Excellent location in the centre of all major attractions. Staff helpful, welcoming. Clean, quiet. Lovely roof top indoor/outdoor bar/breakfast. Rooms well appointed. Great air conditioning. Only small criticism is slippery bathroom floors. Bathrooms look great, modern but lack functionality. Would recommend and would stay here again.

No parking on site but parking available about 3 blocks away. Wifi didn’t work in our room (on first floor) for either Apple or Samsung products. Wifi worked at checkin desk. Loved the proximity to everything…restaurants, shopping and tourist sites!

L'entrée de l’hôtel se trouve dans une petite impasse glauque et pas du tout comme indiquée sur la photo on aboutit sur un ascenseur pour aller à la réception grande comme un placard Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très médiocre sans beaucoup de choix et surtout très industriel, ce n'est pas au niveau d'un quatre étoiles heureusement que le roof-top est agréable et le personnel aussi, salle d'eau minuscule.

The hotel was in a very good location that being said the telephones to communicate room to room out of service the entire time the hotel has 52 rooms with one elevator so you have to use the stairs unless you wanna wait a very long time heating or AC did not work in my room at all

I hadn't realised how little facilities there would be. There's no meals, no bar for a final drink in the evening (or any other time) It's in a convenient situation and the room was fine.

To be honest, I decided to choose the Ramada hotel for my family's vacation because of the name and good reputation of the Ramada company •\tI checked in on 30 Dec 2022- 4th Jan 2023. •\tI will start by saying that the staff was nice and welcoming. •\tFrom the moment we arrived at the hotel I was given 2 rooms on the fourth floor which is beautiful. •\tBut I was informed that the elevator was not working & there is no Bellboy to carry our luggage. Me & my daughter boyfriend We had to carry our luggage up 4 floors.it was hard because I am not young. •\tFrom that day throughout our five days of stay the elevator did not work properly every day at other times and for long periods of time. Exactly during the working hours of the day which made us not leave the room because it is difficult to walk up. •\tIn addition, one day there was a general power outage in the entire hotel (luckily, we were not outside the room) •\tI would like to point out that these problems caused me to cancel a lot of planned activities and cause quite a big disappointment, I must point out from the Ramada network. •\tI would be happy to check with you to receive a full refund for the above stay, which was not enjoyable at all. If location is the only thing you are looking for so this is your hotel. It's in the middle of the heart of it all and walking distance to all site. Comfort is terrible, small room where you are in the bathroom and at the front door in one foot. Bed is regular spring matress. no sitting area to have a drink just a desk and a chair on the wall. There is a terrace on the roof but was closed when we were there. Construction going on so a lot of noise. You pay for location.

First, no temperature control in the room. We were stuck with the pre set room temperature of 23 degrees. Front desk said it’s centralized and if we wanted to adjust he could not help because the technician would not be available till the next day. He suggested to open the window if we wanted cookies temperature. We did just that but the noise from the outside kept us awake . Second, the bottled water in our refrigerator was half consumed . I raised this with front desk worried that someone had come into our room while we were out . He said it could be from the last guest who stayed which the housekeeper failed to check. The shower area was too small and doors were not sturdy. All in all , I won’t stay in this hotel again. Many other better hotels for the price.

In meinem Zimmer 106 hat das WIFI nicht funktioniert. Auch mehrmalige Beschwerden an der Rezeption haben keine Verbesserung gebracht. Als ich abends eincheckte befanden sich auf einem Regal gleich neben der Eingangstür massenhaft weiße bis grauie Brösel. In der Toilette war noch Toilettenpapier nicht runtergespült. In der Dusche war die Verfugung teilweise schwarz s von Schimmel verfärbt. All das ließ meinen Schluß zu, dass es mit der Sauberkeit wohl nicht weit her sein kann. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos angerichtet, keine frischen Früchte und bestenfalls auf 3 Sterne Niveau. Dafür muss man den Komfort des Betts hervorheben: Dieses war wirklich sehr bequem. Die Zudecke allerdings war schon eher sommerlich und in kühlen Nächten bei offenen Fenster zu dünn. Das Personal war sehr bemüht wenn auch nicht immer effizient.

