Staff (especially front desk) was great and very helpful. Free breakfast service was very good. Overall, excellent and very well maintained property. Underground parking was quite convenient but pricey. There was a bit of noise from the adjoining gas station and its car wash at times but nothing too terrible.

The entire hotel was immaculate. From the rooms to the breakfast area everything was clean and comfortable. Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and accommodated 6 people comfortably. Everything you needed to cook and wash dishes was available in the room. It’s a great pet friendly hotel with a designated area for potty breaks for your dogs. They supply waste bags. The area around the hotel was great for walking my dog. I felt save and took my dog on pleasant walks up and down the hills. I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

This property works out great for us when we visit Del Mar. It offers easy access to the freeway and is a reasonable distance from Torrey Pines State Park and the Pacific Ocean beach. The generous full breakfast offered as part of the booking is a real plus. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager for your stay to be enjoyable. Parking in the underground garage costs extra, but is worthwhile as on-street parking is limited.

There was a few flees on the couch, someone kept knocking early in the morning and we looked through the peep hole and it looked like someone was at the wrong door.

We have stayed here before and it was better. The food quality was not great. They have conference rooms downstairs and sometimes decide to enforce if you can eat in there and sometimes they don't. They also have let us reserve them for free many times for work and suddenly informed us they would charge $30/hour for a room that had no sign indicating that and no one ever using it. The pull out is very uncomfortable so I wouldn't rely on that for another adult to comfortably sleep on. The bathroom did not ventilate very well. The staff are nice and it's a good enough hotel - we were just there for over a week.

The air conditioning was so loud you weren't able to sleep. Asked for toilet paper the first night and they didn't bring it, had to go downstairs the next morning to get it.

Wouldn’t recommend this location anymore. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk seemed over rude and not wanting to help when needed. I need an invoice with pricing - as this is a work expense.. when asking for that, I was told no.. so I asked how much exactly the charge was.. I was told “around $1,000” .. so confused why I couldn’t receive an invoice or an accurate amount.. As far as my room: nice area. Smaller than pictured, but nice. Bathroom had not been stocked with toilet paper or clean towels. But when calling down, that was quickly fixed. Our sheets though had multiple dark rings. Almost looking like coffee stains. Hope it just an unfortunate event - overall just yucky.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was just amazing, especially Ketan and Ana who helped us check in and out. Ana greeted us every morning and Ketan helped us with an early check in. We will be staying here every time we visit San Diego! Breakfast was great and the staff made sure to keep everything stocked and tidy. Perfect space for a 4 day trip.

Stayed here for business for almost a week. The shining star of this hotel are the lovely staff. Sweet, welcoming, attentive - I looked forward to seeing them. The breakfast was good, iced coffee a plus! The room was exactly what I needed for my time there and was conveniently located.
