We got out the car property was damaged a warning sign? Then we walked inside to a FUNKY BAD SMELL, dirty couch and more broken furniture!! I wanted to leave then as they tryed to add $50 to our bill for non smoking!! But my Wife still tried to stay and give them a chance but we had to see the room first, well in the room the sheet was nasty and the spread had cigarette burns in it. So we demanded a change and they did and that was the worst and the end. The lady came out with this WHITE SHEET and put it on the bed and there was a BLACK SPOT MOVING ON THE SHEET (A BED BUG) the manager tried to crush with his fingers I wouldn`t let him and told him this was a deal breaker we where out and wanted our money back. The manager (SWEPT THE BED BUG ON THE FLOOR) as if it was nothing then tried to offer us another ROOM !! SCARRY !! THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD !! THE STAFF AND THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!!! STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO DONAT BLOOD TO THE BUG BANK!!!!!

This is legit the most affordable option. They will tell you to pay a cash deposit. Which isn't a legal transaction. No receipt. So you don't smoke in the non-smoking room after requesting no smoking and they have smoking rooms available. At 3am exterior doors were wide open, and they'll tell you it's a safe area. Comical. Completely operated by sham artist from overseas. Bring your bug spray! I would have taken pictures had I not had a life. Do better!

2 lamps did not work. Made online reservations for 1 queen non smoking got 2 full beds. No microwave. No alarm clocks. Exhaust fan sounds like fan about fall out in bathroom. Trash in drawers. The carpet is horrible. At checkin required 20$ deposit when arrived. Nothing online about deposit required. Outdated.

Poorly kept property. Discarded bathtubs in courtyard, grounds poorly maintained, rooms in great need of cleaning and upgrading. Will not stay here again, nor recommend.

Room was clean but bathroom door was falling off the hinges and wouldn't close correctly, toilet seat was broke, bathtub drain was backed up, shower head was so worn out, it only sprayed a few streams of water, sink faucet was so corroded and loose I thought it was going to come apart. Side exit door was always unlocked so the security was lacking.

Im homeless so i got a room so my kids could be comfortable and not have to sleep in the car again i get the room leave sleep in my car get a call and text at 8am this morning from my daughter because she had bedbugs on her and was bit up and the people didn't give a fck he was worried about a damn key that never asked for room 156 to be exact horrible horrible my kids had to leave wrapped in towels too scared to get bedbugs in my car im pissed worst 65 bucks ive ever spent

The property was dirty, curtains had holes in them. I got sick because of the smoke vapors. I booked a non smoking room. People smoked everywhere, I couldn’t sleep throughout my stay. You are better off paying a little more for a better experience.

First an intoxicated woman came out of a room and was yelling at me right after I checked in. 2 other ppl made her go outside and I went in my room. TV in the room didn’t work. When I went to take a shower the lever for the shower was stuck and resulted in the shower only partially working (slow dripping). The walls of the shower had long black hairs on it.” (Not mine) and the culking around the shower was had mold all over it .

The hotel wasn’t dirty, just dingy due to age. The cooling system didn’t work. We could only use the fan setting. There was mold and mildew in the shower and the faucet of the sink was so loose it almost came off in our hands. There were no Kleenex in the room and it was exactly what it was advertised as. Cheap, and not just in price. We definitely won’t be using them again any time soon.

Saw FOUR cockroaches. Moldy tub/shower. No late checkout not even 30 minutes! Rude, not accommodating whatsoever. No mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine. Absolutely disgusting.

There was more than one thing wrong with my stay for one the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest house keeping was rude and disrespectful they tried to come in my room when I told them that I was trying to get dressed only had one thing of soap and shampoo when there was more than one of us in the room and the hot water took forever to get hot I don’t like the service or anything else about my stay there it was ridiculous I would like a refund or a free night

Everything from check in to check out was shady as hell and at check in was made to wait 2 hours and the problems just continued. Including the TV that wouldn't work that the front desk flat out refused to fix or compensate me for. Wasn't until check out that the guy come in there and tried. Everything over priced and even the checkout guy was trying to convince me to pay cash and not go through hotels.com. nickel and dime you for everything!!! NEVER AGAIN NEVER NEVER NEVER

Great stay, it was ruined for the both of us by this employee at that place that spoke English horribly, and that would be a compliment, I had to have the person I was with to try and translate his English to me. All in all I trying to check in to stay two nights on the day I booked the room, it wouldn’t go through the same day, it went through the next morning, but I got charged with an early check in few of $20. I don’t think that is fair due to a malfunction on the motels websites end. And now I get charged another fee. Can you help me out?

Absolutely 0 stars for this place.. the guy at the front desk charged me extra for a friend coming which was fine then after I tapped my card and saw it withdraw from my account he told me that I needed to pay again. I told him I wasn't paying again cause It had already came out he said they wouldn't be credited. We argued a bit, I showed him the charge on my account. He proceeded to tell me he wasn't giving me my ID back and wouldn't give me the room keys. My friend stepped in and took over getting my ID and the key cards to the room but this was very unprofessional as a business. There was big blood stains all down the hallway. Room was disgustingly dirty. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff was unnecessarily rude. Terrible experience.

People that don’t stay at the property are lurking in the parking lot by vehicles SKETCHY, VERY SKETCHY. Says they don’t want incense, but staff has filled the halls with such strong curry odors that can be unbearable. Had people attempt to come in our room twice, again SKETCHY. I do not recommend women, single women to stay here alone. CHEAP RATES CALL FOR CHEAP OWNERS

Charge $10 per hour for late check out even if you had late check-in. Bugs me when hotels have grab and go breakfast but only if you are up early. If you arrive late and sleep in you do not get the same amenities if you wake up early...you pay for it either way so why can't you grab a piece of fruit at noon?

So i only went to this hotel because its low in price, I had a single king bed in a no smoking room… when i got to the room I immediately realized that the sheets where dirty and there was no toilet paper which is absurd, as far the the cleanness of the overall room I can’t complain about that but the staff where not nice and didn’t seem to care about thier guests. Also there is no food on property besides some vending machines which intent even filled fully… If I had more cash I wouldn’t come here at all and I don’t recommend anyone does unless you have a tight budget even then there are better places!!

I woke up and had bed bug bites on my arm, the tub slow drain so I was standing in inches of water, the vending machine don’t work, the key cards didn’t work and he charged me for a new one even tho the key he gave me didn’t work in first place, I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived made me pay $20 for a smokin room because no more non-smoking was available, online it said they had breakfast and they indeed did not, holes in the blankets, couch and floor had stains, A/C in room didn’t work, my room was dirty. Overall a waste of money and 0/10 experience!
