Maison Candia Luxury House

The hotel is an entire floor with several rooms in a residential building, which is very common in Europe. The room decor is modern and pleasant. It features a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a safe inside the room. It also has air conditioning that can be controlled from within the room. There is a common area with dining tables. It is located on the third floor, has an elevator, and generally, there is very little street noise. The location is excellent: just three short blocks away from the Vatican Museums and very close to St. Peter's Square and Basilica. In the area, there are countless restaurants and bars of all types and prices, as well as clothing boutiques, small supermarkets, and souvenir shops. The metro station is just a few blocks away. The front desk clerk, Joseph, is very kind and gave us a great amount of information about things to do in Rome, as well as restaurants near the hotel. He perfectly knows the city's bus routes, schedules, and how to get to the different areas of interest in the city. He helped us a lot with ordering taxis when we needed them and was always willing to answer all our questions in a very friendly manner.

Me, my wife and two other couples had a very lovely stay at this local hotel. It was very close to the Vatican and easy to navigate around the busy area. The staff was terrific and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Reception staff Joseph has been very helpful on recommendations and very responsive to all our questions. Breakfast was great and location is awesome. Safe and secured and few minutes walk to Vatican and train station. Level of service is 5 star. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location for Vatican trip

I love the location first of all. The room was clean and big enough for a couple with luggage 😎 Cozy beautiful shower. We liked it a lot. Recommend this little homey hotel to everyone!!!
