I wasn’t told at check in that the pool didn’t work. I went to go swim with my six year old son and it was locked. Upon calling the office I was told they were using the Hampton next doors pool which should’ve been expressed during check in. When I went to the Hampton they said that want the case and Homewood didn’t have permission to tell people that. Thank goodness for the kindhearted workers at Hampton because they felt sorry for me as my son started to cry when he wasn’t going to be be to swim so they let me use their pool anyway. Also nothing was expressed about a parking pass my family and I came back late from being out dining and I saw a pass in a car window so I asked and then was told yes $8 for pass or I’d be towed

I stay at this hotel regularly and usually am most pleased. However this trip the suite we got was not up to snuff. The furniture was ragged, there was an odor in the kitchen (? garbage disposal), kitchen floor was sticky, and when I wiped up water spills the towel came back black. The pool was green, so much for taking the grandbaby swimming. This is not the usual so I will give it another go when in town again.

The shuttle was not running after midnight when we arrived at the airport, but no problem, we called the hotel and they sent a Lyft for free to take us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Bernard was there to check us in and he was very friendly and very efficient and made check-in very easy even though we were so tired from a long day. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

The room is big and comfy. It even has a kitchen! The only problem is, there was no airport shuttle in operation. We did not know that so we waited for almost one hour on the airport. In the end we called the hotel and it sent a Lyft to pick us up

Despite a substantial portion of the lobby being wrapped in plastic, There was a notable amount of drywall dust in the air, which agitated my daughter’s allergies. No information at all that the hotel is being renovated. All dusty and very dirty. Requested to clean the room as per information in bathroom rooms will be cleaned every other day truns out NOTHING! They changed the carpet on the whole 2nd floor and left debris every where inside the rooms. Front desk was not helpful at all. Very dissapointed

First off, I called two weeks before my reservation and inquired about early check in, because I had an early flight. The woman I spoke with told me to call back the day before my reservation and if the room wasn't rented they could lock it for me. I called the day before my reservation and was told they don't do any early check in. I had reserved airport shuttle transportation, both ways, two weeks before my reservation. I waited with 3 kids over half an hour for transportation from the time I got my luggage and called the hotel. When leaving the hotel it again took over half an hour for a shuttle that was onsite. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 and had to wait in the lobby until 4 to check in after an already long day of flying. When stepping off the elevator I noticed immediately the floors were dirty and stained. In the room, the kitchenette cabinets were dirty on the outside, as well as the fridge. The bathroom floor wasn't clean, there were little hairs and dust build up along the grout of the shower, and the bedsheet had a long black hair in it that didn't belong to anyone in my family. Poor housekeeping Breakfast was ok. The food was cold, but not bad. They didn't have any sugar free drink options for diabetics. Pool was closed for no reason. Room was comfortable, bug free, safe area. I'd stay here again, but there is room for improvement.

This place was filthy. White curtains stained horribly, sofa bed sunken in the middle and extremely hard. Nothing looked clean. Just disgusting. We left as soon as possible and stayed elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is very convenient when flying out from Orlando. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, spent a couple of hours at the pool and then had a great dinner at Longhorn, that literally neighbor to the hotel. We stayed at third floor and the hallway could use a cleaning. The room was good but had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was ok.

Bathroom smells like urine and shower curtains needed to be washed it had a terrible smell. No housekeeping and sofa bed was useless because of mattress. It was so that you could feel the springs. I’ll not recommend this hotel for a big family that would like to use a sofa bed. Breakfast was okay.

Extremely close to the airport but without a ton of airport noise. Our room was very spacious and held all of us (two adults and four teenagers) with two queens and a sofa pullout. Our room had a fully functioning kitchen which would be very convenient had we stayed longer than just one night. Overall very happy with our stay and would visit again in a heartbeat!

Overall the property was great BUT it was Anthony Williams, night time front desk worker that did it for me!! He was AWESOME!! 10/10!! I was traveling with my husband and kids. We arrived late and he was so helpful. We were cruising the next day and forgot some documents. He helped get them printed in the MIDDLE of the night. It was just an awesome experience. We would absolutely stay again!!

