For groups (more than 8 people) you should cancel 2 months in advance, otherwise your card will be credited the full amount. -For cancellations made between the reservation date and 2 day(s) prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged, -For cancellations made between 2 day(s) prior to arrival and the day of arrival, an amount equivalent to the first night of the reservation will be charged, -For a no-show, i.e. failure to arrive at the hotel without cancelling the reservation and therefore without informing the hotel, the full amount of the stay will be charged. -Please note that Hotel Aloha reserves the right to charge the first night's stay up to two days prior to arrival. If the card is not working, the reservation may be cancelled. -In order to guarantee your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card from the date of booking until the date of check-in. This will correspond to the amount of your first night at the hotel. If this card is refused or invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. NON REFUNDABLE RATE -As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation is charged and is non-refundable. The credit card and proof of identity of the credit card holder used for payment must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. If your stay is paid for by a third party, please contact us. A free breakfast is served each morning, and to prepare other meals we provide our guests with a fully equipped kitchen. A variety of supermarkets, laundromats, bakeries and a post office are all found nearby.
