Poor hygiene, no amenities in the lobby (not even drinking water), only one hand towel for two people in a twin room. Did not meet the description or our expectations, more like a budget hostel than it seems.

Friendly staff, but the accommodation is very basic. Location isn't bad - a short walk to Sacre Couer. A bed to rest your head at night, but not somewhere to relax.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay.
