However, the bathrooms could use a little attention. The Expedia description of transfers included is not correct. It’s a good walk from the train station or a taxi will cost €15-20. The staff was unbelievable. So sweet and helpful. We were supposed to stay one night and extended a second. There is a super cute area that is walking distance. The hotel is quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and views are amazing. Renting a boat around the area is also super easy. 10/10! Oh and they are kid and dog friendly. The only thing is I wish the pool was better positioned but whatever.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved how modern it was and the views from our rooms and garden. The staff were lovely and helpful, Breakfast was amazing - mostly self serve with lots of choices (bread, cheeses, meat, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc), and Elisa also brought us all kinds of other goodies like fresh melon, pineapple, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, plus fresh-squeezed OJ and coffee to order. It was truly awesome! The grounds were spacious with lots of places to sit. We walked into Lecco to get the ferry to Bellagio one day (easy 20-25-minute walk) and the train to Varenna another day. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return someday. This hotel is a hidden gem!

Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage, aber nachdem es in der Nacht einen Feueralarm gab, das Personal hoffnungslos überfordert war und sich am Ende herausstellte, dass ein Gast im Zimmer geraucht hat... wurde trotzdem der volle Preis für beide Zimmer verrechnet. Hier hätten wir uns zumindest 50% Nachlass erwartet nach schlaflosen Nacht. Unser Unternehmen wird sicher nicht mehr hier nächtigen und das Hotel auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
