The Bridge Suites

Great accommodations in a fantastic, vibrant neighbourhood that’s very walkable. Which is good because there is very little parking or public transit available in the vicinity. The four storey walk up has a small, closet elevator available, but not one we noticed until after we had done the stairs the first time (with our luggage) so if you’ve got bags with you, keep an eye out for that lift when you arrive!

Really nice hotel. Location is perfect, it is conveniently placed in between the Vatican and many attractions like Trevi Fountain or Pantheon, so it is walkable. The receptionist is extremely nice! We communicated prior that we would be arriving early and we found our room ready. They also had a free luggage storage that we utilized since our flight was later than our check out. The room was spacey, had many great amenities, and was extremely comfortable. Although the reception is not 24h, they are very quick with responding to any messages at any time! Everything was clean and safe.

First, it is not staffed like a regular hotel. The entry is very odd going through the back hallway of an old church to a very old elevator. Endorse the outside was only sometimes secure and one night remained as an alarm all evening. You’re welcome one morning at 8 AM to loud grinding and banging sounds on the floor above. Overall, a very good location, but not one if you want to be able to pull up your car and remove your bags or sleep well.

Great location to the Vatican and other attractions. Many restaurants available as well. Only complaint is there was no signs specifically stating it was the bridges suites we walked past it several times before a nice restaurant owner showed us the building.

Lovely hotel close to all the tourist spots. You can Walk everywhere from this hotel , the Vatican, Trevi fountain , piazza Navona, the pantheon & short bus ride to/from the Colesseum and Termini train station. Irene at the desk was lovely . Always smiling , curteous and friendly . It’s hard to find so pay attention & don’t get lost like we did ..: )

This property is in a great location and walkable to many things. It is not your typical hotel with amenities but perfect if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good and clean. Only down side is there is no elevator and the rooms are on the 4th floor.

3 points of entry so very safe hotel.

We arrived late at night and the front desk had contacted us earlier to make sure we knew how to acccess th main door and room doors and allowed for an in person check in the next day. The key system is unique and they provide a YouTube video showing you how to use it which saved us some headache. The property was clean and the service was good.

Property is clean and smells good. Elevator is very old and needs some kind of upgrade. Irene at the front desk was so accommodating, friendly and very respectful. She is also very helpful when asked.

room was small, no face clothes and toilet seat was loose as well as faucet, needs more maintenance. Staff was great and location great but noisey.

Staff were polite and friendly, housekeeping was efficient however the walks in the room are grubby and could do with a fresh bit of paint

The hotel never sent the cab that they said they would so we waited in line for 45 minutes for a taxi, realized we weren’t even half way through the line and it was after 10pm so we just paid $120 for an Uber. When we asked about a credit, it was a no. The rooms are so small that there was nowhere to put your suitcase but on the bed. Floors in the rooms are dirty and towels were stained. Maybe a good place to stay if you have low expectations or don’t care about anything more than a place to sleep for a night.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

The units are small but comfortable. I understand we are spoiled Americans but I found a few hairs in the shower and on the floor. Not what we are used to. We let housekeeping come in every day. Still had to ask for additional toilet paper and coffee because they didn’t top it off. Other than that, the location is excellent. Building is very safe and has an elevator. Literally across the street is a restaurant with the BEST fillet I have ever had! Enjoy!

Great location and very helpful staff. Room was nice, clean,and had a fridge, safe and air con. This is a busy area so expect it to be quite noisy even with double glazed windows. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was good except the bed - felt like we were sleeping on a board (not comfortable at all). And the pillows were no better (very flat).

The front desk Ms Irene was very kind and knowledgeable, it really helped, Room was cozy but clean and modern ,Around area lots of dinning options. I strongly recommend this property.

Boendet ligger oerhört bra till. Väldigt trevlig personal på plats, hjälpsamma och lyhörda. Dock inte bemannat dygnet runt. Läget är helt perfekt, nära Vatikanen och centrum. Gångavstånd till Vatikanen och Pantheon. Rummet är fräscht, rent och relativt stort. Rummet har fint badrum och välfungerande A-C. Enda nackdelen egentligen är hissen i byggnaden, det är dock inget hotellet kan göra något åt samt det finns trappor. Rekommenderas!!

