no closet areas in the rooms to hang your jackets/shirts/pants. Advertised a hot tub and there was indeed one on the property, but my wife said it smelled like it had mold growing in it, so we considered it unusable. There is a small patch of grass out front for your dog to relieve there self, but the dog-poo bag dispenser was empty both days we stayed there, so the dog area had poo piles. The rooms and common areas are clean. The continental breakfast was above average with hot and cold cereals,fruit, hot chocolate mix, milk, donuts and coffee machine (empty the second morning). Over all, there are better motels in town for a similar price.

The hotel advertised a hot tub but it was not on so it was not usable.

When we got there, the parking lot was completely full. There was one spot left behind the building. The TV was broken. The water pipes in the bathroom kept making noise all night. The bed was fine and the ice machine worked really well.

This place was gnarly and at $120/night on special, I was less than impressed and more than disappointed! The grounds were disgusting. Covered in trash/litter and dog poop. The side doors were left unlocked and wide open 24/7 which struck me as very unsafe. The battery panel for the automatic lock on our room door was completely missing. The outdoor area with bbq and fire pit gave off a very stabby vibe. The continental breakfast was near wiped out by 7:30am and nothing was ever replenished. 3 out of 4 of the juice options were totally empty. If you’re trying to get a good mental image of this place; think Bates Motel mixed with Caprini Green, but worse. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

There needs to be a massive parking lot cleanup. Pretty bad.

Was told there was a hot tub. But tub was not a comercial grade tub and it was set a 90 degrees to save money. Was told we could turn it up. But 5 hours later and still luke warm. Why even advertise as hot tub available when you won't turn up to a usable temperature. Was also told breakfast was available 6am until 9am. Went down for breakfast at 6:30am and stale bagels and fruit loops was all that was available. Once again why advertise as breakfast available. Wasn't even advertised as continental breakfast. Last but not least barking dog next to my room all night. Cant we separate dog owners from guest without dogs.

It smelled like weed. Three of the lights in our room didn’t work. Could hear full conversations from people in the hallway when you’re in the room. Parking was limited. If you sat at the r d of the bed, the front lifted up.

HORRIBLE!!! Worst motel ever! Disgusting and run down. No parking, was asked to park down the road!!! Our room was dirty and the whole hotel carpet is stained and disgusting. In the room our furniture was old and stained. The bed was sunken in and terribly uncomfortable. The property was gross outside. Tons of trash all over. The dumpster area was overflowing with old furniture broken and spread everywhere. I will never stay here again. I’ll stick with our usual motel in Glenwood. Wanted to give them a try but that was a mistake!!!!!

The pictures were NOT what this place looks like. It is a total scam. It is completely run down, very dirty, bugs in the bathroom, outlets not working in the room, two lights didn’t work in the room, people sleeping outside of the hotel in their car, doors opened and unlocked all day and night to the hotel. The price was NOT worth the stay.

The carpet in the hallway is terribly soiled. Bathroom towl rack hanging off the wall. Corners of the floor had dirt and hair build-up. The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee cream was soured. The keys stop working at 9, yet checkout is 11.

It served its purpose and was fairly comfy, but it definitely could have been cleaner. The sheets had stains and the tub wasn't cleaned, it had a mix of rust and mildew on it. I was also without water for some time on Saturday night 10/25.

We stayed a couple nights and needed a comfy place and we found this space and it was roomy and clean very convenient on location

Found a bikini left behind by previous guests in the bathroom along with a used bar of soap left in the shower. There were 2 TV's in the room. One was attached to the wall, the other was on the dresser beneath the one on the wall. The single remote control (universal remote) controlled the tv on the wall which required a code to use it. Front desk employee seemed confused when asked about code. Codes that were given were code to program remote to a tv. Had to figure out the code on our own to unlock the tv. Once code was entered, could not change the input to get regular television. Changed the code on the remote to operate the other tv and could use it to watch however it was level with the bed so not really ideal to watch while laying in the bed.

Our hotel room was very dirty. Between the grime all over the walls, the earwigs, and the dead bugs on the towels it was very hard to get comfortable there. The shower was also not working, there was really no way to regulate the water temperature. Overall not a great place to stay.

This room was filthy, especially the bathroom floor. 3 of 4 lights were out in rhe bathroom and the toilet seat was beoken. Several areas on the wall were damaged. The bed was standard size hardly room for 2 people. No coffee maker in room. Curtains dirty and ragged. Outside planters full of dead plants. Several flying bugs in room. Could not reco.mens anyone staying here.

The property is in very poor shape. The bed sheets had hair all over. The bathroom towels were stained. Also the expedia description said it was walking distance to the ironmountain hot springs. This is totally not tru. It was a 15 minute drive.

Our room was filled with bugs. Dead and live bugs covering the floor and windows. The room had not been cleaned and when I went to talk to the front desk the brushed it off and made excuses, but there is zero excuse for a dirty room. 200 a night for a dirty room is absolutely unacceptable

To say I was unhappy with my stay is a huge understatement. The room was dirty and not in good condition. The floor felt gritty with dirt and I found breakfast cereal in the chair cushions. The condition of the bathroom was dismal as the towel rack was coming apart and the wall finish next to the tub was coming apart. I tried to be understanding with these things and not make a big deal out of it, but it only got worse. Even the hot water wasn't working for half our stay. The final straw was finding a cockroach in the room. To be honest, I wish I would have slept in my truck.

