In general the stay was decent the hotel and room were clean and sheets fresh. The hotel seemed safe, however the front desk service was only ok. There were concerns with maintenance at the hotel. I noticed there were out of order signs on the public restrooms and one of the ice machines. The power outlets in on one of the end table lamps was loose and worked intermittently it sounded like it may have been arching internally. The bathroom door had a mind of its own and would slam against the tub (and bounce several times. The maintenance work all around appeared shotty. The breakfast buffet was simply adequate it appears they may have cut some corners on food quality.

It’s a perfectly fine hotel however the restaurant was closed and the pool was closed. It was the July 4th holiday and the restaurant and pool were a real bummer.

Great stay overall, the attached Mexican restaurant was great. My only complaint is that while they have a coin operated guest laundry, there's no change machine and they had no quarters at the front desk.

Stayed here while on a golf trip with friends. Was very please with every aspect of stay. Tex-Mex cantina adjacent to hotel was excellent food and drink without having to leave hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

They have one electric vehicle car charging station in the parking lot here but it is not free You have to pay I think it's 59 cents per kilowatt hour. It's often in use since there's only one. The hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and there's an on-site restaurant attached to the building.

My room sheets had dried blood and dirt on them. The bathroom smelt like mildew and the room overall smelt terrible. I asked the front desk guy if I could get my room changed and he handed me one set of sheets and said here you go, no housekeeping. Won’t be back.

This hotel was extremely dirty with mold in the shower, matter of fact the knob in the shower broke. They did fix it, but didn’t have the use of the shower that morning. We killed several spiders in our room. The door key would stop working on several occasions. The staff were okay, but not the most helpful. We will not be staying here again for sure.

The room left me wishing we were able to find another hotel. However, it was Homesteaders of America weekend and everything was booked solid. The bedding was filled with stains and hair, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. There was hair and grime in the shower and the towels had holes and stains. The toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned. I ended up going to Target and buying sheets for the beds and cleaning supplies to scrub down the bathroom. I personally would not stay here again.

All the wooden furniture in the room had white mold on it, the chairs, coffee table and night stands. We were only passing through and got there late and left early. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

The bathroom floor had enough hair on it to dress a baby doll. One of the pillow cases looked like someone walked on it and the bathroom had mildew on the walls. Also the sign at the road is not close to the entrance and it makes you wonder if you missed it.

I checked out the property late at night, when I got to my room, my TV did not work and I had to get the front desk to come up and fix it. There was trash in my trashcan in the bathroom and when I went to go in the bed. I pulled the covers back and the sheets look like somebody had slept there for a week. Definitely not crisp clean sheets that I was expecting.

All was well very, nice hotel! Breakfast was great. King size bed was nice, but the mattress was terrible, to soft and lympy, sheets and top cover seemed very worn. The bed wasn't too comfortable. We were in Room 201.

Great position for the hotel between two historic battlefields. Situated far enough from the congestion of Winchester but close enough for easy drive to multiple attractions. Clean facilities and plenty of room within the rooms, at least for two people staying overnight. But if there be noisy guests next door, the walls will do nothing to muffle them.

This was a nice hotel with a friendly staff and a very convenient location. I only had two complaints: my tv didn't work consistently. It seemed to lose signal a lot in the evenings so i used my phone and laptop instead. Second, the free breakfast was only adequate, not great.

The hotel didn’t look like much on the outside when I pulled up but it was spotless on the inside. The lobby looked like you could eat off the floors. Room was excellent , clean and quiet. Service was excellent and so accommodating. Breakfast room was very nice and the staff in the breakfast room was excellent. Very clean.

No one stays at the front desk, customers have to wait for someone to show up. Also couldn’t understand what was associate saying. They knocked on the door around 10:50 am to make sure we are leaving was most annoying and disgusting act from this location.

Checked in late, staff at counter wasn't empathetic or friendly. Appeared to be rude, distracted and absent! Romms were of inferior standards, mattress was sagging in the room alloted to us, toiletries weren't refilled or provided to us upon request. Overall a bad experience, will not be booking this again.

Terrible service and attitude from the gentleman at the front desk. After going all the way downstairs to the breakfast room to an empty coffee maker we went to the front desk to ask for coffee to make in our room. They had none. I asked about the empty keurig machine on our floor. He stocked with pods and instructed me that we had to go all the way back downstairs to get coffee cups. When I complained I was told “there’s always 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts”. Terrible hospitality, terrible attitude and we will not be staying there again.

Smooth check in we were put in room 220 but discovered mold growth in AC unit ND in bathroom.Changed to room 214, no issues other then a musty smell. Microwave and furniture needs an upgrade.

This is a good place for a short stay along the I-81 corridor. It's a little dated but nicely maintained. My room had an old style bathtub/shower. I prefer the walk-in showers. Be careful with the address and GPS directions. There are two identical addresses in Strasburg. This hotel is just down the street on US-11 from I-81 exit 298.

You get what you pay for. I was hoping for a more clean room. The bedsheets were clean. But the trash wasn’t taken out and there were some dirty surfaces as well as dirty walls near the trash. There’s dark residue in the shower (perhaps mold?), soap scum on the walls, and almost all of the lamps were missing one of the two light bulbs. Nothing was broken or looked worn down really. I wish the window was clearer, I could barely see through it. I did check in and check out on my phone so I didn’t interact much with staff but they seemed nice. We had breakfast one of the days we were there. There was not enough readily available and someone had to request more to be put out. When I dispensed apple juice in my cup there were flakes floating around in it. I wish there were more food options. The rooms also in an odd spot in the basement with no windows and oddly lit. Also, we could hear kids running in the adjacent room and guests walking in the hallway outside our room. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay for the price but if you want something nicer then above I’d check out somewhere else and maybe spend a little more money.

Convenient place for a stopover. We had no problem to switch for another room as the one we first got smelled smoke. Unlucky though to have an upstairs neighbour who walked with heavy steps late in the evening and very early in the morning! Breakfast was basic and coffee was not ready to be served on opening time.