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft unser Zimmer nicht sauber, es lag überall im Zimmer Müll auf dem Boden, als wir dies an der Rezeption mitteilen, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer sowie ein Cocktail und die Minibar als Entschädigung angeboten. Toller Service. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super gut, bei den Temperaturen. Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war etwas spartanisch.

1.The Hotel is about a block away from where the 100E Airport Shuttle terminates. 2.The reception was very kind and welcoming, the check-in and check-out was troubleless. 3.There is a lift that connecting all floors, and rooms are easy to navigate. 4.The hotel is generally quiet and very clean. 5.The room was bigger than I expected with complimentaries you would generally expect. The Air Conditioning was a little cold despite the control, however it didn't bother me. The bed and mattress, floor and tables are neat and doesn't look or sound cheap. Sleeping was very comfortable. 6.The toilet and shower too was clean and comfortable. I loved the strong water pressure and the hot water, with wide-I mean-WIDE shower space. 7.The rooms are cleaned everyday and I believe the hotel puts a good effort to it. 8.The hotel is in walkable distance to many sights and restaurants. I was able to visit most of the places just in 2 days. The area where the hotel is located feels safe day and night although I did practice some cautionaries myself. 9.Overall, a 10/10 experience, I will absolutely stay again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Budapest downtown, walkable distance to everything. We enjoyed the stay. The personnel at the reception were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Our room was very spacious. The only negatives for us were 1. Shower/tub combination was dangerous as the tub was very high, and we needed to hold on to each other getting out of the tub after taking shower. 2. Something was in the air, not sure how it was applied but there was very strong smell in the room, even at night, of deodorizer.

사진만 보고 속은 전형적인 케이스입니다. 매우 작은 호텔입니다. 4성급에 비해 가격이 좀 저렴하긴 하지만 객실이 매우 좁고 심지어 침대 누웠을 때 침대 프레임이 제 키보다 짧아서 당황스러웠습니다. 페스트쪽 접근성은 좋습니다. (유일한 장점)

Good hotel, extremely good placement! It was just around the corner of the main shoppingstreet and many of the things you should see/do when being in the city. We walked everywhere whitout any problem. The bed was pretty hard, but pillows was nice. Breakfast good, they even had gluten free options!

Excellent location right in the centre of Budapest. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we had to book 2 reservations due to flight changes and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating with the rooms. The room was amazing, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s staying in Budapest and will even stay again on our next visit.

Really nice comfortable room which was well decorated and large. The staff were all super accommodating. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with travel and guidance around the area. Breakfast was nice and the guy in the restaurant was lovely. Can fault our experience in this hotel. We didn’t have a room with a view but that really didnt matter as the staff made up for that

Excellent location with just a few minutes walk for the main shopping area, restaurants and the river. Our room was clean and tidy and with everything you need for your stay. We got to the hotel before check in at 3pm and the reception staff were more thank happy to look after our luggage until we could check in

This hotel is in a perfect position for exploring the city. A short walk from the metro/bus/ tram interchange and walking distance to St Stephen’s and the Chain Bridge. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. Would stay again

I had an enjoyable 4 night stay at the Ramada Budapest in early September. The staff at reception desk was attentive and helpful. The first floor suite was spacious and well kept. The location is centrally located in the heart of Budapest, right in district V, with VI and VII in walking distance. Vaci Street is right behind the hotel. The sidewalk out front was being upgraded, but only during business hours. Not much of a problem. I decided I will be staying at this Ramada next September as well.

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk from transport links and shopping bars and restaurants on your doorstep Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly We had a room on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel so was very quiet Inly negative was we travelled in November and the room is set to heat. Our room was a constant 24/25 degrees far too hot. You cannot cool this down We had to sleep with the window open it was too hot Apart from that great hotel and would stay again

Was given an upgraded room after the room I was given at check-in was not made. The room as well as the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quite efficient. My only complaint was the breakfast each morning. The eggs were runny and the potatoes were undercooked. The juices didn't work on the 2nd morning. Otherwise, I would happily reserve here once again.

Excellent location in the centre of all major attractions. Staff helpful, welcoming. Clean, quiet. Lovely roof top indoor/outdoor bar/breakfast. Rooms well appointed. Great air conditioning. Only small criticism is slippery bathroom floors. Bathrooms look great, modern but lack functionality. Would recommend and would stay here again.