The staff were friendly and it felt family owned and operated. Not a big deal for us, but some of the common areas smelled upon check in. The room was plenty for two people checking and sleeping hut could use some improvements and updates. The light to our main room did not work, and the biggest let down was the AC/fan did not work. It was hot and uncomfortable. Combined with the running toilet noise during the night. It was a hotel to sleep but, at the end of the day probably not one we would go back to.

This is the cheapest hotel I could find in Glenwood and at that it is way over priced for what it is.It has no laundry facilities the TV didn’t work the first night one of the outer access doors did not lock at all allowing anyone to just walk in. I had to empty the toilet completely to get it to fully flush there were no wallplugs to plug in chargers without unplugging something else . It does allow pets for a fee which is good for pet owners but not good for guests when the pets bark every time you open your door or someone walks by in the hallway I would never go back

The room itself was fine-clean but a bit dated. However, the noise was ridiculous. Kids ran loudly through out the halls until 1:30 am and noise in the parking lot started at 5 am. The doors have no seal so you can hear it all!

The room itself had a coat of paint on it, which had a nice color scheme, but lamps didn’t work. Lightbulbs were missing. Chairs were worn through the fabric. the AC was noisy although it worked well and tables and chairs were wobbly. Breakfast was packaged food, very unappetizing.

Clearly rated 2 for a reason. Tv and a/c remotes broken, shower handle missing, loud Street noise when windows open, light from hall under door; on the bright side, had a fridge and microwave, good mini breakfast/coffee, got a decent night's sleep...

The property was fine, room was clean and it was quite. But with NO wifi in the rooms in 2025 is an epic fail for the property.

Checked in at 6pm and I had to wait while a room was cleaned for me. The floor was wet and sticky from just being mopped when I entered. Loud families were doing god knows what in the hallway laughing and talking after 10:30pm when I was trying to sleep. Stained carpeting and nonfunctioning lamps. Heat was only provided by a plug in wall heater... Cheap but kind of weird overall.

The hotel is really old and outdated. The AC barely worked. The sheets were dingy and the mattresses were in need of replacement. This is the kind of hotel that anywhere else you’d pay $40 for but because of the location you have to pay over $100.

The property was more rundown than it appears in the pictures. The bedroom also only had sheer and not blackout curtains. Some of the lights didn't work in the room. The beds were adequately comfortable.

We've stayed here every year for the last 4 years, and this trip will be our last. First check in, no longer is there anyone on site to help with check in, now it's all done on a kiosk, and takes 10 times longer to get your key. Was also over charged on the room, but didn't have anyone to help assist in this. There was a vending machine with a sign that said to talk to the front desk if you need anything, but there's nobody at the front desk. Room was OK, but if you want an outlet to charge your phone plan on unplugging lights to free one up.

Sid at the front desk is world class! Coming from someone who has worked in the luxury hotel industry for 17 years, Sid at the front desk is absolutely top notch. Give him a raise!

The male desk clerk that checked us in and was at the desk when we checked out was extremely rude and impolite. The room was average and the continental breakfast was pathetic. The worst I have ever seen. And I have traveled a great deal and stayed in many hotels.

Nick was great and helped us several times durring out stay always felt welcomed.

There was no staff on site to help with any issues. No coffee in the room.

Automated instead of a personal greeting stinks. Flyer in room claims 24 hour service by dialing "0", no one answers. It was 62 degrees in the room and no heater.

The manager was very accommodating and worked hard to put me in a great room overlooking the mountains. Room had a muted charm with antique lamp, table. and chair. Breakfast was adequate with the Jimmy Dean sandwiches and coffee. They offered other items too. Great stay and will be back!!

We have stayed here for the past ten years. We go to Glenwood Springs several times every summer to swim at the Hot Springs Pool. This hotel is very basic but we stay there because it is only a mile from the pool. The room has always been very clean, the king size bed is very comfortable and the price is very reasonable. On our most recent stay they had no ice. That was our only complaint.

Great cost effective place to stay! Still very close to the main town and hot springs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Adventure Inn was a great place to stay while in Glenwood. The In was clean, conveniently located. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I consider the accommodations to be a good value. I will stay with them again on my next trip to Glenwood.

Enjoyed my two night stay; affordable clean rooms. Ample parking and easy access. Good location for attractions, food and shopping. Breakfast could have been better if there were more choices of food.

Very limited breakfast . Courtyard overgrown. Not well kept.

The parking lot behind the hotel where I had to park was full of stuff, including a broken sofa. Also, the TV in my room wasn’t working properly. Breakfast was minimal at best. I won’t stay here again.

pleasantly surprised to find out there's a basic breakfast and a hot tub. Breakfast is not restocked so go early. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, toast cereal,yogurt and a breakfast sandwich. Pillows are horrible. Bring your own.

The room was clean and they had basic continental breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable but it did not matter.

For the price it's fine, a clean bed, a hot shower, but they offered breakfast but they didn't have it, the coffee was horrible, the milk was out of date, very bad I would have preferred that they didn't offer breakfast than to give us what they gave us
