City Express by Marriott Tijuana Insurgentes

The lobby was clean and made a good first impression, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. However, the room itself felt run down and could definitely use some updates. One thing that stood out was the towels—they’re supposed to be white, but they looked dingy and worn, like they’ve just been used for too long. Overall, the common areas and breakfast were nice, but the condition of the room and linens took away from the experience.

I’ve stayed here many times never had a problem, but this time I booked online paid more money to have a better room and somehow they didn’t have the room I paid for. So had no choice but to take the room they offered me. I don’t understand how that happens, plus I don’t get reimbursed for what I paid for and getting a cheaper room.
