Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das italienische Frühstück war ok, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer von der Größe und Ausstattung her auch gut. Allerdings war alles sehr hellhörig aufgrund der dünnen Wände. Auch das Hotel zu finden war etwas schwierig, da es unten an der Straße schlecht beschildert war. Allerdings ist die Lage super, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Property was far from what was expected. No signage at entrance and it was hard to know where to go or what to do for check in. Was of the impression that it was a hotel but it was a bunch of rooms in a building. Rooms not as pictured. Bathroom door unable to close, fixtures broken and not very clean. Lady at reception not very friendly. No coffee or tea as stated. Coffee pot left in main arena but without cups or anything. No temperature control in room and it was terribly cold. Bed linen had hair and dust on it so not sure if it was clean. Room just felt very dated and unclean. Would not return or recommend. Not worth the price.

Small property within a communal garden. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay, I received a lot of information via email. On the day of my arrival I was contacted via WhatsApp for instructions on how to access as the reception has limited opening hours. I was satisfied and recommend it. A special thanks to Giulio, manager of the facility.

The personalized service makes all the difference, you literally feel like home. Ideal location at walking distance to many city attractions and close enough to a metro station to safely, quickly and affordable get to the rest. Only one station away from the train station if you want to go to surrounding cities. Even though it is in the middle of a very busy area the rooms are away from all street noise. Definitely an option to consider if you plan to visit Rome.

This properly is in a great location there are some really nice restaurants just across the road and it’s a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. The area felt safe. The shower in our room (iTube) had weak water pressure and was difficult to wash my hair in. The safe didn’t seem to work I tried to ask the lady who worked there but she didn’t understand English. The flooring could do with replacing.We checked in at around 9pm and the instructions sent were easy to follow. Overall I was happy with the accommodation, it was quiet, we slept well and the location made it a great stay.

A lovely little place tucked away in the Monti area of Rome. Conveniently located in walking distance of everything you need. The are was quiet this allows for a very restful stay. A great place to stay in Rome that doesn’t break the bank!

Notre check in catastrophique, personne à la réception, pas de parking, la ruelle petite, appartement avec une salle de bain où la peinture était caillée et bouton de la douche ne fonctionne pas pour 3 nuitées, les serviettes ne sont pas changées et les petits déjeuners très simples, si vous arrivez vers 9h30 alors que ce service se termine à 10h, il n'y a plus rien et vous vous contentez de ce qui reste à manger, pas de refill. Ne pas demander un expresso à 9h55 car le service s'arrete à 10h, pas du tout aimable si vous ne parlez pas italien. Bref, nous avons réglé pour 3 nuitées mais avons dormi que la 1ère nuitée et nous sommes partis .

This was a great place to stay. It's tucked away into a courtyard away from all the street noise. There's only a few units so there's not a lot of people coming and going all the time. The staff was friendly and the breakfast smelled great. I'm not a breakfast person so I can't guarantee the taste, but if it matches everything else it's amazing. It's a short walk to the Colosseum and there's a metro station nearby. Lot's of restaurants and bars are nearby.

Very bad, not like described on app not even 1 out of 10, all fake pictures, l left 5 minutes after arrival. No parking available as posted at all, I parked 2km away. Room smells very bad, not safe for families, I requested a refund from Expedia, but nothing yet. I booked another hotel through Expedia which cost me more money and time. Thank you to the property for holding my luggage. But the room had a light above the bed that did not turn off. Impossible to sleep with it on. The shower/tub was missing one door. The A/C could be working better.

This place is in urgent need of a remodeling. A lot is broken or damaged, specially in the bathroom and shower. AC is so noisy is hard to sleep.

