Conveniently located. Rooms are small but clean. One size fits all pyjamas foc was a useful service and the free set breakfast meal provided by the Pronto cafe was tasty. Coin operated laundry facilities also very handy but it is heavily utilised so be prepared to wait your turn. One dryer was out of service which meant longer wait time too.

Although the rooms are small, it was a perfect size for a solo traveler to work and explore from. It was great to have a private bed and bath. Additionally free breakfast, laundry, and luggage storage were great bonuses. It is a 2 minute walk to the closest train. I would recommend this place for budget minded travelers

You get what you pay for, well most of the time. Yet when you stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn you get so much more! Don’t need to pack toiletries, they have everything! And so many extras! Their breakfast is also fast and delicious! The staff go out of their way to help in any situation, even for the Japanese their help is over the top, in a good way. Very conveniently located in Nihombashi, close to subway lines and a short distance to Tokyo Station/JR. I highly recommend you stay here. I will be returning soon!

My second time staying at the same establishment. Centrally located, walking distance to subway lines and also to Tokyo station. Price is reasonable and there are coin laundry facilities as well. The one thing I found a little unpleasant was the right side gap of the bed wasn't cleaned properly. Right upon checking in we already found that there were what seemed to be remains of biscuits and some other misc leftovers. I suppose they don't think anyone would walk in that small gap but I guess anyone would be put off by it.

Wir waren als Paar etwa 10 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist in einem Business Viertel, ruhig, angenehm und sehr nahe an einer Metrostation. Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza und Tokyo Station sind sehr gut zu erreichen, aber auch Shibuja ist gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist klein, wie erwartet. Es könnte sauberer sein und die zwischen Reinigungen könnten gründlicher sein. Aber alles in allem ein Hotel, dass ich wieder buchen würde. Family Mart 2 Min zu Fuß, 7/11- 5 Min Fußweg und Lawson ist auch nicht weit ;-)

Ideal para viajeros que necesitan moverse mucho por metro, ya que cuenta con 2 lineas muy cercanas. El que el desayuno este incluido es muy práctico. El espacio es muy promedio de lo que conocí en Japón, pequeño pero funcional, mi único problema es la limpieza de los baños, no se si están tan confiados en su sistema de inodoros pero el olor a orines es muy fuerte. Estuvimos en 2 cuartos en el primero no era notorio, pero en el segundo sí.

Incredibly tiny room. We knew this when we booked, but wow it’s small! We didn’t know that the window would face a blank wall - half the hotel rooms face the alley face a giant blank wall with no natural light getting in. It felt like a cell. Amenities were good, breakfast was nice to have but limited. Very friendly staff. Close to one station that connects to the rest, which makes it ok to not be super central.

Small room compared to US rooms, but that was expected. The free breakfast selection was excellent. Very close to train station, one stop away from direct train to/from Haneda airport. I was in Tokyo for the marathon, easy to get to start and finish. Would highly recommend and will stay here again when I visit.

The room was very tiny and for the amount of space available, the furniture was way too big - and no closet or place to store clothing or luggage, which is a problem for a longer stay. The location is great, and apart from a few noisy guests, it was quiet most evenings. The staff in Cafe Pronto, where the breakfast is provided, were very nice, as were the front desk staff and room cleaners. Despite the cramped quarters, would consider staying at the hotel again if we could get a room with a balcony or something. The hotel is walking distance to Tokyo station, which was helpful for the days we needed to catch the Shinkansen, and kayabacho and Nihonbashi stations are very close by, so it was easy to get to the airport as well as anywhere else we needed to go.

Mazing staff, really friendly! Rooms are clean, AC is a godsend during summer time 🙌 nice amenities and quick breakfast service to get you going l. I left my rings in the room after checking out and going to Osaka, a quick email on the day we arrived to Osaka and they gave me a response within the day! They were willing to send it to me at the hotel in Osaka and it arrived 2 days later! Amazing hotel and service, will stay again 👍

The hotel is just a minute's walk to a subway station and about 15 minutes walk to Tokyo station. Walk 15 minutes to Ningyocho and you will find a lot of local restaurants which have very reasonable prices

Accueil très chaleureux ! Les hôtesses étaient adorables. Nous avons fait beaucoup d'efforts pour parler japonais et elles ont apprécié. Cela nous a fait très plaisir 😘 Avant de partir, elles nous ont offert des origamis en forme de fleurs 🌸. Cela nous a beaucoup touché 🥰 L'hôtel est beau, propre et est à 2 minutes à pied du métro. C'est un emplacement idéal !どうもありがとう ! ❤️ Les deux seuls petits soucis sont : la taille des chambres, c'est beaucoup trop petit. Et le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas un buffet et qui ne propose que du salé sauf une assiette avec un croissant. Nous savons parfaitement que ce n'est pas une coutume japonaise de manger sucré le matin mais proposer un ou deux choix sucrés supplémentaires serait un plus pour les touristes. Dommage.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehe freundliches Personal. Zum Schlafen reicht es absolut. Wer Luxus braucht sollte sich ein anderes Hotel buchen, da die Zimmer recht klein sind. Für Tokyo aber absolut normal. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr lecker.

Everything was what we expected but the room is tiny. Staff super polite and helpful. The breakfast is an egg, toast or croissant every morning which is boring. Please include more variety. Fruits would be nice. If you are not fussy about breakfast than it’s a great location to get to all your outing destinations.
