Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville-Airport

I stayed one night before taking a plane to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Everything was wonderful except that I was told in advance that I could take a shuttle to airport at any time. Actually, the shuttle runs from 7 AM to 11 PM. My flight left the airport at 5:45 AM. Otherwise, great hotel.

Very nice, clean room are spacious. Close to airport and used the parking while we went to Japan and used the shuttle. Close to everything.

The stay was great the only complaint is the pool was under construction but the management made it right with a discount

Very nice Hotel and very convenient to the airport. Has indoor pool and nice exercise room.

Refused to send shuttle to airport because it was late. In morning there was light snow so they did not run shuttle back to airport. If you stay here plan on the hotel not having shuttle running

Such a wonderful stay, our first time but will not be our last. Would love to see some non- pork food and non- dairy on the breakfast bar. Enjoyed the pool, the pit fire and the exercise room.

I usually give five start at this hotels. My family loves Home2 In this occasion, I wasn’t very happy since the pool was not in service, a couple of the front desk ladies seem to not having a good day, and they run out of waffle batter an hour prior the breakfast was over (they refused to bring more batter)

We felt comfortable and safe. The indoor pool was heated. The kiddos loved it. The only issue - that wasn't too much of an issue - is that the blinds are on an automatic button to raise or lower. Well, it was either all the way open or completely dark. The "privacy" blind went up with the blackout blinds as one unit. We stayed on the second floor.

This property was clean and efficient with lots of amenities. It’s located about 5 minutes from the airport but also offer a park and ride option that’s hard to beat!

Bathroom sink and shower was covered in hair. Furniture was stained. Breakfast was mediocre. Noisy all night. Staff was friendly.

Totally disappointed with our hotel room. The couch had stains all over it. I took a beach towel to cover the back of the couch and towels from the bathroom to cover the ends of the couch. The beds were disgusting as they had used the bed skirt as our sheet !!!!!! I asked housekeeping to please make up the bed to which she replied No !!! I never thought with the Hilton name that the hotel would be so bad. Overpriced for the room to say the least!!!! I would not recommend this hotel for the price might as well stay at a Super 8 which I’m sure the beds would be made up correctly

I have stayed at Home 2 Suites before but this location was disappointing! Our room was not cleaned very well. There was another guests left overs in the fridge. Pillow case in bed was stained and had to ask for another. No clean bedding was left for the sofa bed and had to request that also.

The overall property was very nice but the room was not very clean. The couch had stains and the lampshades were rotting through and here was hair all over in the bathroom.

The entire place felt like it could benefit from a deep clean. The bathroom in my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as well as it should have been after the previous guest. The soap dispenser was out. The body wash dispenser was out. The included breakfast was premade sandwiches that looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. I’m honestly not sure how it got such a high rating from others. As far as positives go, the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Bathroom floor felt soapy and slippery. Bed had a used plastic earplug bag inside the sheets. Breakfast area seemed unsanitary.

Hotel was well kept. Rooms were small compared to other Home2Suites..

This was a welcome rest spot however the term ‘suite’ was misleading as it was only two small beds with a teeny pull out couch bed, bathroom & half wall of ‘kitchen’.. not any bigger than a small hotel room The pool was nice & staff were very kind! Great options for breakfast and pet friendly

My only complaint was the stink bugs that ended up in my room. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

For one night, this hotel was okay. Definitely not my first pick but overall my visit was pleasant. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and the refrigerator made a humming noise. Other than that I really wasn’t in the hotel enough to provide a full review of other amenities and services. The staff was prompt and friendly. They were able to answer any questions I had.

Very close the airport and constantly hearing takeoffs and landing ( every few minutes). Staff is not friendly. Breakfast was decent but I had better in similar hotels. Dark rooms as there was not enough lighting. Rusty shower. Not recommending specially with loud noises of airplanes.

The planes take off directly over this property. It’s SO LOUD. It woke me up several times even with a sound machine to block the noise. Staff asked me how my stay was and I said it was noisy. She said, “Well, why are you staying by the airport then?” My first room also had a sickly sweet smell coming from the A/C - probably a refrigerant leak. Won’t be back.

The bathroom door was broken. The air conditioner system was right by the bed and caused my family to be sick.

