First and foremost you are paying for the location. It is very central and extremely walkable to many key locations. The cleanliness is average. We stayed for a week and there are a few occasions that they did not resupply the coffee, sugar and toilet paper. The front staff were polite, but occasionally apathetic. If you are looking for hotel transfer, there's a flat fee of 55 Euro to and from the airport. However they will prompt you to use their car service which is 80 Euro cash, or 88 Euro by credit card. The ride is about 35 min by car. Public transport is a nightmare after a long travel day. The building is old but tidy, and the single elevator will accommodate only 4 adults. The fire alarm goes off not infrequently, and it usually a false alarm. The rooms are tiny but North American standards. There is very little space for your luggage. We had a room with a pull out sofa bed and that's were we kept our luggage. We have had the benefit of staying in 4-5 star locations all over the world. This is a 3-star accommodation in a 5-star location.

Great hotel walking distance to many historic sites, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and assisted with restaturant recommendations and directions. Great cafe next door also. I would just recommend carpeting in hallways and rooms to allow less noise transfer as you can easily hear anything going on in the hallways, especially when trying to sleep. I would stay again though due to the convenience.

Great place to stay for a few nights … staff very friendly and helpful. Location is incredible … included breakfast is great walking distance to everything you want to see Side note if you have have a disability such as walking or in a wheelchair this isn’t the hotel for you.. does have stairs to the elevator and rooms and small elevator.

Tiny rooms. Windows on the floor. Looked out into trash area. Plastic stool was the only thing not attached to the wall. Stark, minimum. No amenities. No dining. No place to sit in the room and 4 chairs in the "lobby". Can\'t believe that Hilton would put their name on such a property.

Great locatoion near Piazza Vebezia, near many of the same aites. Had a small gym which is unusual in the area. Bed was great. View at breakfast was amazing. Expensive for a room on the first floor with a view of the street!

It’s located in a nice area, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, but the elevator is very small and slow so we would often take the stairs. Not a big deal, but may be an issue for others who stay there or have a room on a high floor. Still recommend staying there!

They put us in a room that was moldy and toxic. I couldn't breathe. There were stairs to the elevator so you had to carry your bags up stairs. It was small, old and smelly. Convenient to collesuem and historical sites but wouldn't recommend to anyone. Staff was ok but not great. Below average experience. And horrible, horrible room.

Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com a estrutura do hotel, desde o elevador, corredores antigos, quarto deixou a desejar tbm. Além dos banheiros (ficamos com dois quartos) com bolor no box, e um chuveiro que não saia água direito. Um café da manhã muito simplista para o preço e localização do hotel, que por sinal, é ótima.

Hotel was overrated foe the money! Shower very small, hardly space to wash properly. In the room there were wine stains on the wall and in the bathroom fungus in shower and at the sink. Also window was not closing properly so all the sounds (car/people) from the street was like coming directly in the room in the night. (Narrow street and being on 4th level is not good combination with bad window quality!!!)

Hotel is in a great location. Centrally located ,close to Trevi Fountain and main shopping street. Great front desk! But room cleaning was sub par. No wash cloths,no soap etc. Air conditioning was awful . The excuse of extreme heat is not justified. Lobby was very cool but somehow they couldn't manage individual rooms. Not a great value! Nit a freat Hilton property!!!

A localização do hotel é excelente, fica perto de boa parte dos pontos mais importantes da cidade. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis, staff bastante atencioso. Café da manhã com uma linda vista, são atenciosos, e ainda fazem um excelente omelete. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi a falta de ar-condicionado nos quartos.

i lost and could not find two hundred euro in the room in my wallet soon after i re enter the hotel after i checked in and left my luggage there. i initially thought the hotel staff might have taken it when i left the room and left the money in my back pack. since i thought it was my carelessness and my own fault and i had myself to blame so i did not say a word to the hotel. days later, a few hours after i checked out, i got an email from the hotel frint desk saying the staff found two hundred euros in my room. that is concrete evidence that the hotel staff was honest, upright and professional. guests will be safe and well taken care of in the hotel. i highly recommend this hotel.

It's really small overall. The shower was tiny. My college ring, worth $800 when purchased in 1983, was stolen from my room. My guess would be housekeeping, but i am not sure. I'm very upset about that. The front desk wascreally notbhelpful with the issue. Nothing in English on the TV. All Italian language shows.
