とても綺麗でした。駅にも近く大浴場もあり、快適でした。

An excellent location with many great neighborhoods and sights within walking distance. The hotel is quiet and clean. My only complaint is an insufficient number of laundry washers and dryers. Only two of each available to guests and pricey (5000 won per load per machine.)

We were right in front of the Ikseondong hanok eateries - like the popular Cheongsudang, Oncheonjib, Mil Toast & Nakwon Station. Walkable distance to Cafe Onion too! There is a basic hot bath in the basement and you can do your laundry too.

It’s a great budget friendly hotel with a perfect location and lovely little rooftop garden. Lovely aroma throughout the hotel, clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows, proper heating,good water pressure in the shower, very helpful front desk staff.

2駅の間くらいにありますが、どちらからもそんなに坂もなく行きやすかったです。窓から韓屋の屋根が見えて趣がありました。 大浴場があると書いてありましたが、チェックインの際に修理中で使えないと言われたのが残念です。室内のシャワーは水圧も水捌けも良くて使いやすかったですが、ドライヤーがすごく弱かったので、ロングヘアの方は乾かすのに時間がかかると思います。

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too. Would certainly stay here again!

Un sejour tres decevant. Dès mon arrivée, jai constatée que la chambre n'était pas très propre (il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur le lit ainsi que des traces d'eau/savon sur le miroir de la salle de bain). Après 16h de voyage, je n'avais pas assez d'énergie pour aller m'en plaindre. Je me suis dit que le menage serait fait le jour suivant et j'aillais utiliser la pancarte pour demander le changement de drap. À ma plus grande surprise, le changement de drap n'avait pas été fait, la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée et il y avait des cheveux partout. Pas de chance pour l'équipe, j'ai de longs cheveux bruns et même si je fais l'effort de les ramasser , il m'arrive d'en manquer. Encore une fois, j'ai laissé unr chance à l'équipe. Mon drap avait une tache de café donc jallais vite remarquer si le changement avait été fait. Pour la deuxième fois ça n'a pas été fait et je suis allée me plaindre. J'ai expliquée la situation et une personne de l'équipe de ménage est venue rapidement "nettoyer" la salle de bain. Quand jai demandé le changement de draps, elle a soupiré comme si je la dérangeais... heureusement qu'une autre personne est venue pour faire un ménage plus approfondie. Malheureusement, le drap n'avait pas été changé, uniquement la housse de couette... le ménage était mieux fait par la suite mais j'ai souvent trouvé la vasque sale. On a peut etre pas les mêmes criteres de propreté. Autre point negatif, la laverie est payante et il ny a que 2 ceintres.

The room is terrible, carpet is so old and dirty. The shower is so small and the wall is peeling.

일단 인사동근처라서 걸어다기에 너무 편리했습니다. 침구도 나름 편안해서 꿀잠 잤구요 식사는 안해봐서 평가를 할수가 없네요 다만 청결을 신경쓰신다면 추천하지 않습니다 첫날 화장실 세면대에 있는 머리카락이 체크아웃할때까지 그대로 있더군요.청소를 안한거라고 생각합니다 저는 전시때문에 잠만 잘 곳이 필요해서 컴플레인안했지만 사실 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다 청결만 신경쓰면 외국인들한테도 좋을듯합니다 일단 장소가 좋습니다

無駄が無く、部屋の清掃も行き届いて大変満足でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

Everything was walkable and close to all three subway lines. Food options were great. My only issue was our room was quite tight with no storage options so our clothing either stayed

Employees are helpful. The room temperature was 24.5 degree while sleeping and had to call feont desk in the middle of the night. A bed was not comfortable due to middle of the bed was sinking. The room is super small so no space to put luggages and bathroom is tiny.

Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ist aber nur für Kurzaufenthalt geeigneter. Keine Schränke. Kleiner Kühlschrank erfreulich leise, nahezu unhörbar. Wasserkocher effizient. Ablage im Bad sehr knapp. Zimmertür schützt kaum vor Geräuschen vom Flur, Fahrstuhlgong etc.

Easy to find with our phone and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Location is probably the best part of this hotel with tons of dining and shopping right nearby. The room is pretty small and felt cluttered with our stuff but we made do. I would not buy the breakfast again. Bathroom very small no room for toiletries but everything worked. If I returned to Seoul for a short stay I would come back here because of its location.

The air conditioning barely kept my room cool. I’ve stayed at the Ibis Myeongdong, Ibis Styles Myeongdong, and Ibis Busan City Centre. They all have better aircon. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Shower area was really tight.

The staff at the desk always went above and beyond, especially Henry who helped me with a transportation issue.

This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine and I’m so, so grateful she did. This hotel was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There was some construction going on, but it was only going on during certain hours and I was out of the hotel then anyway. They also offered to change rooms for me if I was at all uncomfortable. All of the staff was very kind and accommodating and always greeted me whether I was leaving the hotel or returning. I also wanted to specifically comment on how wonderful Chloe was at the hotel. I had the misfortune of losing my wallet with my credit cards and passport and while it was an extremely stressful 24 hours, the restaurant that had my wallet had contacted the hotel and Chloe told me my passport had been found. I asked if it was my wallet or just my passport, which either one I was grateful for! After taking the time to explain how to get to the restaurant and printing directions for me, Chloe took it upon herself to not only call the restaurant to confirm it was in fact my entire wallet, but she also emailed me to help ease my worries. After retrieving my wallet and returning to the hotel, one of the gentleman came up to me and told me how concerned Chloe had been for me. It was so sweet and touching and meant so much to me. They also held my luggage for me so I could spend my last few hours in Seoul enjoying it while I could with my friends. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone, especially a lone female. I felt very safe.

色んな地下鉄の利用が出来る鍾路三街駅から近いのでとても便利です。目の前が益善洞で、仁寺洞や三清洞、北村にも近く観光にはとても適しています。

Nice location in Insadong. Everything is walkable or just a subway ride away. Taxis and Ubers are also easy to find.

Excellent location. There are literally dozens of restaurants of every type within a few minutes walk. Walk the narrow pedestrian only streets around the hotel to experience the neighborhood. So busy at night with diners and shoppers. A great experience. Within walking distance to the main cultural palaces nearby. Just a 5 minute walk to the metro. Several convenience stores near. A very convenient location for everything. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooms were good. Fridge, 2 water bottles daily, coffee. Bed and pillows very comfortable. There are very reasonably priced washers and dryers in the basement beside the gym. Detergent and fabric softener sheet sold at the machines for just 1,000 kwon. Breakfast was very good. A wide variety of western and korean food. Definitely recommend selecting this hotel.

Great newly renovated hotel. Staff is excellent. What we loved most was how we didn’t hear other guests in the next room. Would have loved to have a better shower door that was easier to close and perhaps a shelf for my own toiletries in the shower. Breakfast was ok, we were there 3 days and there’s almost zero variety of food items. The scrambled eggs seemed a little runny too.

호텔의 위치가 익선동 한옥마을 바로 옆이고, 조금만 걸어가면 종묘와 창덕궁도 있어, 서울을 즐기기에 최고임...직원분들의 태도, 침구 등도 아주 만족함. 하지만 조식은 좀 부족한 기분..... 주변에 좋은 식당들 많으니 밖에서 해결하는게 좋을듯
