Great location near the metro. Area around it kind of sketchy at night. Reception open only a limited time. Staff nice and welcoming and the room gets cleaned daily. It wound be nice if there were fans or air conditioning for the garden rooms as there are no windows to let the air in.

The room was clean and spacious but we had black mold in the top corner of our ceiling. They also turn off the air conditioning at night and start it again at 8:30am which made for an uncomfortable sleep with the very hot temperatures in August.

I'll start off by saying that this is a 2 star property and a lot of this is you get what you pay for however some of it isn't. Plus side the staff were all really nice and approachable and they let us check in early as we got there early which was really nice. Our apartment was pretty gloomy and photos online don't reflect the room. They may have done long ago but everything is old, tired and needing updating and repair. Toilet leaked the whole time we were there, reported to staff who said they woukd report to maintenance but nothing happened. We used some of the small towels to soak up and stop the water running all over the floor. Air con was poor. Needed 2 x fans to keep us cool. Couldn't have the window blinds open as this just increased the heat past what the poor air con and fans coukd cope with. Bed was creaky, mattress hard and uncomfortable. Sofa bed also uncomfortable. Poorly equipped kitchen with a random assortment of cutlery and crockery which wasn't enough to be able to effectively use to feed 4 of us. Broken kettle, shelf in bathroom that is hanging off the wall so you can't actually use it, shower was hot and decent spray but grotty cubicle that didn't drain quickly so the tray filled up. The place was actually clean. - the shower grot is just old mould and stuff that's stained. Clean sheets and decent towel though. Also definitely a very sketchy area. Police were parked outside and patrolling everyday and night so that's something!
