Location is good as you are right next to the Pantheon but it is also on a very busy street with lots of foot traffic. Room is very standard and nothing special, good for someone on a budget that just needs a place to stay like we did for a night or two. Recommend that they provide some more instructions on how to get into the building for checkin. You need to get buzzed in, but we were expecting someone to meet us downstairs as we weren’t told this and the door to get in was partially blocked by restaurant tables, so this was not obvious at first.

Fabulous hotel, modern decor, large room, comfortable bed, great shower. Right near the Pantheon. Walking distance to most of the famous attractions. Excellent quick, responsive communication with Megan she was so helpful. Great breakfast included at Caffe Capranica. Faciolaro restaurant under the hotel was amazing & offered a discount. Speak to Daniel! Will only mention it's on level 2, no lift. Would definitely stay here again !

Es casi como un airbnb en el medio de Roma. La ubicación es perfecta. Caminamos a todos lados! Es un lugar pequeñito, se descansa muy bien. La chica que te atiende es muy amable y nos dio muy buenos consejos. Es tercer piso sin ascensor y los coches llegan como a dos cuadras, así que mejor si tienes maletas pequeñas. Lo insuperable es la ubicación: al medio entre el Panteón y La Fontana di Trevi. Alucinante!

The property was very nice, and they did an awesome job communicating with us about where they are located. It is among a whole bunch of restaurants, so it is easy to miss however they provide you with directions and pictures to find it. They were very kind to let us drop off our bags early. We lost a key to our room, but they were so kind to let us use another one. Rome is very big, and it is hard to be central to all the locations. This was in a good location to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The most difficult problem we faced with this property is parking. When we booked it, it appeared parking was going to be close by but that is not the case. The closest parking was about a 25-minute walk from a public garage where there were no reservations. We were able to find parking, but I can certainly see this as a challenge in a busier time of the year. If you need parking, this property is a little out of the way from the nearest location but if you manage to get a parking spot and don't mind a long walk, it was a good property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Located about 2 minutes walking distance from the Panteon, The room is clean with bathroom, There is no elevator to the rooms - It was fine to us. The room (we were n the second floor) was very quiet althogh there are many restaurants below us.. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The location is awesome, as it is just a few hundred yards from the Pantheon and many restaurants, but that comes with lots of noise, no nearby parking, and having to walk your luggage up the alleyway and then up several flights of stairs. Our room was one of two on the exterior and below our window was lots of people, restaurants, and shops. It was very noisy until sometime past midnight. Our friends stayed in a still noisy but more tolerable interior room. The room and bathroom are very basic, and the shower is dirty with an off the rail door. There appeared to be no TV service, but they did tout Netflix access. With no instructions, we figured out that you have to use the Fire TV stick to get to Netflix, but everything (menu too) was in Italian. The included breakfast, croissant and coffee, is served around the corner. The key got stuck in the lock and we could not leave as we were worried we wouldn't be able to get back in and catch our early morning flight. We notified the operator and was told they would be there in an hour. They arrived 3 hours later and never did fix the door, just made it so it would not latch. They had suggested we leave a note and leave, but did not seem concerned about us losing access to our luggage before flying out the next morning. At best, this is a 2-star accommodation, and best suited for people who want the party life (noise included) right outside, and many attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain nearby.

This B&B is located just meters from the Pantheon, just above some great restaurants, cafés and shops. If location is a priority for you, then this is the place. If you don’t like the hustle and want something more remote and quiet, then you’ll have to look elsewhere. This is in an area where only pedestrian traffic is allowed, so if you have large suitcases and bags, it may be a struggle. You will also have to carry your bags up the stairs as there is no elevator. This B&B is really unique and clean, with its classic and aged exterior to its modern and minimalist decor and high ceilings. The small number of rooms made it feel like we were part of an exclusive club. We will definitely stay here when visiting Rome again.

My husband and I enjoyed the property, as it is right off a busy street with many restaurant and shopping choices. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the Trevi Fountain (6min walk), the Pantheon (1min walk), and several other historical sites. The host is helpful and will reach out to you prior to your check in day to help you find the BnB and give you access. The place was clean and has AC, just be aware that there is no elevator and so you'll carry your luggage up two flights of stairs.

