El hotel es basico, desayuno continental incluido con huevo, guisos, totopos, fruta y cafetera. Tuve problemas con la luz de mi habitacion. Y hay algo en particular con city express, la regadera salpica demasiado hacia afuera. El gimnasio de este hotel tenia su caminadora fuera de servicio pero se agradece que tenga banco y mancuernas.

El hotel es basico, desayuno continental incluido con huevo, guisos, totopos, fruta y cafetera. Tuve problemas con la luz de mi habitacion. Son varias veces que nos hemos hospedado ahí, pero esta ultima vez esta muy deteriorado, quise agarrar hielo de la maquina no servia, entramos al cuarto y dejaron basura en un cesto, dormimos una noche fuera del hotel, hicieron la limpieza y dejaron una sola toalla y nos hospedamos dos personas; siempre nos dejan botellas de agua y no había ninguna, la pensaremos hospedarnos de nuevo para la próxima vez

We love it, the only problem was the location. It’s very complicated just to get there. There’s no easy access to the parking lot entrance. There’s only one way to get there and one has to drive around if coming from the opposite side of the street.

La habitación está muy descuidada, en cuanto a su limpieza, y a cuánto calidad de su mobiliario . Encontramos manchas de sangre en el box , además de qué las sábanas tenían un olor extraño, y en el baño se veía claramente moho. La gente del staff es muy amable. Pero no regresaría .

Was okay. They don’t vacuum the room or mop the washrooms unless you ask after checking in and seeing the room is dirty. Even after asking for them to vacuum the room, I still found long female hair on the floor and I am a man with very short hair. I stayed by myself for three nights.

Nunca me hospede hice mi reservación con más de un mes de anticipación no se vale que al llegar hacer checkin no respeten tu reserva, aparte ni una solución te dan , según tenían varios pisos en reparación , la verdad el personal muy déspota , revendieron las habitaciones tal vez por conveniencia por qué es lo que se noto, estoy furioso me destrozaron mi itinerario de ese dia , no sé si se pueda poner queja en Profeco pero se lo merecen por no respetar la reservación.

I do not recommend this city express, I showed up with my family and the reservation had been cancelled for two rooms, they said because check in limit was 6pm. Big lie, they send us to another hotel saying they had something for us and when we showed up the other city express did not know anything. We tried to call the hotel and they do not answer, we called the Expedia where we made the reservation and even them could not reach the property. This hotel is scamming people please investigate them..never staying in this hotel line again.

Duramos 45 min para el check in. No tenían nuestra información cuando llegamos. Se reservó el cuarto con expedía una semana antes y cuando llegamos nos dejan saber que no teníamos cuarto. Reserve un cuarto de 2 camas y me querían dar uno de 1 cama. Me dieron llaves de otro cuarto que ya estaba reservado y apunto de abrir el cuarto llego la trabajadora para revisar y asegurar que no estaba en uso. Al fin nos dieron otro cuarto y no había toallas de bańo. Muy mal servicio y las trabajadoras ni saben lo que estaban asiendo. Muy mala experiencia.

Todo muy bien, el desayuno de cortesia de una mala calidad, la fruta sin madurar y tenian un evento en el centro de convenciones y los pasaron a que tomaran desayuno en la misma area de los huespedes, era una fila muy larga. el extractor del baño no funcionaba

The service is very limited. We were 4 in our group. Two adults and two kids. There were only two towels, we try service. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask them. The breakfast was gone by 9am. The place location worked well for us Thanks

The room was clean and staff were friendly. Nice restaurants and bars are near by. I enjoy when the size of the rooms are big, which was the case for the superior suite we reserved. I would stay here again!

The superior suite we reserved has a good size to be in and it was clean. I requested extra towels & toilet paper, and staff were very kind and provided them to me pretty fast. I liked that there was enough parking to choose from. Shopping mall and good restaurants all around the hotel. Good place to stay. 🙌

I have stayed at this place before several times this time however, it was not so pleasant. The AC did not work and they had the fan in the room. when I went downstairs to speak to the staff in the front desk, the smiled and let me know that they will jot it down on the computer that the AC wasn’t working. I went ahead and told them that there was a fan there, so did they know that the AC wasn’t working? She just smiled and said she would write a note about it, which led me to believe that they knew exactly that the AC wasn’t working and didn’t even tell us when we checked in.
