Avoid this hotel at all costs. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is extremely difficult to find because there is no visible sign outside identifying it as a hotel. Everything about the place felt disorganized and unprofessional. I stayed there for several days, yet after I raised concerns about unauthorized charges on my credit card, I was told there was no record of my stay, despite the fact that I had already checked in and stayed there. That was incredibly alarming. I am currently disputing the fraudulent charges with my bank. The way this situation was handled has completely destroyed my trust in this business. I left feeling unsafe, deceived, and deeply concerned. If you value your money, your personal information, and your peace of mind, stay somewhere else. As for the basic amenities: they were inadequate. Only one towel was provided, there was no hair dryer in the room, and the hotel deliberately shut off the hot water for approximately nine hours every day, claiming it was for “environmental reasons.” This made even basic hygiene and comfort unnecessarily difficult and is completely unacceptable for any hotel.

The room they initially put me in was small and there was a leak in the bathroom. But when I requested to have my room changed they gave me a better room. Because they resolved the problem so quickly and with smiles I give them a high rating on this hotel. The outside of the hotel and the entrance needs a lot of work but the rooms were safe and adequate. Don't expect any frills. The location is very good. Easy walk to Chapultepec Park.
