Stayed in a hotel room. Lights went out and there was no backup system. Lights came back on sometime after midnight. Restaurant has very few appetizing options. Included breakfast option not a bargain. Luckily there are good restaurants nearby. Was charged extra for something not advertised similar to a resort fee

The air conditioner didn't work. The staff was unable to help me during my visit. It's complicated to arrive at your room because of the lack of signs.

Reservamos una habitación para 4 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, al pedir las otras 2 toallas nos comentaron que no tenían acceso solo la ama de llaves y no estaba así que ellos no podían darnos más, ni al día siguiente nos llevaron más toallas, se usaron las mismas toallas húmedas de la alberca, además que nos cobraron una llave adicional cuando le comentamos a recepción que necesitábamos apoyo para abrir porque la llave se quedó en el cuarto, primero cobraron la llave y después el recepcionista no tenía llaves adicionales. Pésimo servicio por parte del hotel, también nos pidieron dejar la habitación a las 12 y en la app de expedía decía check out a la 1:00 pm
