The room had a definite order whenever we walked in. We actually sprayed perfume to mask the smell. The pool, the MAIN reason we chose this particular hotel, was closed the morning of our departure. When we left I asked why - it was because chemicals had to be added/or had been added because the pool "guy" didn't work on Sunday (we checked out Monday morning). Was it just laziness the sign wasn't taken down and we didn't get to swim. My 11 year-old-granddaughter was very disappointed, as was I. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The woman at the desk at check-in was not very friendly. The woman at the desk at check-out was MUCH friendlier and even offered my granddaughter candy. Felt like I was interrupting when I checked-in. The pool itself was very dark, not clear. Don't know why but we swam anyway. Overall, the beds were comfortable and we made the best of it. Room 409. You should figure out what the smell is and get rid of it.

Door keys did not function during our 3 day stay. Staff was cheerful, but had to escort everyone to their doors and open them for us at each entry to our rooms. Very annoying and troublesome problem that was not resolved during our stay.

Property is a mix, some areas need some repair attention (shower) & other areas are maintained. Check in was hindered because the key card machine wasn't working. There was no consideration given (we were told that the manager said no discounts, either we let you into your room or cancel your reservation). It was 10:00pm so canceling was not an option. The receptionist let us into our room, after that one of us needed to stay in the room to open the door. Bed was comfortable. A/C was older & very loud. Bath room was not cleaned well (hairs & dirt on the toilet), toilet paper was left almost empty, the tissues were left empty. Common areas were nice, breakfast was a nice mix of food, well presented & tasted good.

Unless you're desperate for a place to stay, look elsewhere. I thought this would be comparable to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at, however. ... Staff speaks very little English. Indoor pool was like ice and unusable. Noisy location. Mediocre breakfast. Horrible coffee (room coffee reminded me of sock water, the lobby coffee wasn't any better). Rooms smelled musty; you can't open the window even a little for fresh air. No apologies or compensation for any short comings. Will not be staying there on my future trips to that area.

Breakfasts were good. AC could keep the room warm or cool, but never found out how to hold a solid temperature (had to get up in the night to turn it to the other setting to get back to comfortable). The beds were comfortable, the location was great. The pool had a chemical balance issue, and even people outside of the pool got sore eyes and sneezing from being near it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One morning a sign was put out saying "sorry, we're out of milk". Knowing that's helpful for oatmeal and cereal options, I don't know why a gallon or two couldn't be purchased by a secondary staff member.

This was the most unclean place I have ever been! There was hair everywhere!!!! The sheets had not been changed!! The room had not been cleaned, yet the bed was made as though they were trying to pass it off as clean!!! So bad that out of all the traveling I have done this is the only place I could not even stomach to stay. The only good thing I can say is the lady at the front desk did the right thing and refunded our money so we could go find another hotel!

Four out of our seven nights we encountered a cockroach in our room and we came home at night. Never have had this happen before and the many times we have stayed there. Also, the lady that they have running the continental breakfast in the mornings is highly rude and very unprofessional she yells at guests for using the wrong utensil. She watches over your shoulder as you’re putting stuff on your plate and don’t ever go back down there a second time to get something that you forgot or she will literally ask you haven’t already been down here once today…Worst experience ever.

The carpet in our room was very dirty. If you took your shoes off your feet would be black on bottoms. Reported to hotel. They said they had problems getting someone to come and clean. We should have asked for a cleaner room. The bathroom was clean and bedding was clean.

Average experience with poor shower head in 3rd flr.room first night and very loud A/C unit in a different room on the return trip a few days later. Bathroom doors wouldn't shut well in either room. Grass outside was very tall and unmowed.

It is always fairly noisy. Must stay on the side opposite the freeway in order to sleep. Lots of people making noise on our last stay. Not your fault but still…I would like it to be quiet.

During our stay the facility had numerous issues with their key and door lock system causing us to have to have our keys remade daily during our 5 day stay, there were also several times where we had to be let into our room due to the person at the front desk not being able to program a key that would work. Everything else about our stay was pleasant, however after getting to our room several times, and having to return to the front desk to eventually be let in, it tainted our experience and stay.

It took over three hours to get a room because there were no clean rooms available. I told the staff I would run to the store and be right back. When I returned, I had to go to the back of the line of people waiting to check in. They were giving the party at the front of the line whatever room was the first one cleaned. When I finally made it back to the front, I was put in a room less than what I had reserved. There was no money credited back or any type of attempt to make up for the ridiculous wait time or lower grade room! Staff was ok, but definitely not overly friendly. Cleanliness was ok at best. The area was decent. Cracker Barrel and Casey’s within walking distance.

This was a frustrating trip. The Hampton Inn over booked and sent us through a lottery to a different hotel. I booked on September 7. Yet others I know booked last week for the same wedding we were attending. I won’t make a reservation at this hotel again.

The person at the front desk was incredibly condescending and rude when I was upset that they gave away my room that I had booked and paid for bc I arrived a day late as my teenage daughter was in a car accident the day before. He refused to offer any assistance or help.

The staff was so friendly from arrival all the way to checkout. The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff running the breakfast bar went above and beyond to make my toddlers have a great trip. We always feel extremely safe at this location and have the best time while here.

After a long day of travel. We arrived at 2am to find out that the hotel cancel our non refundable room. They then blamed it on the third-party booking. Hotels.com did try their best to find another hotel but with snort notice could not find a a decent hotel.

Honest review… we stay in a lot of mid grade hotels throughout the year for weekend getaways. The was one of the worst for $180/night. Almost no water pressure and luke warm showers. The TV didn’t really work. Most channels worked for a few minutes and then the tv would shut off. The indoor pool was REALLY cold. My 8 year old and friend lasted about 10 minutes before they had to get out. No fun. The breakfast was just bad. The hotel itself was clean enough and the staff was nice I guess, but we will not stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Stayed Fri. & Sat.for HS graduation. Breakfast was horrible. Waffle makers broken both days. Sat. Eggs cold and watery. Not sure what meat the paper thin sausage patties were. Had cold parboiled sliced poatoes. Regular bread dry, oatmeal runny. Sunday repeat of saturday except eggs appearred to have cold cheese in the middle. I think it was suppose to be like an omelet. Dont plan on an enjoyable breakfast. This place gets a no star for it.

We stayed one night and our stay was perfect. Staff are went out of their way to ensure a memorable stay: hot fresh baked cookies, Hilton honors gift of chips and water, fresh fruit, amazing hot breakfast with everything one would want, well kept and very clean facility. We stay here every year because of the high standards and highly recommend to others.