The front desk host was the BEST experience Ive had at any hotel. We had an issue with our cc being compromised and then replaced, causing Orbitz to cancel the reservation. She quickly found us a room at a comparative rate while making us feel relaxed instead of the oanic caused when we realized the room had been canceled. Our room had a dead battery in the thermostat and the room was hot, and she quickly got us into another room that was cool snd petsonally walked me to the room. She wrnt above and beyond! So impressed!

The hotel was having issues with the room key card system and that was a big challenge for the staff, but they handled it with complete professionalism! Because they had to open each hotel room in person, we did have a bit of a wait for the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The staff were friendly, smiley and very helpful. Other than the hotel key issue, the stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and hopeful. I had an issue with the lights and a/c not working in my room. I was moved to another room immediately, Emely made the process stressfree. I’m very disappointed with my stay this time, I won’t come back, first of all first night in my check in the lady in the front desk told me the security deposit will be $50 when check my back account she charged me $100 so she literally lied to me and I did not want the way she treated me, there were a family came after me, she assisted that family before me. Second of all the room she gave with the Ac about of order so I had to request for someone or maintenance come to fix it, they answered someone will come to the room 206 I waited for 2 hours after that I called them again about 11:40 pm then they decided to moved me to another room, I’m not comfortable at all with those situacion. So to many inconvenience. I will Never come back.

I really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Even at 3:30 am, they got me a free Lyft ride to catch my 6 am flight! Miguel, my driver was awesome! He gave me a bottle of water and offered me mints to help me wake up at that awful hour. I was truly impressed!

Early check in is first come first serve but reception staff is very inconsiderate. No real process to assign rooms to people that show up a bit early and wait for hours. They'll tell you that they'll notify you when a room becomes available but they won't do that. We approached the desk after waiting 2 hours and they said a room was ready after we saw people showing up and getting their rooms right away. No courtesy whatsoever and they're more concerned with gossipping with coworkers.

Started with the very bad receptionist treating people in an unprofessional way. Could not be any more rude than that! Angry woman with no manners! Bathroom broken and ants all over...my wife got bitten in the eye while sleeping. Any response from them? NONE!

The room was very nice, clean and a good size. It was great that it had shampoo, conditioner and body gel. It's in a good location, very close to the airport and the pool was pretty nice. The breakfast didn't have many or any choices that were gluten free, so we didn't get to enjoy that really. It would have been nice to have a couple more hot choices . But overall it was a good choice for our last night in Florida. We would stay again.

Everything was great except the business center and breakfast Only one computer. It wasn't even working. I did not consider the breakfast to meet Hilton standards. The breakfast was substandard compared to Homewood Suites locations I have stayed at in the past. Needs to do a little better to completely meet Hilton standards. I would still recommend this hotel if you do not plan to eat the breakfast or use the business center. The room was great!

Overall this is a great property that is only a few minutes from the airport. It's quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My one issue - The airport shuttle took about an hour to pick us up. It's the only reason I gave 4 stars. 1 hour in the heat/humidity with an unknown pickup time was not a way to start things. That being said, I would just ask for a realistic estimate so you can wait in the airport while the shuttle comes. Shuttle Driver: Very friendly and helpful with luggage. It may be a short drive but got us to the hotel safely Arrival Experience on property: Felt very welcoming. Front desk staff was friendly and got us set and ready quickly. Couldn't ask for better service. Overall Room: Spacious and clean, lighting was a little odd with some switches and the "Master" only turned some things off/on; but easy to figure out quickly. Beds: Comfy and spacious. It let me get a good night sleep and had no back pain after so I'd give them a good overall rating Breakfast: Surprise hit, the hot food was delicious and the selection of cold, breads/carbs and juices was great. It may not be a large breakfast but the quality is top. Also, they had both 2% milk and Almond milk which was a nice touch. WiFi: Was stable enough for me to get two long working sessions in without any drops or slow downs. Very solid hotel to stay at and I'd still recommend even with one hitch in the airport pickup.
