La propiedad ya está muy vieja, ocupa mucha renovación, más por la zona donde está, está muy bien ubicado a un lado del campestre, el jacuzzi estaba sucio y no estaba funcionando. Las habitaciones estaban ok de limpieza, pero algunas fundas estaban sucio pero porque están viejas, lo bueno es el desayuno gratis, estaba bien para comenzar el día, también la alberca, aunque está pequeña, está bien para que los niños se diviertan.

Run down hotel. Pool was dirty. Next to busy street. Breakfast was ok not the best. Ladies be careful when using the towels if you leave them with make up stain they will chage you 100 pesos or 6$ dollars, FYI

Shower was cold even after leaving it on for a bit to see if it would warm up. Parking was ok because there were hardly any cars. Receptionist changed my room upon arrival due to “not being ready” and when requested 1st floor she stated “oh no those rooms are not for this type of reservation” (online). Bed was kind of hard my body was aching in the am. Website pics misleading, pool water was dirty didn’t even get in.

It’s ok. Good for last minute option. They accept my little dog. Got the suite to accommodate our family of 4. However its up 5 flights stairs NO ELEVATORS! It’s cold at night. We took our own blankets. Power on with room key inserted but turned off if take it out including hot water! Only give 1 room key. Took my Lysol wipes for inside of dresser drawers. When I wiped down was all yellow! But looked clean. Parking is tight but car was intact in the morning. Staff rolled her eyes at me when I came in the morning to ask a question. Didn’t even say good morning or give me a chance to speak. That’s not what hospitality service should ever look like! Not used to this type of treatment. Review is enough not to stay unless it’s my last resort! Use City Plus Tijuana instead Blvd. Agua Caliente Col Calete # 9985, 22044, Tijuana down the street. Worth the $30 more.

Área limpia, habitación en buen estado, si llevas a tu mascota ve preparado para dejar un depósito de 200 por noche que no está incluido en la reservación, además no puedes entrar con tu mascota al área de piscina ni al restaurante, así que muy pet friendly no es :)

I won’t ever stay there again .. the TV never worked, there was zero wifi, the window in my room did not lock correctly, the pool closes at 5. I had to get maintenance come to the room about 10 times and never actually fixed the problems with the tv or wifi. The only good thing about it was the breakfast.

Outdated not what I expected. A suite has individual rooms at least. The suite I got was exactly like a regular hotel room i don’t know why it’s listed like a suite. The furniture was scuffed up old there was a safe that I couldn’t use. It didn't have WiFi, meaning I had to connect to one of the (20) different networks they had but couldn’t connect to any and to top it off if I would have connected to WiFi I would have had to airplay from my phone to the t.v. That had me very upset cause that meant I could not use my phone and watch t.v. at the same time. Hotels are suppose to have t.v.’s that are connected to WiFi and have apps to watch movies or whatever am i right ? What century are we in?

Over the stay was OK but I'm not sure if I'd stay there again. The room seemed like it was in the middle of getting updated but the forgot to add little things like clean towels, ironing board and bed sheets. Also my 'view' of the golf course was a small window in the bathroom. I will say that breakfast was the best part of this stay the good was delicious and the service was great.

So the place itself wasn’t terrible and specially for the price but the service? That was pretty sad, just not friendly, not courteous or nice, borderline rude mean, I saw 2 different girls one at night when I checked in, and an other when I checked out but just so unwelcoming I would never stay there I don’t recommend it if you have options don’t pick this one.

La verdad el hotel está excelente, bien ubicado, limpio, amplio, suficiente estacionamiento, las habitaciones cómodas, completas, los alimentos muy ricos, buena sazón, personal amable, el único problema fue que una persona abrió la habitación con su llave maestra sin tocar, gracias a Dios estábamos vestidos, pero según el no sabía que estaba ocupada, lo cual nos molestó mucho, ya que en cualquier hotel, primero tocan y luego abren, pero el no lo hizo, lástima de todo lo demás, ya que ese pequeño detalle echa a perder todo lo bueno!!

La verdad el hotel está excelente, bien ubicado, limpio, amplio, suficiente estacionamiento, las habitaciones cómodas, completas, los alimentos muy ricos, buena sazón, personal amable, el único problema fue que una persona abrió la habitación con su llave maestra sin tocar, gracias a Dios estábamos vestidos, pero según el no sabía que estaba ocupada, lo cual nos molestó mucho, ya que en cualquier hotel, primero tocan y luego abren, pero el no lo hizo, lástima de todo lo demás, ya que ese pequeño detalle echa a perder todo lo bueno!!

El desayuno incluido había sido en ocasiones anteriores muy bueno (buffet), sin embargo esta última vez que fuimos no tenían disponible el buffet y era muy limitado el menú de desayunos.

El desayuno incluido había sido en ocasiones anteriores muy bueno (buffet), sin embargo esta última vez que fuimos no tenían disponible el buffet y era muy limitado el menú de desayunos.

Dicen que el desayuno comienza a las 8, así que llegue al restaurante 8:15 y estaba cerrado , fui a la recepción a preguntar a qué hora abrían ya que me habían dicho que era a las 8 y yo tenía mi tiempo super reducido asi que le pregunté a la recepcionista si no sabía a qué hora abrían y con una pésima actitud me contestó no no te sabría decir ÓSEA eres la recepcionista estás ahí para ayudar a los huéspedes , hasta que una persona que estaba ahí le dijo llama y pregúntales fue de la manera que llamo y me dijo que 10 minutos más y casi abrieron 8:30

Over the stay was OK but I'm not sure if I'd stay there again. The room seemed like it was in the middle of getting updated but the forgot to add little things like clean towels, ironing board and bed sheets. Also my 'view' of the golf course was a small window in the bathroom. I will say that breakfast was the best part of this stay the good was delicious and the service was great.

Hotel is super clean. Parking in front of your own room made things easy. Staff was super courteous. My stay was excellent. Daily free breakfast was nice too.