Veldig sentralt. I ein smal gate med mange restauranter. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården og vart ikkje forstyrra. Vi ble tatt godt i mot. Kommuniserte via WhatsApp. Fekk raskt svar når vi lurte på noko. Veldig service innstilt og hyggelig. Ligger to etasjer opp fra bakkeplan. Smal trapp. Høgt under taket, så god romfølelse. Du låser deg selv inn og ut av PopArt. Det er ingen kollektiv transport som stopper like ved, men taxi kjem ganske så nærme. Lurt å tenke at du skal gå mye når du bor her. Alt ligger innafor ca 30 min går tur i normalt tempo. Frokost etes i ein restaurant like ved. Du velger mellom amerikansk og italiensk. Hyggelig personalet der og.

Great location a few steps away from the Pantheon and 5 min walk to the Trevi fountain. There are steps to manage, but we got helped with our suitcase. It was very cool and quiet considering the heat and hustle right outside the little alley…. Our host was super friendly and responsive.

Amazing stay. Rooms were clean, great location. It was quiet in our room. Location was steps away from the pantheon and trevi fountain. Cold ac was great for sleeping. The host was so nice. Let us keep our bags there after and before check in.

This hotel was in an amazing location and was super walkable. We were able to get in our room earlier than check-in. The owner responded quickly to messages. The place was clean and safe. She replaced toilet paper etc and made the bed each day. AC worked great.

Central and very convenient location, Pantheon is just at the end of the street. Comfortable beds, good air con and fridge included in the price, good shower and hairdryer, clean room. This place is such good value for money. Staff were kind and helpful. It is everything you could want for your stay during your city break.

Loved the location of Pop Art B&B! It is located just off Piazza Della Rotonda (Pantheon location) and is above family restaurants. (Located on a walking street with indoor/outdoor restaurants, shops, gelato, bakeries and no cars. Had the best, most welcoming atmosphere.) Rooms and facilities were very clean. You do have to climb some stairs, but they were worth it! Walkable to so many historical sites and places. We also felt safe walking! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Pop Art. B&B. The location was perfect for exploring the city and main landmarks on foot which maximised our quality time for a short break. Restaurants straight outside the property were very nice and breakfast was lovely at a local restaurant which was included in the room rate. Our host was lovely and great communication throughout. Lots of recommendations and it was great to be able to store our bags on our last day at the property. The room was lovely, comfy bed, fluffy towels and plenty of sockets for charging devices. Thank you for a lovely stay in Rome :)

This room was in an excellent location, very close to the Pantheon. However, because our room looked out to the street and restaurants below, we heard pretty loud street noise until after midnight and the garbage truck came through daily around 6am throwing glass bottles into the truck. The room was pleasant and the receptionist was available when we arrived. Our room was ready a little early.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la localisation de l'hôtel, en plein coeur du centre historique de Rome. Tous les lieux importants à visiter sont accessibles à pieds (Colisée, Trevi, Vatican, Trastevere..). Le quartier est très animé avec beaucoup de restaurants. La chambre ''Keith'' était propre et spacieuse. Cependant nous avons été un peu déçus par la qualité de la literie ainsi que par les fenêtres qui donnent sur la cour intérieure. La fenêtre de la salle de douche ne ferme pas correctement et la porte fenêtre n'est pas adaptées à l'ouverture ( espacement). Petit déjeuné à 50 mètres de l hôtel dans un restaurant de très bonne qualité. La chambre peut être nettoyée chaque jour si nécessaire avec changement des draps et des serviettes. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

This stay was in the best location - between the Trevi and Pantheon. In a location where we could walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. The staff were not on site 24/7 but were very quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and calls, very helpful and friendly. We were in the Andy Warhol room, at the front of the property above the restaurants etc, so was very loud into the night but we were so tired from our days out that it didn’t really affect us. This stay was in the best location - between the Trevi and Pantheon. In a location where we could walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. The staff were not on site 24/7 but were very quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and calls, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were basic and amenities were sparse (needed to forage for shampoo and body wash like raccoons). But the location is great with it being close to the Pantheon and not far from other attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, or Campo Fiori.