The free breakfast provided offered a great variety of options. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and stocked well with all coffee products, body was, shampoo where filled. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were able to get an early check in, which was great. But the check in person's demeanor was less than ideal. Then we got to the room, and there was a slight odor. The bathroom didn't seem throughly clean and the hotel was just not up to my standards.

we requested an early check in, but the baby fell asleep before we checked in, so it was not used. They were very willing for us to do early check in with a baby you never know what they will want.

The property itself is very nice, we had two issues the first was checking in the staff was slow to greet us and was not focused on us when checking us in. The second was a service man entered our room in the morning without knocking to verify no one was in the room, thankfully we had just showered and was dressed. He then stated the room was suppose to be empty. Next we received a phone call questioning us as to why we was in the room that they didn’t have a record of us. Lastly we lost an additional 15 min checking out because they still didn’t understand how we was in the room. We told them no matter what the staff should always knock before entering any room. They continued to act like we did something wrong and their actions was justified.

I stay at Home2Suites all over the country and have had great experiences. This property was a bit of a miss. The manager on site, Dianna, was very helpful is addressing our needs. The front desk evening staff, however, gave us a hard time at check in and pushed our issues back on us instead of being helpful. Very unfriendly, both on the phone and in person. It is possible she was having a bad day. In addition, the bathroom floor was not very clean and the pull out bed had food in the sheets. The pillow for that bed had food grease on it. We were able to get clean sheets right away but it was not pleasant to open the couch and find old food. Also, we called in advance to check in to see if there were grills on site and the front desk told us yes, there are grills and no charcoal needed. So of course we were excited to grill and dine in, but both grills were broken and had not been used in a very long time, as evidenced by the hornet's nest that was under one of the grills. Also, someone tried to take matter into their own hands and left nasty old charcoal in the GAS grills. So we adjusted our plan and everything worked out because the kitchens in the suites are nice. Ours was lacking utensils, can opener, etc. and the manager loaned us everything we needed. It's a shame that people steal that stuff, grow up!!! Overall, what started as a rough check in turned out okay. But this is the first time I have ever had a rough check in with Home2Suites.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had questions they were taken care of right away. I will stay here again

We had a horrible experience with a staff grabbing our son. Promised some points that never came. Would not stay here again.

Nice property but the staff is what set it apart. The person who checked us in, the breakfast staff, the cleaners, and everyone else we had any interaction with was helpful and friendly and most important, they seemed genuinely happy to assist us. Great customer service!

For the price I do feel like the hotel was mediocre. It was in a quiet, convenient location.

Check in girl came out and did not make eye contact or greet us even after I said “Hello”. Had to say twice. She had no expression. However, girls at breakfast were very friendly and happy. I stay at Hiltons as i am a member but this one was not very clean (carpet not vacuumed etc) and VERY noisy from airport. i’ve stayed at other hotels in same area and we’re not noisy.

The hotel was neat and clean and rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good but many items were out and not restocked very quickly. There was also a language barrier when trying to explain to the staff what needed to be replaced.

The overall stay at the property was great. The room was clean and had plenty of space. We did have to ask for a “bed in a bag” for the pullout sofa, as the room did not come with one when it is supposed to. No big deal. A downfall to the stay was the breakfast. While I know hotel breakfast is not always the best, they had paper thin bacon that broke apart instantly. The first breakfast of the stay (two nights at different times of the week as this was a halfway point in the trip) there was no meat served. Just eggs cooked a couple of different ways. A slightly better breakfast would’ve made this a definite 5 star review. If not worried about the breakfast, highly recommend. My nephew loved the pool too!

The linens were not clean on the bed. We arrived very late and there was no shuttle service from the airport so we rented a car. When we arrived there was not many parking spots left. It was very noisy all night with people making a lot of noise outside. When we got to breakfast there was plenty of food and it was good, however there was a very long line and wait. There was not many places to sit and eat.

A quick trip to Nashville. Hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was good. Indoor pool was great for kids. Room was clean but it did have a slight odor. The queen bed was not so comfy. Breakfast was delightful. Overall, a great place to stay.

Hotel was new and clean overall. The grounds were well taken care of and the parking lot was clean. The front desk staff were not very friendly overall and seemed annoyed by simple requests. The breakfast is sub-par and mostly microwaved items. The highlight of the hotel was the quietness, even though its right by the airport you were not bothered by the air traffic.
