Front desk was very nice , location for Centennial Sports Complex was good. Everything was very clean, only thing was the pool is very small it’s ok for a few adults to sit around and relax but not for swimming as it’s only 3 feet deep.

Only disappointment is the pool - we longed for since Chicago & upon arrival we learned pool was closed. So disappointing for our 5 & 7 year old. Should put that on website. Probably would have stayed somewhere else with a pool available in the heat of summer. Staff was excellent & comped me a wine! Thank you!

Loved the hotel. Staff and breakfast was great. Very clean. $20 to self park. I guess that’s about the going rate around the area. The other half of my party by mistake used his credit card and paid for parking that I had already paid for. That’s our mistake unfortunately I guess. Must have your key on you at all times! Doors, elevator, parking garage all require the scan. Overall throughly enjoyed our stay!

Close to the airport. And has a shuttle. I was disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t open. And there was no advanced warning during my booking.

Location near Vanderbilt university and convenient and safe underground parking garage was the reason we chose this property. Excellent breakfast, bedding and linens. Great gym (open 24 hours!) with free bottled water was a major advantage. Only issue was the in-room heater by the window - the heating element only worked for a bit before blowing out cold air and was very noisy. We didn't report it because we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. Also a garbage truck arrived very early one morning and woke us up while servicing the nearby restaurant.

The pool area was closed for renovations, we were not given advance notice & had planned to use that amenity during our stay. They charge daily rate for parking regardless of how long you use it each day. It was underground and secure but there were empty lots all around the hotel that could easily be provided at no charge. For the room rates you pay seems like a common sense option. I won’t stay at this property again.

Great room! We had the handicap room due to one of our family needing grab bars in bathroom. Beds were comfy and it was all very clean. Love that you must use your room card to get to any floor above 1st/main. Felt very secure! And the underground parking also was appreciated. Great breakfast options and a nice variety of snacks/beverages in the lobby for purchase.

The pool was out of order and the AC in the lobby/breakfast area was not working as well. There was no mention of the pool being out of order on the Expedia site which was disappointing since that’s one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The Christmas decor was delightful! The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were so clean and comfy, and the hotel had a great variety of Nashville delights for us to buy. We had a wonderful stay!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the onsite, garage parking that was offered, and especially appreciated the price compared to some other parking downtown! I liked that you could only access a floor if your room key card was linked to that floor - an extra added safety feature I appreciated. Despite there being a travel baseball team and a class reunion in the building, it was very quiet and we slept great. The design of the lobby and eating area was pleasant and offered different areas to accommodate different groups. The breakfast was fine - my kids always enjoy being able to make their own waffle. The room was pretty clean, but there was someone else's hair on the floor of the bathroom (yuck!)

Really enjoyed the hotel location. Lots of dining options nearby. Centennial Park nearby was a plus. Very clean rooms and hallways. Included breakfast was good, especially the coffee. Will stay again here next time I am back in Nashville.

The towels were worn. Hair was on some of the towels and other bathroom items. The in room fridge did not get cold so food was spoiled. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Shower leaked out into the bathroom floor. Ceiling had several spots of covered up water damage.

Great location within walking distance of the park, Parthenon, and trolley pickup spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room amenities were great and everything was clean and in good repair. Also, the free breakfast was a great way for us to start our day.

The location of the hotel is not the best - questionable neighborhood. Also, although the room AC worked but I believe the beds were foam? As they were really really hot. I typically sleep warm however my 15 year (who is usually cold) was hot as well - which told me it wasn’t just me. We turned the temperature to 63 and still the beds were hot (which is typical of basic foam beds).

This hotel was excellent. It is new and was thoughtfully designed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The hotel is modern with well-designed technology. There were charging ports and electrical outlets everywhere. The TV worked well with options to stream movies & shows. The location was good for us - close to Centennial Park. We parked our car on the street for free. You can park in the garage for $20, but we went with the free option. I highly recommend this hotel!

We needed a place close to Vanderbilt hospital, and this location was great. They did not have the room type I reserved available when we checked in, but this was offset by comping the parking. The room was quite satisfactory, with a small fridge, Keurig machine, and microwave. No room safe though. The bathroom was big enough, but no fan....so easy on the burritos. The breakfast was excellent, with biscuits, gravy, chicken-fried steak (!), and plenty of other goodies. No issues with noise, A/C was plenty strong. We need to come back to Vanderbilt again and I think we'll stay hear next time as well.

Reservation was closed or marked no show before we got there which caused a long checking experience. Night agent was very nice and called around until he was able to resolve issue and get us all checked in. Room did not feel sanitized. Bathroom shower felt sketchy as far as cleanliness.

The front desk staff is by far the friendliest bunch. When traveling it’s so refreshing to find a welcoming crew. Thank you for that. I’ve stayed here several times and the king room with the sofa is my favorite. Breakfast is good and coffee anytime is a plus!

The bathroom plumbing was not working and we were forced to change rooms at 11pm when we were already in our pajamas. The front desk acknowledged that they knew there was a problem with that bathroom and booked us in the room anyway. No one apologized or made any recompense for the inconvenience.

Buyer beware! 1. Be ready for your credit card to be compromised, have duplicate and unauthorized charges.2. Very rude dayshift front desk. 3. Not cleaning the room when asked and not cleaning correctly or restocking essentials. Trash everywhere in hallways. 4. Parking is in their garage and others block the driveway while unloading onto the only 2 luggage carts they have. 5. They charged me an extra day when I already checked out. 6. Many parking charges. I called and get the run around. 7. Conflicking answers from different front desk employees. The worst being a know it all cocky sarcastic Deontay. 8. I will never stay here again. 9. The whole place reeks of Marijuana. All night long. Slamming doors and stomping. Smoking weed in parking garage. Trash in garage. 10. Bad location. Bugged and followed several times from people begging for money. Worst service and scam alert!

The check in was fast and efficient! Room was very nice, extremely quiet. The breakfast offered seemed good but I am a celiac and need gluten free foods so other than fruit not much for me. The hotel, located in Nashville was in a bit of a “sketchy” neighborhood so paid the 20 dollars a day for parking in the garage.