Ubicacion, precio, seguridad y confort es lo que buscamos al hospedarnos en algun lugar. Esta casa de huespedes está en la mejor zona de Roma, muchos restaurantes, bares, y atracciones estan a menos de 5 minutos caminando. El sitio esta en una zona muy segura. En cuanto a confort, tiene una cama cómoda, pero tiene una gran falta de mantenimiento, hay moho en los pisos de madera qué ya están picados por los años que no han sido atendidos. El baño no tiene azulejo sino concrete pintado, que en las grietas que tienen está lleno de moho. No hay staff en el lugar para ayudarte con algun problema, las situaciones se resuelven via whatsapp lo cual dificulta la inmediata solucion de problemas. A los muros les hace falta aislamiento acustico, se escucha todo lo que sucede en el area común, algunos huespedes llegaron a las 5:45am a estar gritando y riendose cuando todos estabamos dormidos, les pedi 2 veces silencio, no les importó no hubo nadie para resolver el problema. El manager fue muy amable al responder en la mañana, me ofreció una disculpa y no me cobró los impuestos locales a manera de disculpa. Algo positivo es que si está listo el cuarto cuando llegas te lo entregan antes del check in, a mí me lo entregaron 3hrs antes. También incluye un desayuno tipo americano. La zona es cara pero aún así por el precio esperaba algo con mejor mantenimiento, con algunas reformas se puede convertir en un gran lugar para hospedarse, al día de hoy es un lugar en buena zona unicamente.

I stayed at this hotel in Rome and I honestly loved it. I felt super safe the whole time, and the location couldn’t be better — it’s really close to the Colosseum, just a short walk away. The place was clean and comfortable. Every morning, Enrico made us an amazing breakfast with lots of different options — seriously so good! There are also tons of restaurants right outside the hotel, which was super convenient. Totally recommend it! I’d definitely stay here again.

Discusting and dirty place. Strong smell of humidity in the room and a lot of mold in the bathroom. Avoid this place, does not look like the picture at all. Included breakfast, ok but not good and not a lot of choice. The person from the hotel on place does not offer help and they cannot call a taxi for you!! Never get at any hotel like this one!! Do not recomand at all. Very expensive for nothing. The only good side, is the emplacement of the hotel close to everything.

A localização é perfeita, próximo à estação de Cavour, a 5 minutos do Coliseu e fórum romano. Próximo a mercados 24h também. Recomendo muito a estadia lá.

The accomodation in general was a horrible experience I do NOT recommend this. - You get a 'free minibar which contains 1 soda for the whole stay - Every morning 7 am the tv in the mid room where the hotel workers are start playing louf music so good sleep is no option. - The bed was really bad, dirty(coffee stain, red stains,...) and annoying bedsheets. They kept seperating every night for the blanket. - There is no hotel personel present after the evening, so if you have issues or you can´t come in you have to contact them and pray that they come within the hour. - For what we had it´s overpriced as hell. - 0 privacy if you´re sharing the room with your friend/family, the bath/toilet is in the room and no walls covering them. - The only only good I can say is the location but all the rest was not good. If you see this review, you´re better of booking somewhere else if you want a comfortable/nice stay.

Great choice when in Rome. Steps away from the Colosseum, easy access to metro/bus, dinning options near by. Clean and spacious room. Enrico was such a great host! Loved his open kitchen concept (breakfast buffet to start of your morning). I would definitely stay here again. Until next time!

While I don't quite understand the theme room idea (I mean you're in Rome...why do you want to hang out in your room?!) we had a great stay. Staff was fantastic and gives AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Trust me (and them)! Room had ice-cold air conditioning which was welcomed in 95-degree heat but was a little run-down. Bathroom especially is in need of an update. Breakfast each morning was excellent with eggs and bacon cooked fresh along with the usual pastries and cereal. The location of the property couldn't be better. 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and all that madness yet in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with those fantastic restaurants. Would stay here again.

Outstanding experience at iRooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom is out of this world luxurious with great shower, huge spa tub and two sinks. Anthoni was super helpful and in and answering questions. A great chef too as she made breakfast in the morning in this cozy little house like atmosphere. Only stayed one night but wished we stayed out entire trip in Rome. Absolutely recommend! Much success to your business!

The hotel/provider did not provide pre-checkin information bofore. Had to wait an hour in the road. No person to provide check-in after 5pm. It is really not a hotel but arnb. Do Hotels.com require check-in information when the rooms were already confirmed.

Friendly staff, they helped me with a small problem I had during my stay in a brilliant way. My room had some minor wear and tear but was very comfortable. I advise you to pay attention to the communications they send you before arrival, the reception does not have continuous opening hours but all the instructions for accessing the room are sent via email or WhatsApp. Recommended guesthouse.

Our host Enrico was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. He made us an excellent breakfast. The property was so close to the Colesseom about 5 minutes walk. I was so grateful for the assistance given in gaining access late at night.