Everything from the room to service was perfect - the only topic that makes the stay to a 4 star vote: it is extremely loud at night so you have to sleep with closed windows.

The hotel itself met expectations - a clean and comfortable room. While the front desk is only in operation for a few hours during the day - they were available via text message and luckily they allow guests to self-serve for things such as new towels, toiletries, etc. They also offered a luggage hold (free of charge) which was much appreciated. The major draw of staying here is that it is perfectly located and within walking distance of all major attractions in Rome. Overall, the value is worth the price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

We had an excellent experience at the bridge suites. We had a late check in due to our flight, and Irene sent detailed instructions by how to get into the hotel. It went very smoothly! We were impressed by the modern room and enjoyed our stay! We loved the location - right across from Castel De San Angelo and lovely Roman streets. We were a 10 minute walk to the Vatican too! We were able to walk all throughout Rome with this hotel. Excellent location. Clean and tidy and modern room with great coffee in the room. We were very pleased with Irene who I communicated with online prior to our arrival, she answered all our questions and also in person she took great care of us! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in terms of the actual place. The only bad thing is that if your flight is really early, Italian public transport is not available and you have to get their 75€ transport, and they definitely won’t help you book a regular city taxi that is around 30-40€ (you need an Italian number to be able to book a taxi through the app)

They are suites so front desk is not staffed 24/7 but they accommodated our arrival time and checkout was easy.

Beautiful room! Very clean, nice extras like slippers, coffee, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful when our flights had issues so we came in after midnight. We were able to get the passcode to the doors and our keys were waiting for us! Wonderful!!!

It's a great location for hoping on a tour bus, walking to some of the sites and getting a taxi.

Easy walk to Vatican City! Lots of food places near by and shops. Busy around and felt safe. The property was a little bit tricky to find but the staff were very helpful!

This is one of my favorite areas in rome. Its tons of great places to eat or drink and it walking distance to everything

Great property for walking around major Rome sites. They need to remove description of room that says “free breakfast” because there is not (and, no, they did not discount room even though we booked with understanding of free breakfast). Also, some noise at night due to popular area. Staff nice and friendly!

The property is modern and clean. It is a good location to stay as it is closer to Vatican and about 1 mile walk to Colosseum. The restaurant nearby is pretty loud till midnight. It was not easy to find the property as it does not have signs on any wall. It is just a name plate near the door.

We were not impressed. Building is located between two “pedestrian only” streets so our taxi had to drop us off 2 blocks away. We pushed all our luggage in the rain to the building. There’s no sign indicating “Bridge Suites”. We stumbled upon a tiny name plate over a not obvious side entry but no one responded to “buzz” us in as we stood in the rain. After a while, a guest from another apartment happened to exit the building so we gained entry to the building only to have no idea where the suites were. The entry contains a dumpster with organic matter and the floors and walls are dirty. I climbed 4 of the 5 flights of stairs and found a locked door that read Bridge Suites. Someone came to the door but spoke very little broken English so communication was difficult at best. The shower looks nice but there’s no shelf to set toiletries except onto the slick floor or is a towel hook within reach of the shower. The bathroom trash can lid did not work, nor did the closet safe. Breakfast was not included as per their website; nor did we have a view of the castle or rooftops, just interior alleys. There are only 5 rooms. Cheap down alternative comforters looked good but didn’t breath so we didn’t sleep well. There’s a little elevator for the building but you have to climb 4 flights of stairs when others leave the doors unlatched. Advertised “shuttle service” meant they called for a taxi but made us pay the 65 euro fee when we could have taken an Uber/Taxi to the airport for 50.

Location ottimale in pieno centro storico, locali estremamente puliti, personale cordialissimo, purtroppo c'é stato un frainteindimento con la colazione, nella conferma della prenotazione ricevuta tramite expedia risultava inclusa mentre una volta arrivate nella struttura abbiamo scoperto che non lo era. Il personale ha ribadito che era colpa di expedia che aveva trasmesso loro la prenotazione senza colazione
