The lady that helped me checked in was super helpful. I had a layover without luggage, was super grateful the lobby has all the amenities and supply I need. The location is easily accessible to metro and keisei ueno station. Highly recommend.

Great location for Haneda or Narita. Shipping was great. Went to R/Q for sushi and it was the best. They kept our bags so we could Al our last day. Finally got a soft bed and 2 pillows. They also have 2 elevators instead of one. Get the double room for more space.

Great area and great location. Metro line is just infront of the house. The rooms are super clean with great beds. The only suggestion is to maybe increase the coin laundry as it was very busy. Other than that, a great hotel in a great area. I can highly recommend this hotel chain. Arigato!

This was a very convenient and safe location to stay in the Tokyo area. Air conditioner was on par with an ice box so room could be kept unbelievably cold which was awesome. Standard size for a business hotel so can be very cramped if you’re not used to something like that. Only two washer/dryer combos so chances are you may not be able to use them. Staff were patient and courteous but while advertised as English speaking being an option, your experience may vary. Very close to the subway line and two of the larger transfer stations in the area and also a 15 minute walk to Akihabara.

Location is close to Ameyoko and easy access to subway. Staff is helpful. We are able to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Room was tiny but it's tolerable if clean. Sadly rooms were not clean.

Hola habitación que nos tocó era muy correcta (también teníamos las expectativas bajas por ciertas opiniones anteriores). Nuestra habitación era amplia, cabían dos maletas medianas perfectamente. Estaba muy limpia y el hotel disponía de todo lo necesario para la estancia.el desayuno también estuvo bien (puedes elegir entre 3 opciones). La única pega sería que no se pueden abrir las ventanas y al no limpiar la habitación el aire no se regenera… pero no huele ni nada. Dejan paraguas, pijama, jabones, etc. repetiría si volviese, ahora estoy en el de Kanda y también bien.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. They had plenty of free amenities. Our room was TINY and the AC unit wouldn’t stay on it. The AC unit was also full of mold… it was fine when it was on but it was pretty stuffy. The room itself felt clean, the floors seemed a little gross though. It was a good place to sleep for a night but wouldn’t stay there long term.

夜遅くチェックインしたため気付くのが次の朝になったが、洗面台の下に下のゴミ前の人のゴミが残っていて大変な異臭が漂っていた。夜使った時は全体にもあっとしたくらいしか気づかなかったがありえない状況であった。ただし朝電話したときにフロントの方の対応が非常に良くてそれは良かったと思う。フロントの方がすぐに部屋を用意してくれて、ゴミを回収していただいた。逆にフロントの方には申し訳ないと思った。フロントの方にそういう迷惑をかけないためにも掃除の人への教育はしっかりしていただきたい。気にいっているホテルのため次予約をするかどうかは正直迷っています。

Also some random people knocked on my door and the room acrooss at 12AM for like an hour and when I called the lobby they did not send anyone to check. Loved this hotel! I traveled with my partner and dad and we booked two rooms. Both rooms were awesome. I don't remember ever booking corner rooms, but we had corner rooms here that were quite a bit roomier than the average Tokyo hotel room, and had a great view. Also the bed here was significantly more comfy than others we had throughout Japan. Excellent front desk service and luggage storage and amenities! I would gladly stay here again.

Easy access if you are taking Skyliner train. Rooms are small with japan standards, hard to fully open one large suitcase for a double room. Moreover, room condition is just average as quite a number of scratches could be found on walls, in-room equipment seems a bit worn-down, but staffs are very helpful and nice. Many girls around the hotel area at night, personally think is not very suitable for families.

Muy cómodo para moverse por la cuidad, la línea de metro Ginza la tienes a 2 minutos caminando, y la estación Ueno a 10 minutos. Genial para salir a comer/cenar zona muy concurrida. El desayuno no es de mi estilo, ya que te dan una bandeja con un menú, es decir, no es estilo buffet, para salir del paso bien, pero no esperes gran cosa. Alrededor hay cafeterías pero no abren hasta las 09:00. La habitación te la limpian cada 3 días, es pequeña, así que viaja ligero de equipaje! Lo recomiendo 100% sobretodo por la ubicación.

非常に清潔で部屋も十分な広さで快適でした。昨今、都内のホテルの価格が高く、こちらもそれなりに結構なお値段でした。まあ仕方がない。朝食は、お弁当(部屋食)な需要のほうが多いのでしょうか、店内で食べたのですが、ホテルのお値段に対して簡素すぎな感想です。そこだけ残念でした。

The hotel has a restaurant called Cababre and when you get breakfast everyday when you add it to your booking. They only have limited choice for breakfast though. They also have exchange currency inside the restaurant. Really convenient. Location is really close to everything! Room is small but expected to Japan size of rooms.

Clean but very small room in a convenient location by Ueno Park. The breakfast was included but not particularly good. Even worse, the restaurant did not open at the stated time and so I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to open.
