You must inform us of time of arrival specially in after office hours so someone is here to open for you. Office hours 8:30 am to 10 pm. Check out 11 am. Cancellation policy 3 day Minimum stay 1 Night 14 nights max No credit cards accepted for payment upon arrival, cash only. Valid passport required upon check in. During the months May to October from the hours of 10 pm to 8 am will have AC in dorms. Private room has AC all year round at all hours. Hotel policy - Credit Card: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. You'll need to send the security code (CVV/CVC) of the card you used when booking (this is the last 3 digits of the number on the signature strip at the back of your card) in order to fully secure your booking, 48 hours after your booking. In case the pre-authorisation of the credit card is declined or not accepted we will send an e-mail to the guest asking for new credit card information. If we do not receive new credit card details within 24 hours the reservation will be cancelled. This will be notified to the guest by email Taxes not included - 21.00% Breakfast not included.
