Location is great. Ginza line to take you anywhere in Tokyo. Room size was larger then most tokyo hotels that we have stayed in. Rare to find a room that can accomidate 4 people. No view aside from other room windows. The only challenge is the amount of washer/dryers. There are only 6 and constantly in use. You'll almost always need to dry for an extra 30 min. Breakfast buffet was sufficient but unchanging. Will stay here again. Check in and out was very quick and efficient.

Tobu is in an excellent location, close to attractions and transport. The hotel is clean and safe. One feature I especially liked was that the information about the coin laundry appers on the room TV screen.

Great location. Rooms are so cozy and chic. I love the amenity kits downstairs. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind a relaxing room with no tv. WiFi is excellent. Concierge and reception are warm.

There was not enough space to lay out the luggage. The chairs inside the room had obvious stains on them as well. I would not recommend this place to those traveling with elderly parents as the closest station did not have any escalators. If you are going to/from Haneda Airport, you’ll also need to drag your luggage for about 10 minutes to get to the nearest elevator.

Room was very clean and quiet. Location was great since it was close to train station so it was easy to get to hotel from the airport. as well as lots of restaurants. There was a mall across the street and many restaurants in the surrounding area and walking distance to the Sensoji temple. Staff were friendly and courteous. Definitely would plan to stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Room was surprisingly spacious and well thought out. Everything indeed was there except coffee maker which was available on 3rd floor communal area. Check in was smooth and friendly, and so the check out. Considering location I guess 50,000 yen per night was justifiable (far cheaper than hotels in more business oriented area like Akasaka…)

The room was small (all rooms are small in Japan) but it was clean. Bed was hard (all beds are hard in Japan) Staff were nice and the amenities were good. We got free bottled water every day and the room was serviced each day as well.

We stayed in a comfort twin room which is big enough for us to open all 6 luggage. The hotel is right at asakusa station. Very handy. Lots of shops close by. Senso ji is right at the corner too. Far away from centre but I think compare to those tiny hotel rooms, I’d prefer this big room with affordable price.

Convenient location, directly across Asakusa station. The hotel is safe, impeccably clean, and quiet considering it’s on a busy street/area. Hotel breakfast had a good variety of both western and Japanese dishes- had Japanese dishes every morning and everything was delicious. The hotel staff are really nice, they helped me with luggage forwarding service. Definitely will be back here when in Tokyo!

My favorite Tokyo hotel! Nice modern rooms with separate shower/bath room, toilet room, and sink, making it especially good when traveling with children. Excellent location within steps of Asakusa station’s Ginza line, 7/11, Ichiran, and the arcaded shopping leading up to Senso-ji. Great staff, too!

Fantastic location. Subway very close means getting anywhere is easy. Very quiet. Very friendly staff. Many many places to eat in walking distance. Western takeaway close if you have fussy eaters. Only slight negative was the beds are very very firm. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is very neat n clean. Check in time 3pm n very strict about that. Lobby is quite small. Only problem I have is the expensive fee if you need to leave yr luggage over night if you leave to go another city and even if you return to stay they will charge 1000 yen per bag per day.

This was my second stay at Asakusa TOBU Hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are very quiet and clean. The location is perfect since it’s right across the street from Asakusa station and close to the temple and many shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

We spent our first few nights in this hotel during our first time ever in Tokyo. Right away, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and felt very well taken care of. It was wonderful! The room was large with an incredible view. The hotel is right across the street from Asakusa Station and a very short walk to the Senso-ji Temple so you have many options whether it's walking around Asakusa or jumping onto a train to venture elsewhere. It was very quiet inside the hotel and impeccably clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities and vending machines. We chose to ship our luggage to our next hotel and the staff took care of everything for us. If I ever make it back to Asakusa, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is helpful and kind. I wish they would offer more English-friendly features, for example 1. If you need to call the property for any reason, the phone system is entirely in Japanese. There's no press 1 for Japanese, press 2 for English. I had to find someone who speaks Japanese to make the call for me. 2. Laundry facility - very little English instruction is offered. Good thing I asked another guest to translate for us. Otherwise, our clothes would come out with different colors. 3. The bed was really hard. One person in our party developed a sore back during the trip. The pillows were also hard.

The staffs did a lot of work for us to send out our luggage. Firstly call the receiving hotel for confirmation, then check the luggage size, and help us to fill in the request form. Luckily we had informed them we need sending luggages during checkin so we can checkout smoothly by paying the cash for delivery only.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they would have more English translation throughout the hotel. For example, it's difficult to reach the hotel via telephone. Their answering message is all in Japanese. You had to select from a menu list but the list was only in Japanese. I had to find someone who spoke the language to make the call on my behalf, due to a travel emergency. The laundry facility was challenging to navigate. Again, there was no English signage.

Perfect location to use as our home base while visiting Tokyo for the week. Right across from the Asakusa subway station for the Ginza line that will take you to other major areas of Tokyo. We especially loved how quiet our room was even though the hotel was fully booked. Lots of unique shops and restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family in the future.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. If you’re visiting Asakusa and Senso-ji temple this is the best accommodation. Right opposite Asakusa station and 5 mins walk to temple, shops plus it is on the direct train line to Narita airport.

This hotel is right across from the Asakusa station and the Matsuya department store. It's also right next to the Nakamise shopping street. So, the location is ideal. It does get crowded because of the area. And it's hard to grab an uber right out front because the subway station is right there. The staff is great and the facilities/room are clean. The rooms are a bit bigger than a lot of other hotels and that's a definite plus in my book. I would recommend.

Fantastic location - close to the Senso-ji temple and the subway, very clean hotel and very friendly service. The room was adequate; very clean and updated, quiet and safe. The bed and pillows were extremely firm. No robes, magnified mirrors or iron available in the rooms. I paid extra for breakfast but wouldn't bother again in the future.

Best buffet breakfast, Japanese vs Western, excellent service.😊 Convenient location, within walking distance from Sensoji Temple and all the street vendors and eateries, right across from the Asakusa station, great to shop at the Ekimese and the food vendors in the basement. Room was incredibly comfortable with modern amenities. Room Temperature was adjustable and we loved the shower! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely stay there again with our next Japan visit!

Breakfast menu had the most amazing food options. Excellent food and preparation. Room was very clean, decent size, and efficiently organized.