We stayed at PopArt for 3 nights. The area around the hotel is bustling, with lots of dining options and great people watching. The hotel itself was a little hard to find, as the door is very unassuming. We located it without too much trouble and went to check in. We were greeted by Megan, who was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious- very comfortable for two. The bed was comfortable and we slept quite well. We were in the Keith Herring room. The bathroom was tiny-- the shower was especially small and overall, the bathroom is definitely in need of remodeling. We had a little trouble with a slow drain and hot water, but they were very responsive. We would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. Please note- there isn't an elevator and climbing to the second floor with suitcases was a little challenging! Also- the building and area are very secure. I felt comfortable going out on my own when my bf stayed in.)

Property good, service not so much. No person on sight which was fine. Check in went fine but when they show up and ask you multiple times when you are going to be back to pay the city tax it gets annoying. If you travel like me and once you leave the hotel, you are lucky to be back by dinner it could be an issue. Recommendation to the property, have someone there at check in then you won’t have to give my family members the evil eye.

Wonderful location! Comfortable bed. Warm shower. Clean room. Our host Meg was incredibly helpful with moving our room as I am a light sleeper. She even moved out things for as as we had a tour scheduled that day. She was very kind and responsive. Take earplugs but definitely stay at PopArt!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Pop Art. B&B. The location was perfect for exploring the city and main landmarks on foot which maximised our quality time for a short break. Restaurants straight outside the property were very nice and breakfast was lovely at a local restaurant which was included in the room rate. Our host was lovely and great communication throughout. Lots of recommendations and it was great to be able to store our bags on our last day at the property. The room was lovely, comfy bed, fluffy towels and plenty of sockets for charging devices. Thank you for a lovely stay in Rome :)

Great location. Unfortunately I requested early check in twice in the week leading up to our stay and no one responded to me. When we arrived with all of our luggage we could not get in contact with the property to get into the building. This put a damper on our first day in Rome but the stay was fine otherwise

Loved the location of Pop Art B&B! It is located just off Piazza Della Rotonda (Pantheon location) and is above family restaurants. (Located on a walking street with indoor/outdoor restaurants, shops, gelato, bakeries and no cars. Had the best, most welcoming atmosphere.) Rooms and facilities were very clean. You do have to climb some stairs, but they were worth it! Walkable to so many historical sites and places. We also felt safe walking! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Pop Art BnB. It was a fantastic location, checkin was seamless and the breakfasts at the local cafe were very good with a choice of Italian or American style breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of things this is perfect accommodation, noting the noise from restaurants and cafes travel up to your room, however it never bothered us. We slept very well and the bathroom and towel supplies were very good. We visited family that stayed in a hotel and our accommodation was much better and more room. Thank you Pop Art. We loved it

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Our room was big, clean, and looked out onto the street below. It was a little loud at times, but it was to he expected due to location. We were able to walk to all the major sites we wanted to see and the bus stop for the train was very close! I wouldnt reccomend the breakfast as it is essentially a coffe, orange juice, and croissant at a cafe around the corner. It was fine, but not great. There were some minor cosmetic issues in the room, but nothing that hindered our stay. All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful/friendly. Overall would reccomend this hotel for a trip to Rome!

Excellent quick, responsive communication with Megan she was so helpful. Great breakfast included at Caffe Capranica. Faciolaro restaurant under the hotel was amazing & offered a discount. Speak to Daniel! Will only mention it's on level 2, no lift. Would definitely stay here again !

This was a super fun place to stay!!! Very convenient the best food was the restaurant below us. A little loud until around 11 pm but we were so tired at the end of the day nothing would have stopped us from sleeping. The shower was a little bothersome because it was square but don't let that stop you decision to stay. We would most definitely stay here again. No amenities but you really don't need any everything is a step away. If you decide to stay here tell Tony and the staff downstairs we said Hello. Wonderful people!!!!!!

The host was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. This is not a luxury hotel.
